4 Content of Partial Contract 2003 Night flight rules for 2-runway system Restrictions between 09:00 pm and 07:00 am Unlimited use of the system during the daytime Capacity limits during the night hours Targets for runway usage Approximated values for SID distribution Goal: controlled traffic distribution to make effects of noise expected Targets for distribution of take-offs and landings between the runways Approximated values for distribution over departure routes Other rules for air traffic Goal: to make effects of noise expected Corridor for SID use Obligation to use SID up to 6,000 ft Evaluation and further development Goal: on-going optimisation of the system Annual evaluation of air traffic Agreement for continuing optimisation, e.g. on flight routes in consensus with the region
