Das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front mechanisch wurde für den Einsatz im Büro entwickelt. Es dient zum stufenlosen Öffnen und Schließen des Schrankes. Transport Das Produkt immer mit einem geeigneten Transportmittel (z.b. Hubameise) bewegen. Indications de sécurité 15 Description du produit 16 Avant l utilisation 17 Bei dem Produkt handelt es sich um ein komplett vorkonfektioniertes Hubtürmodul, das zur Montage an einem Schrankkorpus vorgesehen ist. Die Montage erfolgt durch den Möbelhersteller bzw. Händler. Die Hubtür wird optional entweder als magnetisches Whiteboard oder mit einer akustisch wirksamen Front ausgeliefert. Vorsicht! Vor jedem Transport des Hubtürmoduls muss die Transportsicherung des Gegengewichtsausgleichs aktiviert werden (siehe Punkt Aufstellen, Seite 5). Utilisation 18 Informations générales sur le produit 19 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise Setzen Sie das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front mechanisch nur im Inneren von Gebäuden bei Raumtemperatur ein. Das Hubtürmodul ist nicht zum Einsatz in Feuchträumen geeignet. Nicht auf dieses Produkt stellen oder setzen. Im montierten Zustand nicht anlehnen oder abstützen! Lassen Sie Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt an das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front mechanisch, damit diese nicht mit dem Produkt spielen. Allgemeine Hinweise Das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front mechanisch ist in zwei Varianten erhältlich: --Whiteboard-Variante Vorderseite: magnethaftendes Whiteboard Rückseite: akustisch wirksame Stoffbespannung --Akustik-Variante Vorderseite: akustisch wirksame Stoffbespannung Rückseite: akustisch wirksame Stoffbespannung Achten Sie darauf, dass sich keine Personen im Bewegungsbereich aufhalten, wenn Sie Bewegungen auslösen. 2 3

3 PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG VOR DER VERWENDUNG Aufbau Technische Daten: Lieferumfang Aufstellen Das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front mechanisch besteht aus den folgenden Elementen: --Hubtür --Zwei Gegengewichtsmodule und Synchronisation --Schrankkorpus, auf dem das Hubtürmodul montiert wurde Abmessungen/Gewicht (ohne Schrankkorpus) Tiefe Breite Höhe Gewicht Konstruktionsprinzip 85 mm mm mm kg (je nach Größe und Ausführung) Aluminiumrahmen pressblank (Beplankung erfolgt individuell durch den Kunden) Akustisch wirksame Rückwand mit Stoffbespannung Front wahlweise akustisch wirksam oder mit Whiteboard Gegengewichtsausgleich und Synchronisation über Zahnriemen Höhenverstellung Individuelle, stufenlose Höhenverstellung (mechanisch) Hublänge 750 oder 1050 mm Max. Verfahrkraft: 15 N Das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front mechanisch wird fertig montiert geliefert. Die Montage wird durch das Fachpersonal des Möbelherstellers bzw. des Händlers vorgenommen. Übrig gebliebene Verpackungsmaterialien werden durch den Büromöbelhersteller entsorgt. Produkt kontrollieren Überprüfen Sie, ob das Produkt beschädigt ist. Ist das Produkt beschädigt, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Händler oder Hersteller, bei dem Sie das Produkt erworben haben. a. Der Schrank muss vor Inbetriebnahme waagerecht ausgerichtet werden. b. Korpusdeckel abnehmen (siehe zugehörige Information des Schrankherstellers) und Transportsicherung lösen. c. Hierzu den Verriegelungshebel (siehe Darstellung 2) herausziehen und durch eine 90 Drehung vor erneutem Einrasten hindern. Ohne Lösen der Transportsicherung kann das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front mechanisch nicht geöffnet werden. Für einen erneuten Transport muss die Transportsicherung aktiviert werden. Hierzu Verriegelunghebel um 90 drehen bis er einrastet und das Gewicht in seiner Position fixiert ist. d. Korpusdeckel wieder befestigen. e. Schutzfolie vom Whiteboard abziehen (gilt nur für Whiteboard Version). Akustische Wirksamkeit Schallabsorptionsfläche gem. ISO354 (Hallraum) 1,7-2,5 m² ( Hz)* * Test mit Akustikversion Hubtür 900 x 1800 mm (geöffneter Zustand) Umgebungsbedingungen Darstellung 1 Die Gegengewichtsmodule mit Synchronisation sind im Schrankkorpus integriert. 4 VERWENDEN ALLGEMEINE PRODUKTHINWEISE RAUWORKS front mechanisch nach oben und unten fahren Reinigung Wartung a. Durch Anheben am integrierten Griff kann die Hubtür nach oben bewegt werden. b. Durch Drücken auf den integrierten Griff kann die Hubtür nach unten bewegt werden. Warnung! Schließen Sie keine Personen in den Schrank ein! Lassen Sie Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt am Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front mechanisch. Vorsicht! Achten Sie darauf, dass sich niemand im Verfahrbereich des Hubtürmoduls aufhält (sich z.b. in den Schrank beugt), wenn Sie die Hubtür verfahren. Es besteht die Gefahr, dass Personen gestoßen werden oder dass Gliedmaßen gequetscht werden. Stützen Sie sich nicht auf dem Hubtürmodul ab und befestigen Sie keine schweren Gegenstände an der Hubtür. Die Stabilität des Hubtürmoduls RAUWORKS front mechanisch kann beeinträchtigt werden und das Produkt kann beschädigt werden oder umstürzen. Reinigen Sie das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front mechanisch nach Bedarf, wenn es verschmutzt ist. Verwenden Sie für: --Den Rahmen und das Whiteboard (Option) ein feuchtes Tuch und übliche Haushaltsreiniger. --Den Stoff ein feuchtes Tuch oder zur Möbelreinigung geeigneten Polsterschaum. Hinweis! Geräteoberflächen dürfen nur mit einem feuchten Lappen gereinigt werden. Verwenden Sie keine stark alkalischen oder sauren Reinigungsmittel. Das Produkt kann dadurch beschädigt werden. Das Produkt ist wartungsfrei. Störungsbeseitigung und Reparatur Sollten Sie Schäden am Produkt feststellen oder das Hubtürmodul nicht mehr korrekt funktionieren, wenden Sie sich an den Büromöbelhersteller oder den Händler, bei dem Sie das Produkt erworben haben. Betreiben Sie das Produkt nicht, wenn es beschädigt ist. Warnung! Nehmen Sie keine eigenständigen Reparaturen oder Änderungen am Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front mechanisch vor. Durch eigenmächtig vorgenommene Reparaturen oder Änderungen am Produkt können nicht kalkulierbare Risiken entstehen. Entsorgung Entsorgen Sie das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front mechanisch über den Möbelhersteller bzw. Händler, bei dem Sie das Produkt erworben haben oder über eine Recyclingfirma. For your own safety and the safety of others, please read through all safety information and operating instructions carefully and completely before you use the RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module. --Keep the assembly instructions safe and have them to hand. --If you have not understood the safety instructions or the individual operating instructions or find them unclear, please contact your REHAU sales office or the distributor / furniture manufacturer that you purchased the product from. Do not fix any heavy objects to the RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module (e.g. computer screens) and do not lie anything on the product. This can hinder the stability of the product. It may be damaged or tip over. Loose objects can fall off. Do not carry out any repairs to the RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module yourself. Please contact the office furniture manufacturer or the distributor that you purchased the product from to do this. Do not carry out any modifications to the RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module yourself. Do not operate the product if it is damaged. Use in line with specification Only use the product in accordance with the specifications! The RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module was developed especially for use in the office. It facilitates the continuous opening and closing of the cabinet. The product is a complete pre-fabricated lifting door module that is designed for assembly to a cabinet carcass. Assembly is carried out by the furniture manufacturer or distributor. The lifting door is supplied with an optional magnetic whiteboard or with an acoustically effective front. Transport Always move the product using a suitable means of transport (e.g. pallet truck). Caution! Prior to transporting the lifting door module the transport lock on the counterbalance must be activated (see Setting up, Page 11). General safety information Only use the RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module indoors at room temperature. The lifting door module is not suitable for use in damp conditions. Do not stand or sit on this product. Do not lean against or support yourself using the product in the assembled condition. Do not leave children unattended with the RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module. General information The RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module is available in two variants: --Whiteboard variant Front: magnetic whiteboard Rear: acoustically effective fabric covering --Acoustic variant Front: acoustically effective fabric covering Rear: acoustically effective fabric covering Please ensure that nobody is in the area of movement when you initiate movement. 8 9

The assembly is carried out by specialist personnel of the furniture manufacturer or the distributor. Any leftover packaging materials are disposed of by the office furniture manufacturer. Checking the product Check the product for damage. If the product is damaged, please contact the distributor or manufacturer that you purchased the product from. a. The cabinet must be brought into a horizontal position prior to commissioning. b. Remove the carcass cover (see associated information from the cabinet manufacturer) and remove the transport lock. c. To do this, pull out the locking lever (see illustration 2) and prevent it locking again by turning 90. The RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module cannot be opened without removing the transport lock. d. The transport lock must be activated for further transport. To do this turn the locking lever 90 until it locks and the weight is fixed in its position. e. Fix the carcass cover back into place. f. Remove the protective foil from the whiteboard (only applies for the whiteboard version). 7 USE GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION Moving the RAUWORKS front mechanical up and down Cleaning Maintenance a. The lifting door can be moved up by lifting the integrated handle. b. The lifting door can be moved down by pressing down on the integrated handle. Warning! Do not shut anybody inside the cabinet! Do not leave children unattended with the RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module. Caution! Ensure that there are no persons in the traverse path of the lifting door module (e.g. bending over the cabinet) when moving the lifting door. There is a risk that persons will be hit or limbs crushed. Do not lean against the lifting door module and do not fix any heavy objects to the lifting door. The stability of the RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module may be impaired and the product may be damaged or fall over. Clean the RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door as required, when it is dirty. For the --frame and the whiteboard (option) use a damp cloth and general household cleaner --fabric use a damp cloth or an upholstery foam suitable for cleaning furniture. The product is maintenance-free. Troubleshooting and repair If you discover damage to the product or the lifting door module no longer functions correctly, contact the office furniture manufacturer or distributor that you purchased the product from. Do not operate the product if it is damaged. Note! The surface must only be cleaned using a damp cloth. Do not use any strong alkali or acidic cleaning agents. The product may be damaged as a result of this. Warning! Do not carry out any repairs or modifications to the RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module yourself. Unauthorised repairs or modifications to the product may result in incalculable risks. Disposal Dispose of the RAUWORKS front mechanical lifting door module via the furniture manufacturer or the distributor that you purchased the product from or a recycling company. The product is to be disposed of separated and sorted (aluminium, wood, fabric). Figure

Utilisation conforme Le produit est réservé à un usage conforme à sa finalité! La façade mobile RAUWORKS front mécanique a été développée pour l utilisation dans des bureaux. Elle sert à l ouverture et à la fermeture d un caisson en un mouvement continu. Ce produit pré-confectionné est un module complet de façade mobile, destiné à être installé dans un caisson d armoire. Le montage est réalisé par le fabricant de meubles ou par le revendeur. L élément de façade est fourni en deux options : tableau blanc magnétique ou façade à absorption acoustique. Transport Pour transporter le produit, utilisez toujours un moyen de transport adapté (ex : transpalette). Attention! Avant tout transport de la façade mobile, verrouillez la sécurité (compensation de poids) (cf. paragraphe «Montage», page 17). Consignes générales de sécurité La façade mobile RAUWORKS front mécanique est réservée à une utilisation en intérieur dans des conditions de température ambiante. La façade mobile n est pas adaptée à une utilisation dans des pièces humides. Ne pas monter ou s assoir sur ce produit. Ne pas s appuyer ou s adosser au produit monté! Indications générales : La façade mobile RAUWORKS front mécanique est disponible en deux variantes : --Variante tableau blanc Face avant : tableau blanc magnétique Face arrière : habillage en tissu pour absorption acoustique --Variante acoustique Face avant : habillage en tissu pour absorption acoustique Face arrière : habillage en tissu pour absorption acoustique Ne pas laisser des enfants sans surveillance à proximité d une façade mobile RAUWORKS front mécanique afin qu ils ne jouent pas avec le produit. Veiller à ne manœuvrer la façade mobile que lorsque personne ne se trouve dans la zone de mouvement

Le montage et le branchement sont effectués par le personnel spécialisé du fabricant de meuble ou du revendeur. L emballage résiduel est débarrassé par le fabricant de meuble. Contrôler le produit Vérifiez que le produit n a pas été endommagé. Si tel est le cas, veuillez vous adresser au fabricant ou au revendeur de meubles de bureaux auprès duquel vous avez effectué votre achat. a. Le meuble doit être installé de niveau avant toute utilisation. b. Enlevez le parement haut (cf. Information du fabricant du caisson) ainsi que les sécurités de transport. c. Déverrouillez le levier de verrouillage (voir illustration 2) et tournez-le à 90 afin de le verrouiller en position ouverte. RAUWORKS front en variante mécanique ne peut pas être ouvert sans débloquer la sécurité de transport. Si le meuble doit être à nouveau transporté, la sécurité doit être à nouveau enclenchée : tournez le levier de verrouillage de 90 jusqu à ce qu il s enclique et que le poids soit stable dans cette position. d. Fixez à nouveau le parement haut. e. Retirez le film de protection du tableau blanc (valable uniquement pour la version avec tableau blanc). 10 UTILISATION INFORMATIONS GÉNÉRALES SUR LE PRODUIT Faire monter et baisser l élément RAUWORKS front mécanique Nettoyage Maintenance a. Montez la façade mobile vers le haut en la soulevant par la poignée intégrée. b. Descendez la façade en appuyant sur la poignée intégrée. Attention! N enfermez personne dans l armoire. Ne laissez pas des enfants sans surveillance à proximité d une façade mobile RAUWORKS front mécanique. Attention! Lorsque vous actionnez la façade, vérifiez que personne ne se tienne dans la zone de manœuvre de l élément (quelqu un qui par ex. se pencherait vers l armoire). Ces personnes risquent d être bousculées ou d avoir un membre coincé. Ne vous appuyez pas sur la façade mobile et n accrochez aucun objet à l élément de façade. Ceci peut affecter la stabilité de la façade mobile RAUWORKS front mécanique et endommager le produit, voire le faire basculer. Nettoyez la façade mobile RAUWORKS front mécanique suivant les besoins. En utilisant pour le --Cadre et le tableau blanc (option) un chiffon humide et un nettoyant domestique courant --Tissu un chiffon humide ou une mousse de nettoyage adaptée au nettoyage des meubles Remarque! La surface des appareils ne peut être nettoyée qu avec un chiffon humide. N utilisez pas de nettoyants fortement alcalinisés ou acides ce qui pourrait détériorer le produit! Le produit ne nécessite aucune maintenance. Incidents et réparation Si vous constatez un défaut sur le produit ou si l élément de façade ne devait plus fonctionner correctement, veuillez vous adresser au fabricant ou au revendeur de meubles de bureaux auprès duquel vous avez effectué votre achat. Ne pas utiliser le produit lorsque celui-ci est endommagé. Attention! Ne réalisez pas par vous-même des réparations sur la façade mobile RAUWORKS front mécanique. Les réparations ou modifications effectuées par vous-même sur le produit sont susceptibles d induire des risques importants pour les utilisateurs. Traitement des déchets L élimination des éléments de façade RAUWORKS front mécanique est à confier au fabricant ou au revendeur de meubles de bureaux auprès duquel vous avez effectué votre achat ou à une entreprise de recyclage. L élimination du produit s effectue par tri sélectif (aluminium, bois, tissu de revêtement). Illustration
