The symposium will start on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, h, with workpackage sessions. Each workpackage will have the opportunity to discuss and to determine the working program for the coming year within a time frame of about 2 hours. On Wednesday morning, February 5, each workpackage will present the discussion outcome in a plenary session. A scientific symposium with 7 key-note lectures addressing topics of actual interest will follow. From h on the German Leukemia Network will meet (in German). A block reservation of rooms for participants has been made at several hotels. We kindly ask you to contact these hotels directly with the keyword European LeukemiaNet by Phone, Fax or to make your reservation. Please, note the booking deadlines of each hotel, since after the deadlines there will be no special rates any more. Information concerning hotels is attached. If you are a member of a participating institution of the European LeukemiaNet you can forward the hotel bill and receipts for travel expenses to the Network Management Center for reimbursement. We can reimburse accommodation for 2 nights. Please, send us the original tickets and receipts until February 28, Accompanying persons other than colleagues are not eligible for reimbursement. We can reimburse hotel cost for up to 131,00 EUR per night including breakfast.
