Description This spscontrol HMI visualises the device MOXA iologik E2210. The functionality of the HMI contains the read-out of the twelve digital inputs (DI0-11, on/off) and the switching on/off of the eight digital outputs (DIO0-7). These digital in/outputs are just supported as outputs in this HMI. So, shifting to eight further inputs is not supported. Inputs, which are configured as counters, are not supported as well in this HMI. Reading On/off: Switching On/Off: 12 digital input (DI0 to DI11) 8 digital input/output used as outputs (DIO0 to DIO7 declared as DO0 to DO7) 3.1. spscontrol-app spscontrol lets you use smart phones and tablets to operate devices, machines, and industrial equipment. As a native app, spscontrol offers an outstanding user experience in everyday use and requires little effort to install. The direct connection between the app and the equipment is currently established using the industrial bus protocol Modbus TCP, which allows spscontrol to communicate with practically any machine. Since only payload data is transmitted, the app remains reliable even on slower mobile networks. spscontrol app is necessary for the appropriate use of the HMI MOXA iologik E2210. 6 Registration in the HMI Portal within the spscontrol app and installation of an HMI: Requirement: the spscontrol app must be installed on the smart phone or tablet. 1. Enter login information (HMI Store Account) Start the spscontrol app and switch to the HMI Portal 2. Confirm by clicking Log in Select the HMI and click Install Enter connection data and establish the connection to the device: Requirement: HMI must be already installed 2. Enter the information, then click back Start the spscontrol app and open the project settings 1. The HMI Store In the online shop, standard HMIs in the form of HMI licenses for industrial systems and automation equipment are available. Once a purchase has been made, the purchaser can access the HMI licenses in the HMI portal. The HMIs store processes the sale of HMIs fully automatically. Technical data sheet Page 7 of 15

8 3.3. The HMI Portal The multitenant HMI Portal allows you to manage HMI licenses you have purchased as well as HMIs you have created in-house. The HMI Portal is integrated into the spscontrol app via a userfriendly interface. You can see the HMI licenses in the HMI Portal immediately after their purchase, at which point they can be allocated to employees, retracted, uninstalled, or reinstalled. Each license can be installed on only one mobile device. The HMI's technical documentation is also displayed directly in the HMI Portal. There are four navigation tabs in the HMI Portal: Projects, HMI, Approved Licenses, and Received Licenses: The HMI tab provides an overview of purchased or internally developed HMIs, giving users the opportunity to customize a universal HMI by allocating it to a specific project. In the Project tab, information on existing projects is displayed. Users can approve one or more HMI licenses for multiple individuals within a specific project. Individuals who receive an invitation can get notifications upon approval of HMI licenses by simply entering their addresses. After registering in the app with their customer account, the project and thus the HMI license can be installed. The user now has access to the HMI. The Released Licenses tab is where HMI licenses that the owner has made available to users are managed. Licenses can be revoked or removed and the status of individual licenses can be monitored. Beschreibung Dieses spscontrol-hmi visualisiert das Gerät MOXA iologik E2210. Der Funktionsumfang des HMIs enthält das Auslesen der zwölf digitalen Eingänge (DI0-11, An/ Aus) und das Ein- und Ausschalten der acht digitalen Ausgänge (DIO0-7). Diese digitalen Ein-/Ausgänge (Digital In Out) können in diesem HMI nur als Ausgänge betrieben werden. Digitale Eingänge, die als Counter verwendet werden, sind in diesem HMI nicht implementiert. Die direkte Verbindung zwischen App und Anlage basiert auf dem industriellen Bus- Protokoll "Modbus TCP" und lässt spscontrol mit einer Vielzahl von Anlagen und Geräten kommunizieren. Die Übertragung reiner Nutzdaten macht die App zuverlässig, auch bei geringen Übertragungsraten innerhalb von Mobilfunknetzen. HMI Store Im Online-Shop werden standardisierte HMIs in Form von HMI-Lizenzen für technische Anlagen aus den Bereichen Energie-, Steuerungs- und Automatisierungstechnik bereitgestellt. Nach abgeschlossenem Kauf stehen die HMI-Lizenzen im Portal zur Verfügung HMI Portal Das mandantenfähige HMI Portal dient zur Verwaltung gekaufter HMI-Lizenzen und selbsterstellter HMIs. Das HMI Portal ist in der spscontrol-app integriert. Gekaufte HMI-Lizenzen sind sofort nach dem Kauf im HMI Portal zu sehen und lassen sich nach Bedarf Mitarbeitern zuweisen oder entziehen, deinstallieren und erneut installieren. Jede Lizenz kann nur auf einem mobilen Gerät installiert sein. Darüber hinaus wird die technische Dokumentation zum HMI direkt im HMI Portal angezeigt. Im HMI Portal existieren vier Navigationsreiter: Projekte, Visualisierungen, Freigegebene Lizenzen und Erhaltene Lizenzen: Technical data sheet Page 14 of 15

15 Der Reiter Visualisierungen gibt einen Überblick über die gekauften und selbsterstellten HMIs und bietet dem Anwender die Möglichkeit, eine universelle HMI durch einen Projektbezug zu individualisieren. Im Reiter Projekte werden Informationen zu bestehenden Projekten angezeigt. Der Anwender kann zu einem konkreten Projekt eine oder mehrere HMI-Lizenzen an verschiedene Personen freigeben. Durch eine einfache Eintragung der -Adressen erhalten die eingeladenen Personen eine Mitteilung über die Freigabe der HMI-Lizenz. Nach der Anmeldung in der App mit ihrem Kundenkonto kann das Projekt und somit die HMI-Lizenz installiert werden. Anschließend steht dem Nutzer das HMI zur Verfügung. Im Reiter freigegebene Lizenzen werden HMI-Lizenzen verwaltet, die der Besitzer den Nutzern zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Es können Lizenzen entzogen, entfernt und der Status der einzelnen Lizenzen beobachtet werden. Der Reiter erhaltene Lizenzen gibt eine Übersicht über die erhaltenen Lizenzen.
