Für verspätet eingereichte Strombestellungen werden wegen des erhöhten Bearbeitungsaufwandes Säumniszuschläge erhoben: ab 01. Oktober + 50 Euro, ab Aufbaubeginn +100 Euro. Zu allen gennanten Preisen wird die Mehrwertsteuer zum jeweils geltenden Steuersatz in Rechnung gestellt. 4. Earthing of metal structures EUR Metal structures (e.g. stands) must be earthed for safety reasons. 5. Late fines will be charged for electricity orders submitted late to cover the elevated processing costs: from 1 October + Euro 50, from the start of stand construction + Euro 100. 6 Anschluss- und Lieferbedingungen für Elektrizität (zu Anlage 2) A) Vorbemerkungen 1. Die Bestellung muss mit der Unterschrift und dem Firmenstempel des Standinhabers oder eines bevollmächtigten Vertreters versehen sein. In die Bestellung sind nur die Angaben nach Vordruck aufzunehmen, weitere Erläuterungen werden auf der Rücksei te von Anlage 2.1 oder besonderem Blatt erbeten. 2. Es ist unbedingt erforderlich, eine Skizze mit den verbindlichen Stichmaßen für die Lage des Zählerstandortes, den gewünschten Anschlüssen, Steckdosen, Schaltern usw. auf der Rückseite von Anlage 2.1 anzufertigen oder eine Zeichnung der Bestellung beizufügen. 3. Bitte senden Sie die Bestellung des Stromanschlusses bis zum 1. September 2015 an die Ausstellungsleitung der DLG Service GmbH ein. 4. Die Arbeiten für die elektrische Installation eines Standes gliedern sich in zwei voneinander unabhängige Arbeitsvorgänge, und zwar in die Standzuleitung und in die Standinstallation. Standzuleitung (Formular 2) Die Standzuleitung ist die Verbindung zwischen dem Versorgungsnetz und dem Ausstellungsstand; die Gebühren hierfür so wie für die Bereitstellung von elektrischer Energie, Standabnahme, Stromverbrauch, Verteiler- bzw. Zählergehäuse und Leihzähler werden von der DLG Service GmbH ca. 4 Wochen nach Veranstaltungsende erhoben (s. Punkt C). Standinstallation Die Standinstallation umfaßt sämtliche Installationsarbeiten innerhalb eines Standes. 5. Der bestellte Stromanschluss darf nur für die Versorgung des eigenen Standes benutzt werden; die Versorgung anderer Stände ist nicht gestattet. 6. Für Störungen im Versorgungsnetz des Energieversorgungsunternehmens übernimmt die DLG Service GmbH keine Haftung. B) Elektro-Installation 1. Die allgemeine Beleuchtung der Gänge in den Hallen erfolgt durch die DLG Service GmbH. Die Ausleuchtung der Stände ist Sache der Aus steller. 2. Für die Entnahme von Kraftstrom steht den Ausstellern ein Drehstromnetz von 400 Volt zur Verfügung. Für Lichtanschlüsse, Kleingeräte und einphasige Motoren ist die Betriebsspannung 230 V einphasiger Wechselstrom bis maximal 3,0 kw. Die Netzfrequenz beträgt ca. 50 Hz. Schutzmaßnahme ist die Nullung. Standanschlüsse über 3,0 kw sind als Drehstromfünfleiter system auszuführen. Metallstände müssen geerdet werden. Motoren mit höherer Leistung als etwa 20 kw dürfen nur mit strombegrenzenden Anlassgeräten auf das Netz geschaltet werden. Elektrische Anlagen und Geräte aller Art, die an das Versorgungsnetz angeschlossen werden, müssen dem Gesetz über technische Arbeitsmittel, den VDE-Vorschriften oder gleichartigen ausländischen Vorschriften entsprechen. Leuchtstoffröhrenanlagen oder Entladungslampen anlagen sind zu kompensieren. cos φ= 0,9. Zusätzlich zu den vorgenannten Bestimmungen sind bei Steckdosenstromkreisen bis 16 A Fehlerstromschutzeinrichtungen mit Nennfehlerstrom von max. 30 ma und bei Steckdo senstromkreisen über 16 A mit Nennfehlerstrom von max. 500 ma zu installieren. Das Grundnetz in den Hallen gestattet eine Entnahme bis zu 300 Watt je 1m 2 Standfläche. Für Licht- und Kraftanlagen, die wegen des hohen Anschlusswertes nicht aus dem Grundnetz versorgt werden können, sind Sonderanschlüsse notwendig, deren Herstellungskosten zu Lasten des Ausstellers gehen. Das Leitungsnetz auf dem Ausstellungsgelände wird für die Stromentnahme in den Ständen vor Ausstellungsbeginn und nach Ausstellungsschluss bei Bedarf ein- bzw. abgeschaltet. 3. Elektrische Anschlüsse zu und in den Ständen dürfen aus Gründen der Betriebssicherheit, Unfall- und Brandgefahr nur von den von der DLG Service GmbH zu Arbeiten auf dem Messegelände zugelassenen Installateuren hergestellt werden Terms of Power Connection and Supply (Form No. 2) A) Preliminary remarks 1. It is absolutely necessary to provide a drawing with binding layout measurements of location of meter, desired connection points, sockets, switches etc. on back of Form No. 2.1 or to include drawing on extra sheet. 3. Applications for Power Connection and Supply must be sent to the DLG Service GmbH Exhibition Management (Ausstellungsleitung) to ar rive not later than 1 September The electric installation work of a stand is composed of two independent service operations, being the power connection to the stand and the electrical installation on the stand. Power connection to the stand The power connection to the stand is the connection of the stand to the mains; DLG Service GmbH will charge approx. 4 weeks after the end of the exhibition for this connection as well as for the supply of electricity, acceptance of the electric stand installation, power consumption, distribution panels or meter boards and rented meters (cf. point C). Electrical installation on the stand The electrical installation on the stand comprises all electrical installation work within a stand. 5. The power connection ordered herewith is to be used to supply the stand of the ordering exhibitor only; the supply of other stands is not permitted. 6. The DLG Service GmbH declines liability for disturbances in the current supply network from the energy utility company. B) Electrical Installation 1. General lighting of the corridors in the halls will be provided by the DLG Service GmbH. Exhibitors are responsible for lighting of the stands. 2. For high load current requirements, 400 V 3-phase power will be at the disposal of the exhibitors. Operating voltage for lighting connections, small appliances and single-phase motors will be 230 V single-phase a.c., up to a maximum load of 3.0 kw. Line frequency will be 50 cycles. Protective measure is connection to ground potential. Connections on the stand exceeding 3.0 kw must be executed as 5-wire, 3-phase systems. Motors with load exceeding 20 kw may only be connected if equipped with current limiting starter devices. Electric units and equipment of all kind to be connected to the mains must correspond to the German Law of Technical Working Materials German VDE regulations or equivalent foreign regulations. Fluorescent or discharge tube systems must be com pensated. cos φ= 0,9. Metal stands must be grounded. In addition to the conditions referred to above, socket power circuits of up to 16 A shall require the installation of fault current protection devices with rated fault currents of max. 30 ma, and socket power circuits of over 16 A shall require protective devices with rated fault currents of max. 500 ma. The mains in the halls permit loads of up to 300 watt per 1 m 2 stand area. Lighting systems and high-powered equipment which cannot be fed from the existing mains because of their high power consumption must be connected via special connections, the installation of which is to be borne by the exhibitor. The electric mains will be switched on and off for use at the stands during the time before the opening and after the end of the exhibition as required by demand. 3. Die Kosten für die Abnahme sind in der Bereitstellungsgebühr enthalten. Selbstinstallationen, die nicht in allen Teilen den VDE- und Sondervorschriften der DLG Service GmbH entsprechen, dürfen durch den Hallenelektriker nicht an das Versorgungsnetz ange schlossen werden. Aussteller haften bei Nichtbeachtung dieser Auflage für alle Schäden. Bei Selbstinstallationen geht die Verantwortung für die Elektro-Anlage des ganzen Stan des auf den Aussteller über. 4. Electric installation work by exhibitors within the stand may only be carried out by the exhibiting firm s own electricians who hold a certificate of qualification. The special DLG Service GmbH regulations must be observed precisely. These installations made by the exhibitor must be presented to the competent fair hall electrician in time for acceptance and start-up. Stand installation acceptance costs are in cluded in the power connection fee. Installations made by exhibitors not corresponding in all parts to the VDE and special DLG Service GmbH regulations cannot be connected to the mains supply by the fair hall electrician. Exhibitors disregarding these regulations will be liable for all damage. With installations made by ex hibitors, the responsibility for the electric system of the whole stand devolves upon the exhibitor

7 5. Die Aussteller können eigenes vorschriftsmäßiges Installationsmaterial für die Standinstallation zur Verfügung stellen oder mit dem Formular 2a (Preisliste für Materialbestellung) bestellen. 6. Die Versorgungsleitungen innerhalb des eigenen Standes sind über Flur zu verlegen und so abzudecken, dass keine Unfall- und Stolpergefahr entsteht. Flachleitungen jeder Art sind unzulässig. Ist aus zwingenden Gründen eine Unterflurinstallation unvermeidbar, dann sollte der Aussteller sich mit der DLG- Ausstellungsleitung in Verbindung setzen. 7. Wird zum Aufbau eines Standes Strom benötigt, dessen Anschluss aus baulichen Gründen noch nicht montiert werden konnte (fehlende Befestigungsmöglichkeit), so kann der Aussteller auf seine Kosten vom zuständigen Hal len elektriker einen Bauanschluss ohne Zähler installieren lassen (siehe Ziffer C 8). 8. Der Installateur übernimmt für alle von ihm ausgeführten Arbeiten die volle Haftung im Umfang der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Hierzu gehört auch das Anschließen der Selbst installationen. Bei Selbstinstallationen haftet das aus führende Unternehmen bzw. der Auf traggeber für die ausgeführten Arbeiten. Die Abnahme der Anlage und der Anschluss an das Versorgungsnetz durch den zuständigen Hallenelektriker entbinden nicht von der Haftung durch das ausführende Fremdunter nehmen. 9. Die verbrauchte elektrische Leistung (kwh) wird entweder durch geprüfte Zähler gemessen oder nach den installierten Anschlusswerten und einer Pauschale von 80 Betriebs stun den errechnet. Der für den Auf- und Abbau benötigte Baustrom wird mit einem Pauschalbetrag von der DLG Service GmbH erhoben. Die Installationskosten für den Baustromanschluss sind nach Auftragserteilung unmittelbar an den zuständigen Hallenelektriker zu zahlen. Die Zähler für Drehstrom (über 20,0 kw) müssen den angemeldeten Leistungen entsprechen. Werden ungeeignete oder fehlerhafte Zähler verwendet, so behält sich die DLG Service GmbH eine Berechnung des Stromverbrauchs nach dem Pauschalsatz vor. Die Kosten für die bestellte Energie (Bereitstellung des Netzes, Verlegen der Zuleitung, Ka bel, Verteiler, Leihgebühren für Zähler einschließlich Zählertafel, Standabnahme sowie der Stromverbrauch) werden durch die DLG Service GmbH endgültig festgestellt und etwa 4 Wochen nach der Ausstellung den Ausstellern in Rechnung gestellt. 10. Verwendung von Asbest oder Asbest enthaltenden Materialien ist verboten! Ausweichstof fe z.b Promatact H, Thermo-Ceran o.ä. 11. Elektrische Anlagen und Geräte müssen den Mindestvorschriften der Europäischen Union (EU) entsprechen. Falls für den Einzelfall noch keine EU-Mindestvorschriften vorliegen oder der Konformi tätsnachweis nicht erbracht werden kann, sind in jedem Fall folgende Bestimmungen einzuhalten: Gesetz über technische Arbeitsmittel (Gerätesicherheitsgestz - GSG) Unfallverhütungsvorschrift Elektrische Anlagen und Betriebsmittel VBG 4 der Berufsgenossenschaften VDE- oder CEE-Bestimmungen C) Gebühren für die Bereitstellung und Zuleitung von elektrischer Energie, Stromverbrauch 1. If electricity is required for the construction of a stand and the electrical connection has not been made yet for constructional reasons (e.g. lack of fastening fixtures), the exhibitor may instruct the hall electrician to make a temporary connection without meter at his own expense (see para. C 8). 8. The electrician will assume complete liability within the scope of legal provisions for the work executed by him. Part of this work is also the connection of installations carried out by the exhibitor. For such installations the executing party and/or the party ordering will be liable for the work executed. The acceptance of the installation and the connection to the mains by the competent fair hall electrician does not release the executing firm from its liability. 9. The power consumed (kwh) will be determined either by tested meters or according to the installed connected loads and a standard number of 80 service hours. The power consumption required for construction and removal work will be charged by the DLG Service GmbH with a standard flat rate sum. The installation costs for this power connection will have to be paid directly to the competent fair hall electrician after issue of order. The meters for 3-phase current (exceeding 20.0 kw) must be commensurate with the loads applied for. If unsuitable or faulty meters are used, the DLG Service GmbH reserves the right to determine the power consumption on the basis of a flat rate. The connecting work (supply, laying of connections, cables, distribution panels, stand ac ceptance) and rental charges for meter board and meter as well as current consumption will be exactly computed and invoiced by the DLG Service GmbH to the exhibitor approx. 4 weeks after the end of the exhibition. 10. The use of asbestos or of materials containing asbestos is strictly forbidden. Possible alternatives are materials such as Promatect H, Thermo-Ceram or equivalent. 11. Electrical systems and equipment must accord with the minimum regulations of the Euro pean Union (EU). 8 3. Zur Verrechnung gelangt der tatsächliche Anschlusswert. Ist er aber niedriger als der angemeldete Wert, so wird der höhere Wert berechnet, da die Anschlussleitungen der bestellten Leistung angepasst werden muss. Änderungswünsche bezüglich Anschlusswert bzw. die Stornierung eines bestellten Anschlusses können nur berücksichigt werden, wenn dies der DLG-Ausstellungsleitung spätestens 4 Wochen vor Ausstellungsbeginn gemeldet wird. Bei verspätet eingehenden Änderungswünschen oder Stornierungen werden bereits erbrachte Leistungen in Rechnung gestellt. 4. Die Stromkosten für Wechsel- und Drehstrom betragen nach dem derzeitigen Tarif einheitlich EUR 0,345 für 1 kwh. 5. Der Stromverbrauch bis zum Anschlusswert von 20,0 kw wird pauschal berechnet, Zähler werden nur auf Wunsch gesetzt. Bei Anschlusswerten über 20,0 kw wird ein Zählergehäuse mit Zähler gesetzt (Mietpreise siehe Formular 2a). 6. Anschlussleistung (Bereitstellung, Verlegen der Zuleitung, Kabel, Standabnahme) sowie Stromkosten werden von der DLG Service GmbH in Rechnung gestellt. 7. Der für den Auf- und Abbau benötigte Baustrom wird mit einem Pauschalbetrag von der DLG Service GmbH erhoben. Die Installationskosten für den Baustrom - anschluss sind nach der Fertigstellung unmittelbar an den zuständigen Vertragsinstallateur zu zahlen. 8. Die Standinstallation muss mit einem Fehlerstromschutzschalter (FI-Schalter) abgesichert werden. Verfügt der Aussteller nicht über einen solchen, wird die Absicherung vom Halleninstallateur vorgenommen und in Rechnung gestellt. 9. Für verspätet eingerichtete Strombestellungen werden wegen des erhöhten Bearbeitungsaufwandes Säumniszuschläge erhoben: 3. The costs for lighting, heavy duty and heating current are uniformly EUR for 1 kwh at the current rate. 5. Current consumption up to a connected value of 20.0 kw, will be charged at a flat rate, meters will only be installed upon request. A meter board with meter will only be installed for connected loads exceeding 20.0 kw (see Form 2a for rental prices). 6. Connecting work (supply, laying of connections, cables, stand acceptance) and current comsumption will be invoiced by the DLG Service GmbH. 7. Current for construction activities during erection and dismantling will be charged by the DLG Service GmbH at a flat rate. The costs for the installation of construction current connections have to be paid immediately after issue of order to the respective contracting firm. 8. Electrical installations of the stand must be prevented with a fault current protection device. This can be ordered from the hall electrician. 9. Due to the extra processing work involved surcharges will be invoiced for electricity orders submitted late: ab 01. Oktober + 50,00 EUR as of 1 October EUR ab Aufbaubeginn + 100,00 EUR as of start of construction EUR 10. Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand ist Frankfurt am Main, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, es sei denn, es ist ausdrücklich Hannover als Gerichts stand angegeben. 10. Final accounting: The exact fees will be computed by DLG Service GmbH and the account will be sent to the exhibitor approx. 4 weeks after the exhibition. All prices are subject to change if rises of wages or prices occur before the beginning of the exhibition. If tariff rates are raised, prices are subject to adjustments. Value added tax will be charged on all prices at the prevailing rate. Place of performance and legal venue is Frankfurt am Main, as far as is legally admissable, unless Hanover is expressly stipulated as legal venue.
