4 4 Schüco Mehrwert durch Wärmedämmung und rationelle Fertigung Added value through thermal insulation and rationalised production Das neue Modulfassadensystem FM 50 überzeugt neben dem modularen Aufbau durch sehr gute Wärmedämmeigenschaften und kürzeste Fertigungszeiten gegenüber konventionellen Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden. Höchste Anforderungen an Wärmedämmung werden mit zwei Dämmklassen erfüllt. Bei der wärmegedämmten Ausführung liegen die U f -Werte zwischen 1,66 und 1,98 W/m 2 K. Bei der hochwärmegedämmten Ausführung (HI) werden durch ein zusätzlich eingebrachtes Dämmprofil U f -Werte zwischen 1,02 und 1,35 W/m 2 K erreicht. Die kurzen Fertigungszeiten und damit auch die Senkung der Gesamtkosten werden durch den hohen Vorfertigungsgrad der Module und die deutlich reduzierte Teilevielfalt erzielt, was gleichzeitig zu Einsparung an Lagerplatzbedarf führt. 7 Schüco 7 Modul 1 Das Statik-Modul Module 1 The structural module Das Tragwerk der Fassaden- Konstruktion zur Lasteinleitung in den Baukörper und der Verbindung der Teile des Tragwerks untereinander besteht aus gleichen Pfosten- und Riegelprofilen mit einer Ansichtsbreite von 50 mm. 8 8 Schüco Modul 2 Das Funktions-Modul Module 2 The functional module Modul 2 übernimmt die Funktion der Abdichtung nach innen, die Wärmedämmung und die Aufnahme der Verglasungen/ Füllungen. Es besteht aus einem Drainageprofil mit eingebrachten Glasanlagedichtungen sowie einer Dichtungseinlage im Durchdringungsbereich der Bohrschrauben für die Andruckleiste. Die Glasanlagedichtungen sind für die Überlappung in den Stoßbereichen lagenweise trennbar ausgebildet. Für die Aufnahme unterschiedlicher Füllungsdicken wird eine Aufnahmenut durch Heraustrennen eines Steges geöffnet, in die eine Ausgleichsdichtung eingebracht werden kann. Das Modul ist optional mit einem eingebrachten Dämmprofil für erhöhten Wärmeschutz ausgestattet. Ein variantenreiches Deckschalen-Sortiment wird jedem Gestaltungswunsch gerecht. Dabei sorgt die schmale Ansichtsbreite von 50 mm für eine elegante, leichte Optik.
