Nr.: ) / Bars with joint (article-no.: ) Die Kopfsteckteile bestehen aus dem Rasterstab mit Anschraubwinkel und die ineinander gesteckte Gewindeund Steckhülse. 2 Kopfsteckteile mit Gelenk u. 4 Rasterhöhen (1 Set = 2 Stück) (Art. Nr.: ) Bars with joint for adjustable headrest; 4 heights (1 Set = 2 pieces) (article-no.: ) Zunächst die Gewindehülse mit der Steckhülse von der Rasterstange abziehen. 3 Für die weitere Montage muß die Steckhülse (Art. Nr.: ) und die Gewindehülse (Art. Nr.: ) demontiert werden. For further assembly the socket insert (article-no.: ) has to be taken out of the threaded bushing (article-no.: ). Dazu den Maulschlüssel SW 16 Kunststoffnase Plastic-nose Push the open mouth wrench size 16 auf die Schlüsselweite der Gewindehülse schieben. onto the threaded bushing, as shown. 4 Achtung / Attention Den Maulschlüssel am oberen Ende der Schlüsselweite ansetzen, damit die 2 Kunststoffnasen der Steckhülse zusammengedrückt werden. Push the wrench all the way onto the bushing in order to compress the plastic noses. Nun die Steckhülse aus der Gewindehülse herausziehen. Now pull the socket insert out of the threaded bushing. Hinweis /Note Die Steckhülse und die Gewindehülse dürfen zur Demontage nicht gedreht werden, da sonst die Kunststoffnasen abreißen und eine weitere Funktionalität nicht gewährleistet ist! Don t twist the socket insert and the threaded bushing, otherwise the plastic-noses can break and the functionality is no longer given. 5 Montagevorrichtung für Rücken mit Kopfsteckteilen (Art. Nr.: ). Mounting fixture for backrest with height adjustable headrest (article-no.: ). Die beiden Rasterstangen in die Montagevorrichtung stecken. Aufnahme für den Anschraubwinkel Adapter for screw-on bracket Place the both joint bar into the mounting fixture. Den Anschraubwinkel der Rasterstangen nach innen positionieren. Make sure that the screw-on bracket of the joint bar are positioning inward. 7 Die nach innen positionierten Anschraubwinkel der Rasterstangen The inwards positioning screw-on bracket of the the joint bar dann um 90 Grad drehen. then turned by 90. Nach dem Ausrichten der Anschraubwinkel müssen die beiden Oberkanten parallel zueinander liegen. Ansonsten sind die Anschraubwinkel nachzurichten. 8 Danach die Anschraubwinkel an das bauseitig kundenspezifische Kopfelement befestigen. Now attach the screw-on bracket to the individual headrest element. Das Kopfteil um 90 Grad in die Nutzposition drehen und das Kopfelement mit den besfestigten Rasterstangen aus der Vorrichtung nehmen. Then twist the headrest 90 towards the user position. Now pull the headrest with the attached joint bars out of the fixture. Achtung / Attention Überprüfung der Ausrichtung der Rasterstäbe. Durch Unebenheiten im Kopfelement kann es sein, dass die Rasterstäbe einen Schiefstand aufweisen. Please check the alignment of the joint bars. 9 Die Rasterstäbe sind dann so auszurichten, dass die Stäbe parallel zueinander stehen. If that is the case, the joint bars are to be adjusted until they are aligned. Achtung / Attention Überprüfung der Ausrichtung der Rasterstäbe. Durch Unebenheiten im Kopfelement kann es sein, dass die Rasterstäbe einen Schiefstand aufweisen. parallel Please check the alignment of the joint bars. 10 Achtung / Attention Danach die Rasterstäbe wieder in die Vorrichtung einführen und auf Leichtgängigkeit überprüfen. Die zuvor demontierten Gewindehülsen in die vorgesehenen Bohrungen vom Rücken mit einem Maulschlüssel SW 16 fest schrauben. 11 Achtung / Attention Die Gewindehülse konzentrisch in die Bohrungen einschrauben. 12 Nachdem die Gewindehülsen verschraubt sind, After the threaded bushings are screwed in, die Steckhülsen wieder in die Gewindehülsen drücken. push the socket insert back into the threaded bushings. Achtung / Attention Beim Einstecken der Steckhülsen darauf achten, dass die 2 Kunststoffnasen parallel zu der Aussparung in der Gewindehülse liegen. Die Steckhülsen soweit eindrücken, bis durch ein leichtes knacken die Kunststoffnasen wieder in der Aussparung eingerastet sind. When placing the socket insert make sure that the 2 plastic noses are parallel to the slots in the threaded bushing.
