3 2. Schalten Sie den Lift am Batterietrennschalter aus und entfernen Sie das Kabel mit dem Bedienelement. Turn off the lift at the battery switch and disconnect the cable off the control element. Entfernen Sie das Hauptstromkabel am Batterie-Trennschalter. Remove the main power cable at the battery disconnector switch. 5. Trennen Sie den Ringkabelschuh am Hauptstromkabel ab (Ringkabelschuh an der Batterie-Trennschalter Seite). 4 6. Verpressen Sie den neuen Ringkabelschuh [Art.-Nr ] mit dem Hauptstromkabel. Crimping the new cable lug (Art.-Nr ) with the main power cable. Seite:4/7 7. Entfernen Sie das Kabel zwischen Batterietrennschalter und dem Starterschalter. Remove the cable between the battery disconnect switch and the starter switch. 8. Trennen Sie den Kabelbinder durch und entfernen Sie das Kabel zwischen Batterie-Trennschalter und dem Sicherungsautomaten. Disconnect the cable tie through and remove the cable between the battery disconnect switch and the safety cutout.

5 9. Entfernen Sie den alten Batterie- Trennschalter. Bohren Sie hierzu die Nieten raus. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass beim Bohren keine Späne in das Power-Pack rein fällt. Positionieren Sie den neuen Batterie- Trennschalter [Art.-Nr ] wie auf dem Bild dargestellt und markieren Sie die neuen Befestigungsbohrungen. Bohren Sie mit einem 6 mm Bohrer auf den markierten Punkten durch das Blech. Danach entgraten Sie die Bohrungen. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass beim Bohren keine Späne in das Power-Pack rein fällt. Drill with a 6 mm drill at the marked points through the sheet metal. After that deburr the drill holes. Please make sure that no drilling chips in the Power Pack purely fall. 12. Montieren Sie den Batterie- Trennschalter [Art.-Nr ] mit den Linsenkopfschrauben [Art.-Nr ] und den Sicherungsmuttern [Art.-Nr ] wie auf dem Bild dargestellt. 6 13. Schrauben Sie das Seil des Schlüsselschalters an der Rückseite des Power-Packs mit der Linsenkopfschraube [Art.-Nr ] und der Scheibe [Art.-Nr ] fest. Montieren Sie das neue Kabel [Art.-Nr ] zwischen den Batterie- Trennschalter und den Sicherungsautomaten. Binden Sie die Kabel mit den Kabelbinder [Art.-Nr ] wie auf dem Bild dargestellt zusammen. Mount the new cable [Art.-Nr ] between the battery disconnect switch and the safety cutout. Binding the cables together with cable ties [Art.-Nr ] as shown in the picture.

7 15. Montieren Sie das neue Kabel [Art.-Nr ] zwischen den Batterie- Trennschalter und den Starterschalter. Nun können Sie das Hauptstromkabel und die Hauptsicherung wieder anbringen, die Abdeckung sowie das Bedienelement montieren und den Batterie-Trennschalter einschalten.
