The communication device may be, for example, a subscriber identity module (SIM) which is present in a mobile phone. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Fig. 1 illustrates a wireless network system; Fig. 2 illustrates a method of establishing a connection between a mobile phone and a content server via a GPRS network. DETAILED DESCRIPTION [0002] EP , describes a technique for communicating, through a GSM mobile apparatus, data between a GSM network and a SIM type card. In a GSM network, SMS (Short Messages Service) messages can be used to load data or applications from a remote content server into a SIM card that is inserted in a mobile phone. This can be done on the initiative of the remote content server. This is possible because the mobile phone is listening for incoming SMS messages. [0003] US 01/ describes a technique for establishing a connection between a mobile phone and a server in which the server sends, via a GSM network, to the mobile phone an SMS message. The SMS message comprises a request for opening, via a GPRS network, a connection between the mobile phone and the server. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0004] It is an object of the invention to manage a SIM type card efficiently. [000] The object of the invention is achieved by a method, a system and a SIM type card according to claims 1, 6 and respectively. [0006] The first communication network may be, for example, a GSM network. The second communication network may be, for example, a GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) network. [0007] The GSM network enables the server, at its own initiative, to send SMS messages to several mobile phones simultaneously. The GSM network thus enables to diffuse instructions. [0008] Certain mobile phones can communicate via a GPRS network and a GSM network. Generally, a GPRS network does not allow a diffusion of instructions. What is more, a communication via a GPRS network can be established only on the initiative of the mobile phone and not on that of the server. The reason for this is that the GPRS network is based on the Internet Protocol (IP). However a GPRS network generally has a relatively wide bandwidth, which allows a fast transfer of data. The same applies to other types of networks that are IP based like, for example, a Universal Mobile Telecommunication System (UMTS) network [00] Fig. 1 illustrates a wireless network system. The wireless network system includes a SIM card SIC to be inserted in a mobile phone MP. [0011] The mobile phone MP is arranged to communicate with a content server SERV via a GSM network GSMNET and a GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) based network IPNET. A GPRS based network generally has a higher-speed data transfer than that of a GSM network GSMNET. [0012] The content server SERV may comprise data or various applications to be loaded into the SIM card SIC. These applications (General Packet Radio Service) based network IPNET. A GPRS based network generally has a higher-speed data transfer than that of a GSM network GSMNET. [0016] Fig. 2 illustrates a method of establishing a connection between the mobile phone MP and the content server SERV via the GPRS network. [0017] In an SMS sending step SMSSEND, the content server SERV sends an SMS message via the GSM network GSMNET to the mobile phone MP. The SMS message comprises instructions defining a request for opening a connection between the mobile phone MP and the content server SERV via the GPRS based network IP- NET. The SMS message may also comprise a destination data defining the address of the content server SERV and a data defining the specific port of the server SERV, for example, the port number PORTNUM. Advantageously, the SMS can be encrypted using a security protocol as defined, for example, in the ETSI GSM 3.48 standard. [0018] In an SMS delivering step SMSDELIVER, the 2

3 3 EP B1 4 mobile phone MP delivers the SMS message to the SIM card SIC. The SIM card SIC contains a software which can analyse and understand the instructions and data contained in the SMS message. The software may be a part of an operating system on the SIM card or an application on the SIM card SIC. [0019] In a connection opening step CONOPEN, the SIM card SIC requests the mobile phone MP to establish a connection with the SERV can load data or applications into the SIM card SIC via the GPRS based network. [00] Thus in summary, the content server SERV uses the GSM network GSMNET to instruct the mobile phone MP to establish a connection via the GPRS based network. Consequently, the server (SERV) takes the initiative to manage data, applications or other entities in the SIM card (SIC). [0021] The communication between the mobile phone MP and the SIM card SIC can be made using, for example, the 3GPP TS protocol and the 3GPP TS protocol. The communication between the mobile phone MP and the content server SERV can be made using, for example, the 3GPP TS protocol. [0022] There are various manners to implement the invention. [0026] Not only can we use a mobile phone MP with a SIM card SIC, but also a mobile phone MP alone, a PDA (personal digital assistant) or any other communication device capable of communicating with the above mentioned networks. [0027] The server (SERV) can be any remote device capable of managing the communication device (MP) via a communication network. Claims 1. A method for establishing a connection between a mobile phone (MP) and a remote device (SERV) capable of managing a Subscriber Identity Module, SIM, type card (SIC) via a communication network, the remote device sending to the mobile phone a Short Message Service, SMS, message via a first communication network (GSMNET), the SMS message comprising a request for opening, via a second communication network (IPNET), a connection between the mobile phone and the remote device, characterized in that, the SIM type card being inserted within the mobile phone, the SMS message being encrypted by using a security protocol, the method comprises the following steps: - the mobile phone sends the encrypted SMS message to the SIM type card, and - the SIM type card sends to the mobile phone a request for establishing a connection, via the second communication network, to the remote device. 2. Method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises the SIM type card understands the request for opening a connection, via the second communication network, between the mobile phone and the remote device. 3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the method further comprises the remote device transmits data to the SIM type card via the second communication network. 4. Method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the encrypted SMS message comprises data defining an address of the remote device. Method according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the encrypted SMS message comprises data defining a specific port of the remote device. 6. A system for establishing a connection between a mobile phone and a remote device capable of managing a Subscriber Identity Module, SIM, type card (SIC) via a communication network, the system comprising the mobile phone (MP) and the remote device (SERV), the remote device being able to send to the mobile phone a Short Message Service, SMS, message via a first communication network (GSMNET), the SMS message comprising a request for opening, via a second communication network (IPNET), a connection between the mobile phone and the remote device, characterized in that, the system further comprising a SIM type card, the SIM type card being inserted within the mobile phone, the SMS message being encrypted by using a security protocol: - the mobile phone is arranged for sending the encrypted SMS message to the SIM type card, and 3

4 EP B1 6 - the SIM type card is arranged for sending to the mobile phone a request for establishing a connection, via the second communication network, to the remote device. 7. System according to claim 6, wherein the second communication network is arranged for transferring data according to a higher rate than the one relating to the first communication network. 8. System according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the second communication network is a communication network using an Internet Protocol. 9. Patentansprüche 1. Verfahren zum Einrichten einer Verbindung zwischen einem Mobiltelefon (MP) und einem entferten Gerät (SERV), die ein Teilnehmer-Identifikations- Modul, SIM Karte (SIC) durch ein Kommunikationsnetzwerk verwaltet, wobei das entfernte Gerät an das Mobiltelefon eine SMS Mitteilung durch ein erstes Kommunikationsnetzwerk (GSMNET) sendet, wobei die SMS Mitteilung eine Anforderung zum Einrichten einer Verbindung, durch ein zweites Kommunikationsnetzwerk (IPNET), zwischen dem Mobiltelefon und dem entfernten Gerät umfasst, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die SIM Karte in Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 3, worin die verschlüsselte SMS Mitteilung Daten umfasst, die eine Adresse des entfernten Gerätes umfasst.. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 4, worin die verschlüsselte SMS Mitteilung Daten umfasst, die eine spezifische Port-Schaltung des entfernten Gerätes umfasst. 6. System zum Einrichten einer Verbindung zwischen einem Mobiltelefon und einem entfernten Gerät, das ein Teilnehmer-Identifikations-Modul, SIM Karte (SIC) durch ein Kommunikationsnetzwerk verwaltet, wobei das System das Mobiltelefon (MP) und das entfernte Gerät (SERV) umfasst, wobei das entfernte Gerät fähig ist, eine SMS Mitteilung durch ein erstes Kommunikationsnetzwerk (GSMNET) an das Mobiltelefon zusenden, wobei die SMS Mitteilung eine Anforderung zum Einrichten einer Verbindung, durch ein zweites Kommunikationsnetzwerk (IP- NET), zwischen dem Mobiltelefon und dem entfernten Gerät umfasst, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das System außerdem eine SIM Karte umfasst, die in das Mobiltelefon eingesetzt wird, wobei die SMS Mitteilung unter Anwendung eines Sicherheitsprotokolls verschlüsselt wird: - das Mobiltelefon angepasst ist, um eine verschlüsselte Mitteilung (SMS) an die SIM Karte zu senden, und - die SIM Karte angepasst ist, um an das Mobiltelefon eine Anforderung zum Einrichten einer Verbindung, durch das zweite Kommunikationsnetzwerk, zu dem entfernten Gerät zu senden. 4

5 7 EP B System gemäß Anspruch 6, worin das zweite Kommunikationsnetzwerk angepasst ist, um Daten mit einer höheren Übertragungsgeschwindigkeitsrate, im Vergleich zu dem ersten Kommunikationsnetzwerk, zu übertragen. 8. System gemäß Anspruch 6 oder 7, worin das zweite Kommunikationsnetzwerk ein Kommunikationsnetzwerk, unter Anwendung des Internetprotokolls ist. 9. System gemäß Anspruch 6 bis 8, worin das zweite Kommunikationsnetzwerk zumindest ein Element der Gruppe umfasst: - ein GPRS-Netzwerk (General Packet Radio Service); - UMTS-Netzwerk (Universal Mobile Telecommunication System); - drahtloses lokales WLAN-Netzwerk (Wirelesss Local Area Network).. Teilnehmer-Identifikations-Modul, SIMKarte (SIC) zum Einrichten einer Verbindung zwischen einem Mobiltelefon (MP) und einem entfernten Gerät (SERV), die fähig ist, eine SIM Karte, durch ein Kommunikationsnetzwerk zu verwalten, wobei die SIM Karte in das Mobiltelefon eingesetzt wird, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die SIM Karte für den Empfang einer SMS Mitteilung durch ein erstes Kommunikationsnetzwerk (GSMNET) angepasst ist, wobei die SMS Mitteilung unter Anwendung eines Sicherheitsprotokolls verschlüsselt wird, wobei die SMS Mitteilung die Anforderung zum Einrichten einer Verbindung, durch ein zweites Kommunikationsnetzwerk (IPNET), zwischen dem Mobiltelefon und dem entfernten Gerät umfasst, und die SIM Karte angepaßt ist, um an das Mobiltelefon eine Anforderung zum Einrichten einer Verbindung, durch ein zweites Kommunikationsnetzwerk, zu dem entfernten Gerät zu senden. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le procédé comprend, en outre, la carte de type SIM qui comprend la requête d ouverture d une connexion, via le second réseau de communication, entre le téléphone mobile et le dispositif distant. 3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le procédé comprend, en outre, le dispositif distant transmet des données à la carte de type SIM via le second réseau de communication. 4. Procédé selon l une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le message SMS crypté comprend des données définissant une adresse du dispositif distant.. Système pour établir une connexion entre un téléphone mobile et un dispositif distant capable de gérer une carte (SIC) de type à Module d Identification de l Abonné dite SIM, via un réseau de communication, le système comprenant le téléphone mobile (MP) et le dispositif distant (SERV), le dispositif distant étant capable d envoyer au téléphone mobile un message de Service de Message Court dit SMS, via un premier réseau de communication (GSMNET), le message SMS comprenant une requête d ouverture, via un second réseau de communication (IPNET), d une connexion entre le téléphone mobile et le dispositif distant, caractérisé en ce que le système comprend, en outre, une carte de type SIM, la carte de type SIM étant insérée au sein du téléphone mobile, le message SMS étant crypté en utilisant un protocole de sécurité : - le téléphone mobile est agencé pour envoyer le message SMS crypté à la carte de type SIM, et - la carte de type SIM est agencée pour envoyer au téléphone mobile une requête d établissement d une connexion, via le second réseau de communication, au dispositif distant. 7. Système selon l une des revendications 6 à 8, dans lequel le second réseau de communication comprend au moins un élément d un groupe comprenant : - un réseau GPRS pour Generation Packet Radio Service ; - un réseau de UMTS pour Universal Mobile Telecommunication System ; et/ou - un Réseau sans Fil LAN pour Local Area Network. 1.
