30 Sistema - System - Système - System NOKOKE Ogni piastrella viene rettificata e lappata e successivamente convertita con un processo di protezione che conferisce una pulizia profonda alle superfici, un autodifesa assoluta e la resistenza agli attacchi acidi sia durante la fase di posa che nel tempo di utilizzo della stessa. La sua prerogativa sta in un processo di protezione chiamato Nokoke che attraverso diverse fasi di conversione fisica-meccanica con uso di sostanze vetrose, garantisce una totale e permanente protezione della superficie del materiale: il prodotto diventa così inattaccabile da parte di sporco aggressivo (oli grassi vegetali e animali, birra, vino, caffè, residui alimentari, nicotina, tè, cera grassa da scarpe, inchiostro, pennarello, orme, siliconi, gomma da pneumatico, resine, vernici, cera di candela, cera sintetica di scarpe), macchie fantasma e sostanze acide utilizzate dai posatori nella fase del dopo-posa. Il processo stesso viene denominato self-cleaning. Nella fase di calpestio e durante l uso giornaliero la superficie evita accumuli di sporco e bio film superficiali causati da cattivo risciacquo dei detergenti. Di conseguenza le pavimentazioni non ingrigiscono nel tempo mantenendo le loro naturali proprietà di lucentezza e di pulibilità assoluta. CONSIGLI PER LA PULIZIA DOPO POSA E LA MANUNTENZIONE La cura con la quale si esegue la pulizia dopo posa, influenzerà la pulibilità del pavimento per tutta la sua durata. Si può dire che la superficie di una piastrella completamente greificata è composta da materiale simile al vetro e come tale va trattata quando si decide di pulirla. Importante, anzi importantissima, la prima pulizia fatta a pavimento nuovo. E necessario togliere con i prodotti adeguati, tutti i residui di cemento lasciati in fase di posa e stuccatura dai posatori, utilizzando detergenti a base acida tipo KERANET diluito 1:5 in acqua, accompagnato da una decisa azione meccanica, ovviamente di materiale non abrasivo (monospazzola con disco Scotch Brite). E altrettanto importante risciacquare bene con appositi strumenti aspira-liquidi fino a vedere l acqua usata limpida. Se questa operazione non viene effettuata correttamente il pavimento conserverà un invisibile strato di calcare che col tempo si potrà macchiare o impedire una pulizia profonda. Fatto questo e avuta la certezza che le piastrelle sono ben pulite, il pavimento non presenterà più problemi. Se però la pulizia iniziale non è stata eseguita bene ed il pavimento presenta aloni, macchie o piastrelle con superficie opacizzata ecc. è necessario ripartire da zero con la pulizia, cioè prima con detergente a base acida e poi lavare e risciacquare, ripetutamente con acqua sempre pulita in quanto non esistono detergenti in grado di pulire all istante e al solo passaggio, un pavimento così sporco. Tuttavia anche la pulizia ordinaria può essere causa di aloni o macchie, soprattutto se si tratta di superfici morbide o lisce. Dobbiamo continuare a pensare che abbiamo a che fare con materiale vetroso e come tale va trattato. Le lastre con finitura lucidata necessitano al momento della posa in opera di una corretta pulizia con detergenti ed una protezione superficiale con prodotti specifici (vedi tabella). Per la pulizia quotidiana è sufficiente asportare la polvere con uno straccio asciutto, lavare la superficie con il detergente neutro a basso residuo tipo Mastro Lindo pavimenti neutro diluito 1:200 in acqua (una tazzina in un secchio da 5 litri di acqua) utilizzando un panno in microfibra umido che andrà sciacquato spesso nella soluzione. L uso di acqua sporca o prodotti lucidanti o un eccesso di detergenti può, col tempo, formare una patina invisibile causa di aloni e macchie. Per ultimo ricordiamo di non usare mai smacchiatori tipo antiruggine o di tipo spray perché spesso contengono acido fluoridrico, il danno che provocherà sarà irreparabile in quanto non esiste pavimento, resistente a tale acido. TIPO DI SPORCO Grassi animali e vegetali, gelato, succhi di frutta, the, macchie di verdura. Vino, birra, aceto, caffè, inchiostri, pennarelli, nicotina, urina, vomito, coca cola, tintura per capelli. Depositi efflorescenze calcare, ruggine, malte, segni metallici, cera protettiva antiabrasione. Resine, bitume, cera di candele, catrame, residui di scotch. Vernice, graffiti. DETERGENTE Detergente a base alcalina: tipo Sgrassatore Chanteclair. Detergente a base alcalina: Sgrassatore NK-MAN. Detergente a base acida: Keranet, oppure Superdetergente by InfinityTiO2 TM. NK-MAN oppure sgrassatore o acetone per unghie. NK-MAN o acetone o diluente nitro o sverniciatore. NOKOKE After being rectified and lapped, each tile undergoes a process that protects the surface, making it absolutely resistant to dirt and acids both during the laying process and during the rest of its useful life. The process is called self-cleaning. When the surface is walked over, and during everyday use, the surface repels dirt and prevents the creation of any film forming as a result of detergents not being rinsed thoroughly. This means the flooring does not become grey and dull over the years, thus maintaining the natural properties that make it shiny and perfectly easy to clean. TIPS FOR CLEANING AFTER LAYING AND MAINTENANCE The care taken with the cleaning after laying will determine how easy it is to clean the flooring for its entire lifespan. The surface of a fully vitrified tile is made of material similar to glass and it should be treated as such during cleaning. The process of cleaning new flooring for the first time is extremely important. Suitable products must be used to remove all of the cement residue left after the laying and grouting phases. Use 1 part of an acid-based detergent such as KERANET to 5 parts water and rub it in thoroughly, obviously with a non-abrasive material (such as a single-brush machine with a Scotch Brite disc). Afterwards, it is important to rinse thoroughly with special wet vacuum equipment until the used water is clear. If this procedure is not carried out properly, an invisible layer of lime scale will remain and over time it may become stained or prevent deep cleaning. Once you have done this and you are sure that the tiles have been cleaned thoroughly, there will be no more problems with the flooring. If the initial cleaning is not done properly and there are marks, stains, dull tiles or similar problems, it will be necessary to start the cleaning process from scratch, i.e. first with an acid-based detergent and then washing and rinsing repeatedly with water, which must always be clean. There are no detergents that are capable of cleaning such dirty flooring immediately with just one application. Ordinary cleaning can also cause marks and stains, Marmi Nobili especially on soft or smooth surfaces. We must remember that we are dealing with a vitreous material and treat it as such. At the time of laying, slabs with a glossy finish need to be cleaned properly with detergents and their surface must be protected with specific products (see the table). For everyday cleaning, it is sufficient to remove the dust with a dry cloth and clean the surface with a neutral, low-residue detergent such as Mr. Clean. It should be diluted in the ratio 1:200 in water (a small cup in a 5 litre bucket of water) and applied with a damp microfibre cloth, which must be rinsed in the water frequently. The use of dirty water, polish or too much detergent can lead to the creation of an invisible film over time that will cause marks and stains to form. Finally, please note that you should never use spray or anti-rust stain removers because they often contain hydrofluoric acid. No floors are resistant to this type of acid and it would cause irreparable damage. TYPE OF DIRT Animal and vegetable fat, ice cream, fruit juice, tea, stains from vegetables. 31 Sistema - System - Système - System NOKOKE Tous les carreaux sont rectifiés et rodés puis convertis grâce à une technique de protection qui donne aux surfaces une propreté absolue, une autodéfense totale et leur permet de résister aux attaques des acides aussi bien pendant la pose qu à long terme, tant qu elles seront utilisées. Par le biais de différentes phases de conversion physiques et mécaniques dans lesquelles interviennent des substances vitreuses, cette méthode de protection appelée Nokoke parvient à garantir une protection totale et permanente de la surface du matériau : le produit devient ainsi inattaquable par la saleté la plus tenace comme celle des huiles, des graisses végétales et animales, de la bière, du vin, du café, des résidus alimentaires, de la nicotine, du thé, du cirage, de l encre, du feutre, des empreintes de pas, des silicones, des traces de pneus, des résines, des peintures, de la cire de bougie, de la cire synthétique pour les chaussures, des taches fantôme et des substances acides utilisées par les carreleurs après la pose. Il s agit de ce qu on appelle le principe de self-cleaning ou autonettoyage. Bien que piétinée et utilisée au quotidien, la surface évite ainsi toute accumulation de saleté et ne permet pas la formation de bio film dont la présence est généralement due à un mauvais rinçage des nettoyants utilisés. Par conséquent, au fil du temps, les sols ne se recouvrent pas d un voile gris, ce qui leur permet de garder leur brillant d origine et une nettoyabilité absolue. CONSEILS DE NETTOYAGE APRÈS LA POSE ET L ENTRETIEN Le soin apporté au nettoyage après la pose influencera la nettoyabilité du sol pendant toute sa vie utile. Disons que la surface d un carreau totalement vitrifié se compose de matériau semblable au verre et doit, de ce fait, être considéré comme tel au moment de la nettoyer. Le premier nettoyage effectué sur un sol neuf est important, pour ne pas dire essentiel. Il est nécessaire d éliminer, avec des produits adaptés, tout le ciment excédentaire que les carreleurs ont laissé lors de la pose et du jointoiement, en utilisant des nettoyants à base acide comme le KERANET dilué dans l eau à raison de 1:5, qui seront passés au moyen d une action mécanique énergique sans être décapante (monobrosse avec disque Scotch Brite). Il est tout aussi important de rincer convenablement avec des aspirateurs de liquides jusqu à ce que l eau utilisée soit limpide. Si cette opération n est pas effectuée correctement, un film calcaire invisible restera sur le sol qui au fil du temps restera taché ou impossible à nettoyer en profondeur. Après ces opérations et après avoir constaté que les carreaux sont bien propres, le sol ne donnera plus aucun problème. Toutefois, si le nettoyage initial n a pas été effectué correctement et si le sol présente des auréoles, des taches ou que certains carreaux sont opaques, etc., il faudra recommencer le nettoyage depuis le début, c est-à-dire tout d abord avec un nettoyant à base acide, puis en lavant et en rinçant plusieurs fois de suite, toujours avec de l eau propre, car aucun nettoyant ne peut nettoyer en un clin d œil et par un seul passage, un sol aussi sale. L entretien courant peut cependant être aussi la cause d auréoles ou de taches, surtout s il s agit de surfaces douces ou lisses. Il faut bien garder à l esprit que nous avons affaire à un matériau vitreux qui doit être traité comme tel. Au moment de la pose, les dalles avec finition lustrée doivent être nettoyées correctement avec des nettoyants et leur surface doit être protégée avec des produits spécifiques (voir tableau). Pour le nettoyage au quotidien, il suffit d éliminer la poussière en passant un chiffon sec, de laver la surface avec un nettoyant neutre laissant peu de résidus, comme Monsieur Propre neutre spécial sols, dilué dans l eau à raison de 1:200 (une tasse dans un seau de 5 litres d eau) et passé avec un chiffon en microfibre humidifié qu il faudra tremper souvent dans la solution. L utilisation d eau sale ou de produits servant à faire briller ou un excès de nettoyant peut former, avec le temps, une patine invisible à cause de laquelle se formeront des auréoles et des taches. Rappelons enfin qu il ne faut jamais utiliser de détachants comme l antirouille ou autre produit en spray car ils contiennent souvent de l acide fluorhydrique qui endommagera les surfaces de manière irréversible. En effet, aucun sol ne résiste à cet acide. TYPE DE SALETÉ Matières grasses animales et végétales, glace, jus de fruit, thé, taches de légumes. Vin, bière, vinaigre, café, encres, feutres, nicotine, urine, vomissures, coca-cola, teinture pour les cheveux. Dépôts d efflorescences calcaires, rouille, mortiers, traces métalliques, cire protectrice anti-abrasion. Résines, bitume, cire de bougies, goudron, restes de scotch. Peinture, graffitis. NETTOYANT Nettoyant à base alcaline : type dégraisseur Chanteclair. Nettoyant à base alcaline : dégraisseur NK-MAN. Nettoyant à base acide : Keranet, ou Super-nettoyant by InfinityTiO2 TM. NK-MAN ou bien dégraisseur ou solvant à ongles. NK-MAN ou acétone ou diluant nitrocellulosique ou décapant Jede Fliese wird geschliffen, geläppt und anschließend mit einem Schutzverfahren behandelt, das den Oberflächen eine tiefe Reinigung und eine vollständige Selbstabwehr und Beständigkeit gegen Säureangriffe sowohl während der Verlegung als auch während der Nutzung der Fliesen verleiht. Der besondere Vorzug besteht in einem Schutzverfahren, das Nokoke genannt wird und das durch verschiedene Stadien der physikalisch-mechanischen Umwandlung unter Verwendung von glasartigen Substanzen einen vollständigen und dauerhaften Schutz der Oberfläche des Materials gewährleistet: Aggressiver Schmutz kann der Fliese nichts mehr anhaben (pflanzliche und tierische Öle, Bier, Wein, Kaffee, Speisereste, Nikotin, Tee, Schuhcreme, Tinte, Filzstift, Fußabdrücke, Silikon, Reifengummi, Harze, Lacke, Wachs, Kerzenwachs, synthetisches Schuhwachs), Geisterflecken und säurehaltige Mittel, die durch die Fliesenleger nach der Verlegung verwendet werden. Das Verfahren selbst wird Selbstreinigung genannt. In der Phase der Trittbelastung und beim täglichen Gebrauch verhindert die Oberfläche die Ansammlung von Schmutz und oberflächlichen organischen Schichten, die durch ein nicht ausreichendes Abspülen des Reinigungsmittels verursacht werden. Folglich vergraut der Boden im Laufe der Zeit nicht und die natürlichen Eigenschaften von Glanz und absoluter Pflegeleichtigkeit bleiben erhalten. HINWEISE ZUR REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE NACH DER VERLEGUNG Die Sorgfalt, mit der Sie die Reinigung der Fliesen nach der Verlegung durchführen, wirkt sich auf die Reinigungsfähigkeit des Bodens während der gesamten Lebenszeit desselben aus. Es ist anzumerken, dass die Oberfläche einer durchgängig gesinterten Fliese aus einem glasähnlichen Material besteht und als solches zu behandeln ist, wenn die Fliese gereinigt werden soll. Wichtig, ja entscheidend ist die Erstreinigung auf dem neuen Boden. Es ist erforderlich, dass alle Zementschleier, die bei der Verlegung und Verfugung entstanden sind, unter Verwendung von Reinigungsmitteln auf Säurebasis, Typ Keranet 1:5, verdünnt in Wasser, begleitet von einer starken mechanischen Einwirkung, entfernt werden, dabei dürfen jedoch niemals scheuernde Materialien verwendet werden (Einbürstengerät, Scotch-Brite-Scheibe). Es ist auch wichtig, mit speziellen Flüssigkeitssaugern solange nachzuspülen, bis das verwendete Wasser klar ist. Wird das Verfahren nicht korrekt ausgeführt, verbleibt auf dem Boden eine unsichtbare Kalkschicht, die im Laufe der Zeit fleckig werden oder eine gründliche Reinigung verhindern kann. Nach dieser Reinigung und wenn man Gewissheit hat, dass die Fliesen gründlich gereinigt sind, wird Marmi Nobili der Boden keine Probleme mehr aufweisen. Wenn die erste Reinigung allerdings nicht sorgfältig ausgeführt wurde und der Boden Schmutzränder oder Flecken aufweist oder die Fliesen einen matten Schimmer haben, muss die Reinigung von Grund auf neu erfolgen. Das heißt es ist zunächst mit einem Reinigungsmittel auf Säurebasis vorzugehen, dann wird der Boden wiederholt mit sauberem Wasser abgewaschen und nachgespült, da es keine Reiniger gibt, die in der Lage ist, sofort und in nur einem einzigen Arbeitsschritt einen so stark verschmutzten Boden zu reinigen. Allerdings kann auch die alltägliche, routinemäßige Reinigung Schmutzränder und Flecken verursachen, wenn es sich um weiche oder glatte Oberflächen handelt. Es ist stets zu beachten, dass wir es mit einem glasartigen Material zu tun haben, das entsprechend behandelt werden muss. Die polierten Platten müssen zum Zeitpunkt der Verlegung einer korrekten Reinigung mit Reinigungsmitteln und einem Oberflächenschutz mit bestimmten Produkten unterzogen werden (siehe Tabelle). Für die tägliche Reinigung genügt es, den Staub mit einem trockenen Tuch zu entfernen und die Oberfläche mit einem Neutralreiniger (z.b. Meister Proper) für Böden, im Verhältnis 1:200 in Wasser verdünnt (entspricht einer Tasse auf einen Eimer mit 5 Liter Wasser) und mit einem feuchten Tuch aus Mikrofaser, das oft in der Reinigungslösung ausgespült wird, nachzuspülen. Die Verwendung von schmutzigem Wasser oder Poliermittel oder einem Überschuss von Waschmittel kann im Laufe der Zeit eine unsichtbare Schicht aus Schmutzrändern und Flecken verursachen. Schließlich weisen wir darauf hin, dass Sie niemals Fleckenentferner wie Rostentferner oder in Sprayform verwenden dürfen, da diese oft Flusssäure enthalten, die zu nicht wieder gutzumachenden Schäden führen kann, denn es gibt keinen Bodenbelag, der beständig gegen diese Säure ist.
