Bei zeotropen Gemischen, wie R7C, verändern sich dadurch die Bezugsparameter (Drucklagen, Flüssigkeitstemperaturen) gegenüber bisher üblicherweise auf ''Mitteltemperaturen'' bezogene Daten. Als Konsequenz ergeben sich (zahlenmäßig) geringere Werte für Kälteleistung und Leistungszahl. Bezugspunkte für Verdampfungsund Verflüssigungsdrücke Anschluss-Positionen (HP) und 3 (LP) am Verdichter (siehe Maßzeichnung). Der Druckabfall für Absperrventile und Rückschlagventil ist nicht berücksichtigt. Dies ist weltweit Stand der Technik bei Kompaktschrauben, da in fabrikmäßig gefertigten Kühlsätzen vielfach auf Absperrventile verzichtet wird und das Rückschlagventil auch als externe Komponente in der Druckgasleitung angeordnet sein kann. Im Sinne der internationalen Vergleichbarkeit von Leistungsdaten wurde daher für Schraubenverdichter der CSH-Serie dieser Standard übernommen. Evaporating and condensing temperatures correspond to ''dew point'' conditions (saturated vapor). With zeotropic blends like R7C this leads to a change in the basic parameters (pressure levels, liquid temperatures) compared with data according to ''mean temperatures'' used so far. As a consequence this results in a lower numerical value for cooling capacity and efficiency (COP). Reference points for evaporating and condensing pressures Connection positions (HP) and 3 (LP) on the compressor (see dimensional drawing). The pressure drop for shut-off valves and check valves has not been taken into consideration. This is the worldwide state of the art for compact screws, as in factory-produced chillers shut-off valves are often not used and the check valve can also be arranged as an external component in the discharge line. For the sake of the international comparability of performance data, this standard was also taken over for the screw compressors of the CSH series. Las temperaturas de evaporación y de condensación se refieren a los ''valores del punto de rocío'' (vapor saturado). En el caso de mezclas zeotrópicas, como R7C, se modifican de esta forma los parámetros de referencia (niveles de presión, temperaturas del líquido) en relación con los datos que hasta ahora se referían a ''temperaturas medias''. Como resultado, se reducen (numéricamente) los datos para la potencia refrigeradora y el coeficiente de rendimiento. Puntos de referencia para presiones de evaporación y de condensación Posiciones de conexión (HP) y 3 (LP) del compresor (véase el dibujo acotado). Para las válvulas de cierre y de retención no se tiene en cuenta la caída de presión. Esto está a escala mundial el estado de la técnica en tornillos compactos, puesto que en los dispositivos de refrigeración realizados en fábrica se renuncia a menudo a válvulas de cierre, y la válvula de retención puede instalarse también como componente externo en los conductos del gas comprimido. En aras de permitir la comparación internacional de los datos de rendimiento, se adoptó este estándar para los compresores de tornillo de la serie CSH. 5

Economiser-Betrieb Für Daten bei Economiser Betrieb ist systembedingt Flüssigkeits-Unterkühlung einbezogen. Die Flüssigkeitstempertur ist definiert auf 0 K über Sättigungstemperatur (Taupunkt bei R7C) am Economiser-Eintritt (t cu = t ms + 0 K). Individuelle Betriebspunkte Für die anspruchsvolle Verdichter-Auswahl mit der Möglichkeit individueller Eingabewerte steht die BITZER-Software zur Verfügung. Die resultierenden Ausgabedaten umfassen alle wichtigen Leistungsparameter für Verdichter und Zusatz-Komponenten, Einsatzgrenzen, technische Daten und Maßzeichnungen. Darüber hinaus lassen sich spezifische Datenblätter generieren, die entweder gedruckt oder als Datei für andere Software-Programme (z.b. Excel) verwendet werden können. Therefore the rated cooling capacity and efficiency (COP) show lower values in comparison to data based on 5 or 8.3 K of subcooling. Economiser operation Data for economiser operation inherently include liquid subcooling. The liquid temperature is defined as 0 K above saturated temperature (dew point with R7C) at economiser inlet (t cu = t ms + 0 K). Individual operating points For detailed compressor selection with the option of individual data input our BITZER software is available. The resulting output data include all important performance parameters for compressors and additional components, application limits, technical data and dimensional drawings. Moreover, specific data sheets can be generated which may either be printed out or transferred into other software programs, e.g. Excel, for further use. Explanation to application limits Thermal limits for capacity control (CR) and additional cooling (liquid injection and oil cooling) depend on the compressor type. The maximum condensing temperature can be restricted with individual types.
