If you are a Shareholder and wish to appoint someone else to be your proxy, you should complete a hard copy proxy form, delete the words the Chairman of the AGM or, write the name and address of the person you wish to be your proxy in the space provided and return the proxy form by post or as described in paragraph 1 above.
