Unsere Freunde sind Menschen, die nicht in diese beiden Kategorien, die aber dennoch mit uns durch dick und dünn gehen. Schulsport In den vergangenen Jahren vernachlässigten viele Schulen den Sport als Unterricht. Einige Experten sehen darin einen Grund für die stetige Gewichtszunahme der Schüler. Bewegung ist für die meisten Kinder der heutigen Zeit eher selten geworden. Zu wenig Sportunterricht bedeutet zu wenig Bewegung, und zu wenig Bewegung führt zu verschiedenen vermeidbaren Krankheiten. Kritiker halten nur ein paar Stunden Sport in der Woche für nutzlos und würden den Schulsport lieber ganz abschaffen, wenn eine Erhöhung der Stundenzahl nicht möglich ist. In Wirklichkeit kann Schulsport nicht nur für die körperliche Fitness einen großen Nutzen bringen, sondern auch Konzentration und Lernfähigkeit unterstützen. Wenn man Schüler nach ihrem Lieblingsfach in der Schule fragt, dann wird der Sportunterricht in einem hohen Prozentsatz der Antworten genannt. Dies liegt daran, dass er für die Kinder eine Abwechslung zum alltäglichen Lernen in der Schule darstellt. Manche Schulen bieten Möglichkeiten an, auch außerhalb des Sportunterrichts körperlich aktiv zu sein, zum Beispiel in Wettbewerben oder von der Schule organisierten Turnieren. Die Teilnahme an diesen Angeboten ist freiwillig, aber immer empfehlenswert. 7 (a) In fast allen Schulen hat Sport an Bedeutung gewonnen. 7 (b) Übergewichtige Schüler lehnen Sport ab. 7 (c) Der Sportunterricht kann im Kampf gegen Krankheit helfen. 7 (d) Kritiker würden lieber gar keinen Schulsport haben als zu wenig. 7 (e) Sport wird selten als Lieblingsfach genannt. Meine Karriere Jaël Malli Jahrelang feierte ich als Leadsängerin der Band Lunik Erfolge. Im Juni 2013 war mit der Band Schluss. Gleich nach der Auflösung musste ich eine große Entscheidung treffen: entweder mein erstes Soloalbum machen oder ein Leben ohne Musik. Die zweite Option kam nicht in Frage. Ich hatte Angst, aber es führte kein Weg zurück. Das Soloalbum habe ich per Crowdfunding finanziert. Knapp einen Monat nach der Bandauflösung habe ich meine Kampagne gestartet. Zu meinem Erstaunen habe ich keine einzige Ablehnung erhalten. Das Album war unglaublich teuer zu produzieren und ich war wirklich froh über meine treue Fangemeinde. Als ich schließlich allein im Studio stand, hatte ich gemischte Gefühle. Irgendwann dachte ich: Was ist, wenn meine Musik niemandem gefällt? Und dann: Immerhin gefällt sie mir. Das war schön. Aber als ich die Augen schloss, stellte ich mir vor, dass Lunik noch existiert. Das hat mich traurig gemacht. Meine Karriere hat sich schnell entwickelt und ich arbeite mittlerweile auch als Schauspielerin. Ich versuche das mit der Musik zu kombinieren. Aber das kann schwer sein.
