2 W8JA Adapterkit zum Anbau der Motorrad Radaufnahme und des UNI LUG Adapter an die QuickSpan Maschinen Adapter kit to mount motorcycle adaptor and Universal flange to QuickSpan wheel balancers Adaptateur pour montage du kit moto et du plateau universel pour les équilibreuses Quick Span 1 Adapter 4 Senkkopfschrauben M6 x 25 1 adaptor 4 tapered screws M6 x 25 1 adaptateur 4 vis coniques M6 x 25 MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS Schrauben am Flansch der QuickSpan lösen Remove the 4 screws holding the flange Retirer les 4 vis en tenant le bras Wenn alle Schrauben entfernt sind die QuickSpan über das Pedal öffnen When all screws have been removed open the QuickSpan via the foot pedal Lorsque toutes les vis ont été retirées, ouvrer le Quick Span en utilisant la pédale 30. 3 Die Mittenzentrierung vom Gehäuse der Maschine wegschieben so dass die Zugstange sichtbar wird Move the flange away from the cabinet until the pull rod is seen Retirer le bras jusqu à ce que la tige apparaisse Die Mittenzentrierung mittels einem 13er Schlüssel und einem Schraubendreher losschrauben wie im Bild gezeigt Unscrew the flange using the 13mm wrench and a screwdriver as shown Dévisser le bras en utilisant une clé de 13 et un tournevis comme indiqué sur la photo Die Zugstange der QuickSpan über das Pedal nach hinten fahren (QuickSpan spannen) Move the pull rod via the foot pedal to the back (clamp QuickSpan) Introduire la tige à l intérieur en utilisant le Quick Span 30. 4 DIE MASCHINE VON DER LUFTVERSORGUNG TRENNEN UM EIN UNBEABSICHTIGTES ENTSPANNEN DER QUICKSPAN ZU VERHINDERN DISCONNECT THE AIR SUPPLY TO PREVENT THE QUICKSPAN TO UNCLAMP UNEXPECTLY Which may result in an internal damage DECONNECTER LE SYSTEME D AIR COMPRIME AFIN D EVITER TOUT SERRAGE NON INTENTIONNEL DU QUICK SPAN CE QUI POURRAIT ENDOMMAGER LA MACHINE Den Adapter auf die Wuchteinheit aufsetzen Attach the adapter to the balancing unit Fixer l adaptateur à l équilibreuse Vorzentrierung des Adapters mittels der mitgelieferten Senkkopfschrauben Pre centre the adapter using the delivered tapered screws Pré-centrer l adaptateur en utilisant les vis coniques livrées Die Senkkopfschrauben durch die Original zylindrischen Schrauben ersetzen und diese über Kreuz anziehen Replace the tapered screws with the original helical screws and tighten them crosswise Remplacer les vis coniques avec les vis originales hélicoïdales et serrer en croix 30. 5 Nachdem alle 4 original zylindrischen Schrauben festgezogen sind die Motorrad Radaufnahme bzw. den UNI LUG Adapter auf den Konus aufsetzen und mittels der Schraube (Welle bei der Motorrad Radaufnahme / 16 mm Schraube beim UNI LUG Adapter) festziehen.!!!! DANN einen Nulllauf durchführen!!!! After having tightened all 4 original helical screws put the motorcycle adaptor or the universal adaptor on the cone and tighten it with the screw (Shaft of the motorcycle adaptor / 16mm screw on universal adaptor)!!!! Perform a zero run!!!! Après avoir serré les 4 vis originales hélicoïdales mettre l'adaptateur moto ou l'adaptateur universel sur le cône et le fixer avec la vis (arbre de l'adaptateur moto / vis de 16mm sur l adaptateur universel)!!!! Réaliser un équilibrage à vide!!! Anbau der Mittenzentrierung Retrofit mid centring device Réinitialisation avec le kit de centrage Die 4 Schrauben entfernen und den Adapter von der Aufnahme nehmen Remove the 4 screws and demount the adaptor from the balancing unit Retirer les 4 vis et démonter l adaptateur de l équilibreuse Maschine wieder an die Luftversorgung anschließen und die Zugstange über das Fußpedal nach außen fahren Connect the machine to the air supply and move the pull rod out by using the foot pedal Connecter l équilibreuse à l air comprimé et sorter la tige en utilisant la pédale 30. 6 Die Mittenzentrierung auf die Zugstange aufsetzen und mit einem 13er Schlüssel und einem Schraubendreher festziehen Place the flange on the pull rod and tighten it using a 13 mm wrench and a screwdriver Placer la bride sur la tige en utilisant une clé de 13 et un tournevis Die Zugwelle ungefähr auf die Mittelstellung zurückschieben (siehe Bild unten) Push the flange back so that the pull shaft is located in the middle position (see picture below) Poussez la bride de telle sorte que l'axe d'entraînement se trouve en position médiane (voir photo ci-dessous) 30. 7 Die Mittenzentriervorrichtung so auf die Wuchteinheit positionieren, dass der Punkt auf der Wuchteinheit und das Kalibriergewinde auf der Mittenzentriervorrichtung fluchten Position the flange on the balancing unit in a way that the point on the balancing and the calibration thread on the flange are in line Positionner le bras sur l équilibreuse de telle sorte que les points sur l équilibreuse et l emplacement du filetage de la masse d étalonnage sur le bras soient alignés Die Mittenzentriervorrichtung mittels der 4 Senkkopfschrauben an der Wuchteinheit vorzentrieren Pre centre the flange on the balancing unit using the 4 tapered screws Pré-centrer l adaptateur en utilisant les vis coniques 30. 8 Die Senkkopfschrauben durch die Original zylindrischen Schrauben ersetzen und diese über Kreuz anziehen Replace the tapered screws with the original helical screws and tighten them crosswise Remplacer les vis coniques avec les vis originales hélicoïdales et serrer en croix!!!! Führen Sie einen Nulllauf durch!!!!!!!! Perform a zero run!!!!!!!! Réaliser un équilibrage à vide!!!! 30. Jan Page 8 of 8
