Zugelassene Luftfahrzeuge Der Flugplatz ist für die Benutzung durch folgende Arten von Luftfahrzeugen zugelassen: 1. Flugzeuge mit Ausnahme der Flugzeuge ohne Lärmzulassung nach ICAO-Annex 16 zum Abkommen über die Internationale Zivilluftfahrt (ICAO-Abkommen), der Strahlflugzeuge, mit einer Lärmzulassung nach ICAO-Annex 16, Band 1, Kapitel 2 zum Abkommen über die Internationale Zivilluftfahrt (ICAO-Abkommen), der Flugzeuge deren Ausmaße größer als ICAO Code-Buchstaben C (maximale Flügelspannweite geringer als 36 m und Spurbreite des Hauptfahrwerkes geringer als 9 m) sind, der Strahlflugzeuge mit einer höchstzulässigen Startmasse (MTOM) von mehr als 300 t, von militärischen Strahlflugzeugen, von Überschallflugzeugen. 2. Flugzeuge des Luftfahrzeugmusters Boeing B Drehflügler 4. Selbststartende Motorsegler 5. Freiballone 2. VFR-Flugbetrieb 2.1 VFR-Flugbetrieb ist zulässig: a) an Werktagen (Montag bis Freitag) zwischen 0500 (0400) und 2100 (2000), b) an Wochenenden (Samstag und Sonntag) sowie an Feiertagen (siehe GEN 2.1, und gesetzliche(n) Feiertage des Königreiches der Niederlande) zwischen 0700 (0600) und 1900 (1800). 2.2 VFR-Flugbetrieb ist unzulässig: mit Luftfahrzeugen, die eine höchstzulässige Startmasse (MTOM) von mehr als kg aufweisen, mit Strahlflugzeugen. 2.3 Platzrundenflüge und Übungsflüge Platzrundenflüge sowie wiederholte An- und Abflüge desselben Luftfahrzeuges zu Training-, Übungs- oder Prüfungszwecken sind über niederländischem Hoheitsgebiet nicht zulässig. Als wiederholte An- und Abflüge sind mehr als zwei An- und/oder Abflüge desselben Luftfahrzeugs innerhalb einer Zeitspanne einer Stunde beginnend mit der ersten Bewegung zu verstehen. Local Flying Restrictions 1. Authorised Aircraft The following types of aircraft are authorised to use the aerodrome: 1. Aeroplanes with the exception of aeroplanes without noise certification according to ICAO Annex 16 pursuant to the Agreement on International Civil Aviation (ICAO Agreement), jet aeroplanes with noise certification according to ICAO Annex 16, Volume 1, Chapter 2 pursuant to the Agreement on International Civil Aviation (ICAO Agreement), aeroplanes, the dimensions of which are greater than ICAO Code Letter C (max. wing span less than 36 m and wheel track of the main undercarriage less than 9 m), jet aeroplanes with a maximum permissible take-off mass (MTOM) exceeding 300 t, military jet aeroplanes, supersonic aeroplanes. 2. aeroplanes of the type Boeing B rotorcraft 4. powered gliders able to take off unaided 5. free balloons 2. VFR Flight Operations 2.1 VFR flight operations are permitted: a) on workdays (Monday to Friday) between 0500 (0400) and 2100 (2000), b) at weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays (see GEN 2.1, and legal holidays of the Kingdom of the Netherlands) between 0700 (0600) and 1900 (1800). 2.2 VFR flight operations are prohibited: with aircraft, the maximum permissible take-off mass (MTOM) of which exceeds kg, with jet aeroplanes. 2.3 Traffic Circuit and Training Flights Traffic circuit flights as well as multiple approaches and departures of the same aircraft for training, exercise or inspection purposes are prohibited over the territory of the Netherlands. Multiple approaches and departures shall be understood as more than two approaches and/or departures of the same aircraft within a period of one hour beginning with the first movement. AMDT 03/13

7 LUFTFAHRTHANDBUCH DEUTSCHLAND AD 2 EDLV JUL Ausnahmen Von den vorgenannten Einschränkungen für den VFR-Flugbetrieb sind ausgenommen: 1. Landungen von Luftfahrzeugen, die den Flughafen Niederrhein nachweislich aus meteorologischen, technischen oder sonstigen Sicherheitsgründen als Ausweichflughafen anfliegen. Die entsprechenden Nachweise, dass die Landungen aus meteorologischen, technischen oder sonstigen Sicherheitsgründen erfolgt sind, sind der örtlichen Luftaufsichtsstelle innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der jeweiligen Landung in schriftlicher Form vorzulegen. 2. Starts und Landungen im Katastrophen- und/oder medizinischen Hilfeleistungseinsatz sowie sonstigen Notfällen. Starts jedoch nur vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung durch die örtliche Luftaufsicht. Die entsprechenden Nachweise, dass es sich um Flugbewegungen im Katastrophen- und/oder medizinischen Hilfeleistungseinsatz sowie sonstigen Notfällen handelt, sind der örtlichen Luftaufsicht innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der jeweiligen Landung bzw. spätestens 30 Minuten vor dem geplanten Start in schriftlicher Form vorzulegen. Für geplante Landungen und Starts in der Zeit zwischen 2100 (2000) und 0500 (0400) von Luftfahrzeugen im Katastrophen- und/oder medizinischen Hilfeleistungseinsatz sowie sonstigen Notfällen ist bis 2000 (1900) eine telefonische Zustimmung (PPR) (+49) einzuholen. 3. Vermessungsflüge durch oder im Auftrag des zuständigen Flugsicherungsunternehmens. Anmerkungen: Die von der Flugverkehrskontrollstelle (ATC) erteilten Start- oder Landefreigaben, sowie anderer Freigaben, beinhalten nicht automatisch die gegebenenfalls erforderliche Zustimmung durch die Luftaufsicht. ATC übermittelt keine Ausnahmegenehmigungen über Sprechfunk. VFR-Flugbetrieb über niederländischem Hoheitsgebiet ist unbeschadet vorgenannter Beschränkungen nur innerhalb des Tages (SR SS) zulässig. Örtliche Luftaufsicht / Local Aviation Supervision Office: Tel.: (+49) Fax: (+49) Exceptions The following are exempt from the afore-mentioned restrictions for VFR flight operations: 1. Landings of aircraft provably approaching Niederrhein Airport as alternate aerodrome for meteorological, technical or other safety reasons. Written proof that landings have taken place for meteorological, technical or other safety reasons shall be submitted to the local Aviation Supervision Office within 24 hours after the landing in question. 2. Take-offs and landings of aircraft on disaster missions and/or aircraft rendering medical assistance as well as in other emergency cases. Take-offs, however, are subject to permission by the local Aviation Supervision Office. Written proof that the flights were conducted on disaster missions and/or while rendering medical assistance as well as in other emergency cases shall be submitted to the local Aviation Supervision Office within 24 hours after the landing in question and not later than 30 minutes prior to the planned take-off. In the case of landings and take-offs of aircraft on disaster missions and/or aircraft rendering medical assistance, as well as in other emergency cases, which are planned between 2100 (2000) and 0500 (0400), PPR shall be obtained by telephone (+49) by 2000 (1900). 3. Calibration flights by or commissioned by the competent air navigation services company. Remarks: Take-off or landing clearances, as well as other clearances, issued by ATC do not automatically include permission by the Aviation Supervision Office which may be required. Exceptional permission will not be issued by ATC via radiotelephony. VFR flight operations over the territory of the Netherlands are permitted during daylight hours (SR SS) only, irrespective of the afore-mentione restrictions. 3. IFR-Flugbetrieb 3.1 Für den IFR-Flugbetrieb gilt: a) Flugbetrieb ist zulässig zwischen 0500 (0400) und 2100 (2000). b) Zwischen 2100 (2000) und 2300 (2200) ist Flugbetrieb nur mit Luftfahrzeugen, die im Fluglinien- oder planmäßigen Gelegenheitsverkehr* eingesetzt werden und für Luftfahrtunternehmen operieren, die den Flughafen Niederrhein regelmäßig zum Abstellen von Luftfahrzeugen über Nacht nutzen oder dort einen Wartungsschwerpunkt** unterhalten (sogenannte Base-Carrier) und 1) nach ICAO Annex 16, Band 1, Kapitel 3 zugelassen und in der jeweiligen geltenden Fassung der Bonusliste ("Bonusliste für startende und landende Flugzeuge" vom (AZ: LS 11/ ) des Bundesministeriums für Verkehr, Bau- und Stadtentwicklung (BMVBS) - NfL I-83/03.) des zuständi-gen Bundesministeriums enthalten sind oder nach ICAO Annex 16, Band 1, Kapitel 4 oder 2) nach ICAO Annex 16, Band 1, Kapitel 4, Kapitel 10 bzw. LSL (Lärmschutzforderungen für Luftfahrzeuge, Bekanntmachungen des Luftfahrt- Bundesamts (LBA) vom (Bundesanzeiger Nr. 54a vom ), NfL II-4/97)) Kapitel X oder entsprechend strengeren Lärmzulassungskriterien zugelassen sind, wie folgt zulässig: planmäßige Starts - von RWY 09 bis 2200 (2100), - von RWY 27 bis 2200 (2100). verspätete Starts - von RWY 09 zwischen 2200 (2100) und 2230 (2130), wenn der Start planmäßig vor 2200 (2100) hätte erfolgen sollen, - von der RWY 27 zwischen 2200 (2100) und 2230 (2130), wenn der Start planmäßig vor 2200 (2100) hätte erfolgen sollen, sofern technische Störungen des Luftfahrzeuges oder der luftfahrttechnischen Grundausstattung oder extreme meteorologische Verhältnisse gegeben sind, die eine Verzögerung des planmäßigen Starts rechtfertigen. planmäßige Landungen - auf RWY 27 bis 2230 (2130), - auf RWY 09 bis 2200 (2100). 3. IFR Flight Operations 3.1 The following applies to IFR flight operations: a) Flight operations are permitted between 0500 (0400) and 2100 (2000). b) Between 2100 (2000) and 2300 (2200), flight operations are permitted for aircraft which are employed on scheduled air services or scheduled charter services* and operated for air carriers which regularly park their aircraft at Niederrhein Airport during the night or maintain approved maintenance facilities** there (so-called Base Carriers) and are certified according to 1) ICAO Annex 16, Volume 1, Chapter 3 and included in the valid Bonus List ("Bonus list for departing and landing aeroplanes" of (AZ: LS 11/ ) of the Federal Ministry of Traffic, Building and Urban Affairs (BMVBS) - NfL I-83/03.) of the competent Federal Ministry or certified according to ICAO Annex 16, Volume 1, Chapter 4 or 2) ICAO Annex 16, Volume 1, Chapter 4, Chapter 10 and LSL (noise protection requirements for aircraft, publications by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (LBA) of (Federal Gazette No. 54a of , NfL II-4/97)) Chapter X or according to stricter noise certification criteria, only as follows: scheduled take-offs - from RWY 09 until 2200 (2100), - from RWY 27 until 2200 (2100). delayed take-offs - from RWY 09 between 2200 (2100) and 2230 (2130) if the scheduled take-off time is prior to 2200 (2100), - from RWY 27 between 2200 (2100) and 2230 (2130) if the scheduled take-off time is prior to 2200 (2100), as far as technical problems of the aircraft or the aeronautical engineering basic equipment are concerned or extreme meteorological conditions prevail which justify a delay of the scheduled take-off. scheduled landings - on RWY 27 until 2230 (2130), - on RWY 09 until 2200 (2100). * Planmäßiger Gelegenheitsverkehr ist gewerblicher Luftverkehr zur Beförderung von Fluggästen, Post und/oder Fracht, der mindestens 48 Stunden vor seiner Durchführung (maßgeblich ist der jeweils festgelegte Slot-Zeitpunkt) durch den Flughafenkoordinator der Bundesrepublik Deutschland koordiniert oder auf entsprechenden Flugplänen veröffentlicht wurde. ** Ein Wartungsschwerpunkt ist gegeben, wenn ein Luftfahrtunternehmen in einer luftrechtlich genehmigten Betriebstätte [z. B. Genehmigung gemäß des Anhang II (Teil-145) der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2042/2003 der Kommission vom 20. LSL Kapitel X oder entsprechend strengeren Lärmzulassungskriterien zugelassen sind nur zwischen 0700 (0600) und 1900 (1800) zulässig. 3.2 IFR-Flugbetrieb mit Drehflüglern ist zulässig: a) an Werktagen (Montag bis Freitag) zwischen 0500 (0400) und 2100 (2000), b) an Wochenenden (Samstag und Sonntag) sowie an Feiertagen (siehe GEN 2.1, und gesetzliche Feiertage des Königreiches der Niederlande) zwischen 0700 (0600) und 1900 (1800). 3.3 Ausnahmen Von den vorgenannten Einschränkungen für den IFR-Flugbetrieb sind ausgenommen: 1. Die entsprechenden Nachweise, dass die Landungen aus meteorologischen, technischen oder sonstigen Sicherheitsgründen erfolgt sind, sind der örtlichen Luftaufsichtsstelle innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der jeweiligen Landung in schriftlicher Form vorzulegen. 2. Starts und Landungen im Katastrophen- und/oder medizinischen Hilfeleistungseinsatz sowie sonstigen Notfällen. Starts jedoch nur vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung durch die örtliche Luftaufsicht. Die entsprechenden Nachweise, dass es sich um Flugbewegungen im Katastrophen- und/oder medizinischen Hilfeleistungseinsatz sowie sonstigen Notfällen handelt, sind der örtlichen Luftaufsicht innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der jeweiligen Landung bzw. spätestens 30 Minuten vor dem geplanten Start in schriftlicher Form vorzulegen. Für geplante Landungen und Starts in der Zeit zwischen 2100 (2000) und 0500 (0400) von Luftfahrzeugen im Katastrophen- und/oder medizinischen Hilfeleistungseinsatz sowie sonstigen Notfällen ist bis 2000 (1900) eine telefonische Zustimmung (PPR) (+49) einzuholen. 3. Vermessungsflüge durch oder im Auftrag des zuständigen Flugsicherungsunternehmens. Anmerkung: Die von der Flugverkehrskontrollstelle (ATC) erteilten Start- oder Landefreigaben, sowie anderer Freigaben, beinhalten nicht automatisch die gegebenenfalls erforderliche Zustimmung durch die örtliche Luftaufsicht. ATC übermittelt keine Ausnahmegenehmigungen über Sprechfunk. delayed landings - on RWY 27 between 2230 (2130) and 2300 (2200) if the scheduled landing time is prior to 2230 (2130), - on RWY 09 between 2200 (2100) and 2300 (2200) if the scheduled landing time is prior to 2200 (2100) and if the delay is due to unexpected circumstances unforeseen on departure; subject to permission by the local Aviation Supervision Office. c) At weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays (see GEN 2.1, and legal holidays in the Kingdom of the Netherlands), flight operations are permitted only between 0700 (0600) and 1900 (1800) for aircraft which are not 1) certified according to ICAO Annex 16, Volume 1, Chapter 3 and are included in the valid Bonus List ("Bonus list for departing and landing aircraft" of (AZ: LS 11/ ) of the Federal Ministry for Traffic, Building and Urban Affairs (BMVBS) - NfL I-83/03.) of the competent Federal Ministry or certified according to ICAO Annex 16, Volume 1, Chapter 4 or according to stricter noise certification criteria or 2) certified according to ICAO Annex 16, Volume 1, Chapter 4, Chapter 10 and LSL Chapter X or according to stricter noise certification criteria. 3.2 IFR flight operations with rotorcraft are permitted: a) on workdays (Monday to Friday) between 0500 (0400) and 2100 (2000), b) at weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays (see GEN 2.1, and legal holidays in the Kingdom of the Netherlands) between 0700 (0600) and 1900 (1800). 3.3 Exceptions The following are exempt from the afore-mentioned restrictions for IFR flight operations: 1. Landings of aircraft provably approaching Niederrhein Airport as alternate aerodrome for meteorological, technical or other safety reasons. Written proof that landings have taken place for meteorological, technical or other safety reasons shall be submitted to the local Aviation Supervision Office within 24 hours after the landing in question. 2. Take-offs and landings of aircraft on disaster missions and/or aircraft rendering medical assistance as well as in other emergency cases. Take-offs, however, are subject to permission by the local Aviation Supervision Office. Written proof that the flights were conducted on disaster missions and/or while rendering medical assistance as well as in other emergency cases shall be submitted to the local Aviation Supervision Office within 24 hours after the landing in question and not later than 30 minutes prior to the planned take-off. In the case of landings or take-offs of aircraft on disaster missions and/or rendering medical assistance, as well as in other emergency cases, which are planned between 2100 (2000) and 0500 (0400), PPR shall be obtained by telephone (+49) by 2000 (1900). 3. Calibration flights by or commissioned by the competent air navigation services company. Remark: Take-off or landing clearances, as well as other clearances, issued by ATC do not automatically include permission by the local Aviation Supervision Office which may be required. Exceptional permission will not be issued by ATC via radiotelephony. 4. Flugbetriebsbeschränkungen Im Übrigen gelten folgende Flugbetriebsbeschränkungen: a) Flugbewegungen von Strahlflugzeugen, propellergetriebenen Flugzeugen sowie Hubschraubern mit einer höchstzulässigen Startmasse (MTOM) über kg sind unzulässig, sofern es sich um Platzrundenflüge oder zu Übungszwecken um unmittelbar aufeinanderfolgende An- und Abflüge innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von weniger als eine Stunde desselben Luftfahrzeugs handelt, es sei denn, dass die Streckenführungen der nach Instrumentenflugregeln festgelegten An- und Abflugverfahren benutzt werden. Ausgenommen hiervon sind Werkstattflüge nach vorheriger Zustimmung durch die örtliche Luftaufsicht in den Zeiträumen zwischen Örtliche Luftaufsicht / Local Aviation Supervision Office: Tel.: (+49) Fax: (+49) Restrictions of Flight Operations The following restrictions apply in addition: a) Flights of jet aeroplanes, propeller-driven aeroplanes and helicopters with a maximum permissible take-off mass (MTOM) exceeding kg are prohibited as far as traffic circuit flights are concerned or touch-and-go flights of the same aircraft for training purposes within a period of less than one hour, unless routings, published as IFR arrival and departure procedures, are used. Functional check flights are exempt from this restriction after prior permission by the local Aviation Supervision Office at the following times: 0700 (0600) und 1100 (1000) und 1400 (1300) und 1800 (1700). Exceptional permission will not be issued by ATC via radiotelephony. 5. Ankommende IFR-Anflüge ATC erteilt ankommenden IFR-Anflügen keine Freigabe zur Durchführung von Sicht- oder VMC-Anflügen. Ausnahmen können für Propellerflugzeuge bis zu kg MTOM gewährt werden. 6. Triebwerksprobe und Triebwerksstandläufe Triebwerksprobe und Triebwerksstandläufe von Flugzeugtriebwerken sind nur nach vorheriger Zustimmung durch die örtliche Luftaufsicht und näherer Weisung des Flughafenbetreibers zulässig. Probe- und Standläufe von Flugzeugtriebwerken dürfen grundsätzlich nicht a) an Wochenenden (Samstag und Sonntag) und Feiertagen (siehe GEN 2.1, und gesetzliche(n) Feiertage des Königreiches der Niederlande) sowie b) an Werktagen (Montag bis Freitag) in der Zeit von 1900 (1800) bis 0700 (0600) durchgeführt werden. Probe- und Standläufe von Flugzeugtriebwerken außerhalb der vorgehend festgelegten Zeiten können in begründeten Fällen durch die örtliche Luftaufsicht erteilt werden. Sie bedürfen der schriftlichen Genehmigung. 7. Limitierte TWYs bzw. Rollgassen TWYs F und G dürfen nicht von Luftfahrzeugen berollt werden, deren Ausmaße die des ICAO Code-Buchstaben B überschreiten. TWYs B und C dürfen nicht von Luftfahrzeugen berollt werden, deren Ausmaße die des ICAO Code-Buchstaben C überschreiten. TWY B darf von Luftfahrzeugen des ICAO Code-Buchstaben C nur zum vorzeitigen Abrollen nach der Landung auf der RWY 27 genutzt werden. Die TWY C darf von Luftfahrzeugen des ICAO Code-Buchstaben C nur zum vorzeitigen Abrollen nach der Landung auf der RWY 09 genutzt werden. Anmerkungen: ICAO Code-Buchstabe B: Maximale Flügelspannweite geringer als 24 m und Spurbreite des Hauptfahrwerkes geringer als 6 m. ICAO Code-Buchstabe C: Maximale Flügelspannweite geringer als 36 m und Spurbreite des Hauptfahrwerkes geringer als 9 m. 8. Führung von Luftfahrzeugen im Allwetterflugbetrieb nach Betriebsstufe II oder III sowie Start bei geringer Sicht (LVTO) 8.1 Die RWY 27 ist für Anflüge und Landungen bis hin zur Betriebsstufe IIIb (Minimum Landebahnsichtweite (RVR) 75 m) zugelassen. 8.2 Die RWY 09 und die RWY 27 sind für Starts bei geringer Sicht und einer RVR von weniger als 400 m zugelassen. 8.3 Zur Durchführung des Allwetterflugbetriebes und um die Rollverkehrsführung bei ungünstigen Witterungsbedingungen und/oder nachts zu erleichtern, sind auf dem Flughafen Niederrhein Rollbahnmittellinienfeuer und Haltebalken installiert. 8.4 Bei Anwendung des Allwetterflugbetriebs nach den Betriebsstufen II, IIIa und IIIb oder LVTO a) ist selbstständiges Rollen nur auf den TWYs A, S und D zulässig, b) ist das Zu- und Abrollen zu/von der RWY nur über die TWYs A und D zulässig, c) ist die Nutzung der TWYs B, C, E, F, N, G und H nicht zulässig, d) haben Piloten in Einzelfällen das Zurückrollen nach der Landung auf der RWY (Backtrack) nach besonderer Anweisung durch das örtlich zuständige Flugsicherungsunternehmen zu erwarten, e) ist das Ein- und das Ausrollen von Luftfahrzeugen in bzw. aus dem Bereichen GAT 1 und GAT 2 nur mit einem vorausfahrenden Leitfahrzeug (Followme) zulässig, f) ist jegliches Rollen auf dem Vorfeldbereich nur mit einem vorausfahrenden Leitfahrzeug (Follow-me) zulässig (ab/bis Einmündung TWY S / Vorfeld). 5. Inbound IFR flights ATC will not issue clearance to inbound IFR flights to conduct visual approaches or approaches in VMC. Exceptions may be granted to propeller-driven aeroplanes up to kg MTOM. 6. Engine Test Runs and Engine Ground Run-Ups Engine test runs and ground run-ups are permissible only after previous consent by the local Aviation Supervision Office and detailed instructions from the airport operator. As a rule, engine test runs and ground run-ups are prohibited. a) at weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays (see GEN 2.1, and legal holidays in the Kingdom of the Netherlands) as well as b) on workdays (Monday to Friday) between 1900 (1800) and 0700 (0600) Engine test runs and engine ground run-ups by aircraft outside the times established above may be granted by the local Aviation Supervision Office in just-ified cases. Permission must be given in writing. 7. Limited TWYs and/or Taxiway Lanes Taxiing on TWYs F and G is not permitted for aircraft, which exceed measures according to ICAO code letter B. Taxiing on TWYs B and C is not permitted for aircraft, which exceed measures according to ICAO code letter C. Taxiing on TWY B is permitted for aircraft with corresponding measures according to ICAO code letter C only after landing on RWY 27 for premature vacating. Taxiing on TWY C is permitted for aircraft with corresponding measures according to ICAO code letter C only after landing on RWY 09 for premature vacating. Remarks: ICAO code letter B: max. wings span less than 24 m and max. outer main gear wheels span less than 6 m. ICAO code letter C: max. wings span less than 36 m and max. outer main gear wheels span less than 9 m. 8. Guidance of Aircraft in All-Weather Operations CAT II and III as well as Low-Visibility Take-Off (LVTO) 8.1 Approaches and landings up to CAT IIIb (minimum runway visual range (RVR) 75 m) are permitted on RWY Low-visibility take-offs are permitted on RWY 09 and RWY 27 with an RVR of less than 400 m. 8.3 For all-weather operations and in order to facilitate ground movement control during adverse weather conditions and/or at night, taxiway centre line lights and stop bars have been installed at Niederrhein Airport. 8.4 During all-weather operations CAT II, IIIa and IIIb or LVTO, a) unaided taxiing is only permitted on TWYs A, S and D, b) the RWY may only be entered and vacated via TWYs A and D, c) TWYs B, C, E, F, N, G and H shall not be used, d) after landing, pilots may, in individual cases, expect backtrack on the RWY in accordance with special instructions issued by the local air navigation service provider, e) aircraft may only enter or leave the GAT 1 and GAT 2 areas when following a follow-me car, f) taxiing on the apron is only permitted when following a follow-me car (to/from junction TWY S / apron). 10 AD 2 EDLV JUL 2011 LUFTFAHRTHANDBUCH DEUTSCHLAND Ausnahme: Bei Ausfall von Sensoren, Rollbahnmittellinienbefeuerungen und oder der Haltebalken-Befeuerungen ist das Rollen auf den TWYs A, S und D nur mit einem vorausfahrenden Leitfahrzeug (Follow-me) zulässig. 8.5 Zum Schutz der RWY gegen unberechtigtes Einrollen und zur Markierung der critical/sensitive areas sind die jeweiligen CAT II/III-Rollhalte auf den TWYs A und D mit befeuerten Haltebalken ausgerüstet. Sofern Haltebalken eingeschaltet sind, dürfen diese unter keinen Umständen überrollt werden. 8.6 Ankommende Luftfahrzeuge haben an der Einmündung des TWY S zum Vorfeld anzuhalten, bis sie von einem Leitfahrzeug (Follow-me) übernommen und zur Abstellposition geführt werden. 8.7 Die Führung von zum Start rollenden Luftfahrzeugen kann bis zum Abflugpunkt durch ein Leitfahrzeug (Follow-me) erfolgen a) auf Anforderung durch den Piloten, b) auf Anweisung. 8.8 Zusätzliche Sprechfunkverfahren während des Allwetterflugbetriebs nach den Betriebsstufen II, IIIa und IIIb oder LVTO: a) Vom Vorfeld zum Abflug rollende Luftfahrzeuge werden nach Erreichen der Rollbahnmittellinie des TWY S angewiesen, ihre Bewegungsrichtung zu melden (Beispiel: "CALL SIGN, TAXI VIA SIERRA EASTBOUND / WESTBOUND") b) Zum Abflug rollende Luftfahrzeuge werden angewiesen, das Erreichen des jeweiligen CAT II/III-Rollhalts zu melden (Beispiel: "CALL SIGN, HOLDING AT CAT II/III HOLDING POINT") c) Abfliegende Luftfahrzeuge werden angewiesen, den Beginn des Startlaufes zu melden (Beispiel: "CALL SIGN, REPORT ROLLING") d) Abfliegende Luftfahrzeuge werden angewiesen, das Abheben von der RWY zu melden (Beispiel: "CALL SIGN, REPORT AIRBORNE") e) Gelandete Luftfahrzeuge werden angewiesen, das Verlassen der grün-gelb codierten Rollbahnmittellinie auf den TWYs A bzw. D zu melden (Beispiel: "CALL SIGN, REPORT COLOUR CODED CENTRELINE VACATED") 8.9 Der Flugplatzhalter stellt durch interne betriebliche Regelungen sicher, dass die LVP area bei Anwendung des Allwetterflugbetriebs nach den Betriebsstufen II, IIIa und IIIb oder LVTO frei von abgestellten Luftfahrzeugen, Fahrzeugen und Personen ist. Exception: In the case of a failure of sensors, taxiway centreline lights and/or stop bar lights, aircraft may only taxi on TWYs A, S and D when following a follow-me car. 8.5 Lighted stop bars are installed at the CAT II/III holding positions on TWYs A und D to prevent unauthorised entry onto the RWY and to mark the critical/ sensitive areas. Taxiing across the stop bars is strictly prohibited, when they are switched on. 8.6 Arriving aircraft shall stop at the junction of TWY S to the apron until they are met by a follow-me car and led to the parking position. 8.7 Aircraft taxiing to take-off may be led to the take-off point by follow-me cars a) upon the request of the pilot, b) upon instruction. 8.8 Additional radiotelephony procedures during all-weather operations CAT II, IIIa and IIIb or LVTO: a) Aircraft taxiing from the apron to take-off will be instructed to report their direction of movement upon reaching the taxiway centreline of TWY S. (Example: "CALL SIGN TAXI VIA SIERRA EASTBOUND / WESTBOUND") b) Aircraft taxiing to take-off will be instructed to report reaching the appropriate II/III holding position (Example: "CALL SIGN HOLDING AT CAT II/III HOLDING POINT") c) Departing aircraft will be instructed to report rolling (Example: "CALL SIGN REPORT ROLLING") d) Departing aircraft will be instructed to report airborne (Example: "CALL SIGN REPORT AIRBORNE") e) After landing, aircraft will be instructed to report vacating the green-and-yellow coded taxiway centreline on TWYs A and D. (Example: "CALL SIGN REPORT COLOUR-CODED CENTRELINE VACATED") 8.9 The airport operator will ensure by means of internal operational regulations that there are no parked vehicles, aircraft or persons in the LVP area during all-weather operations CAT II, IIIa and IIIb or LVTO. 9. Lärmschutz Aus Lärmschutzgründen sind Intersection Take-offs nicht zulässig. Piloten haben auf dem Flughafen Niederrhein und in seiner Nähe Lärmbelästigungen, die durch Triebwerke der Luftfahrzeuge verursacht werden, auf das unvermeidbare Mindestmaß zu beschränken. 9. Noise Protection For noise protection reasons, intersection take-offs are not permitted. Pilots shall reduce noise disturbance caused by aircraft engines to an unavoidable minimum at Niederrhein Airport and in its vicinity. 10. Segelflug in der Nähe des Flughafens Vor intensivem Segelfugbetrieb im Umfeld des Flughafen außerhalb der Kontrollzone wird gewarnt. 10.
