ÚVOD Prohlí ecí pulty (negatoskopy) typové ady PP-97xxx jsou ur eny k vizuálnímu prohlí ení fotografických materiál p i vysokém z ernání, zejména defektoskopických film formátu 100x480 mm (typ PP-97480) a 100x240 mm (typ PP-97240), p ípadn odvozených formát. Prohlí ené formáty se ikládají na matnici a jsou prosv tlovány intenzivním sv telným zdrojem. S vyu itím reduk ních maskovacích clon je negatoskopy mo no pou ít rovn pro filmy o ce 60mm. 2. POPIS Negatoskopy PP a PP jsou koncipovány s ohledem na pou itelnost n kterých díl v obou typech. Základem je sk, sva ená z ocelového plechu, která se li í kou podle maximálního rozm ru prohlí eného filmového formátu. Sk je nast íkána prá kovou vypalovací barvou, která zaji uje pot ebnou mechanickou odolnost proti po krábání. V bocích sk ín jsou vestav ny chladící ventilátory, zaji ující nucené chlazení vnit ního prostoru. Nasávání vzduchu je perforací ve dn sk ín. Uspo ádání deflektor uvnit sk ín zaji uje protiproudé chlazení optických prvk. Teplý vzduch je nakonec odvád n z prostoru sv telného zdroje perforací v bocích sk ín mimo negatoskop. Tím je zaji no, e výstupní matnice je za v ech okolností maximáln ochlazována, co má p íznivý vliv na p ípadnou tepelnou deformaci prohlí eného filmu. Pro p ená ení je p ístroj opat en dr adlem. Sv telný zdroj negatoskopu PP tvo en lineární halogenovou árovkou 1000W, u typu PP je slo en z 10 ks halogenových projek ních árovek 150W. Sv telný výkon árovek zvy uje reflektor, který sou asn omezuje tepelné namáhání sk ín negatoskopu sálajícím teplem. Uspo ádání sv telného zdroje v kombinací s matnicemi zaji uje uspokojivou homogenitu jasu matnice, pot ebnou pro prohlí ení snímk a dostate ný jas, pot ebný pro prohlí ení p i vysokém ernání snímk. Tepelné namáhání snímku dále omezuje filtr z dethermálního skla. Sv telný zdroj je napájen ze sít p es triakový regulátor výkonu s ídícím obvodem U2008B. Po zapnutí p ístroje sí ovým vypína em je nastaven sní ený jas matnice (cca 15-20% maximálního jasu). Tento jas pozadí je nastaven výrobcem trimrem na desce regulátoru. Po stisku ovládacího pedálu je regulace nastavitelná potenciometrem na p edním panelu v rozsahu cca 0-100%. Nastavení sní eného jasu pozadí sni uje únavu obsluhy p i manipulaci s vyvolaným snímkem v tmavé místnosti, provoz z vysokým jasem pouze po dobu stisku ovládacího pedálu sni uje tepelné namáhání p ístroje, spot ebu elektrické energie a tepelné namáhání snímku. P ístroj je dopln n sí ovým vypína em, pojistkou a odru ovacím filtrem. 3. NÁVOD K POU ITÍ Negatoskop je vhodné umístit v p im en tmavé místnosti, pokud je t eba pozorovat filmy p i nejvy ím z ernání. Prosv tlovaná plocha negatoskopu PP odpovídá film m 10x24cm, u typu PP pak film m 10x48cm. U film ky 60mm, p ípadn p i po adavku na bodový zdroj sv tla je mo no vymaskovat po adovanou plochu matnice pomocí reduk ních masek. Negatoskop se polo í na p im ený st l, na zadním panelu se p ipojí sí ová ra a ovládací pedál do odpovídajících konektor. Pedál se polo í se na zem tak, aby ho bylo mo no pohodln ovládat. Aby nebyla sní ena úrove nuceného chlazení vnit ku p ístroje nesmí dojít p i provozu k zakrytí v tracích otvor ve dn a bocích sk ín. P ístroj se p ed pou itím p ipojí sí ovou rou do zásuvky 230V/50Hz, dimenzované na maximální p íkon negatoskopu, tj. nejmén na 1.5 kw. Po zapnutí sí ového vypína e se rozsvítí indika ní doutnavka, rozsvítí se sv telný zdroj na úrove pozadí a spustí se chladící ventilátory v bocích sk ín. Na prosv tlovací matnici se p ilo í zkoumaný film, p ípadn se zamaskuje nevyu itá plocha u men ích formát. P i stisknutém pedálu se nastaví potenciometrem na p edním panelu p ístroje po adovaný jas tak, aby byla umo na dobrá itelnost snímk. Po uvoln ní pedálu se jas op t sní í na hodnotu pozadí a umo ní pohodlnou vým nu snímku bez obt ování obsluhy osln ním. Vzhledem k pom rn zna nému tepelnému namáhání se doporu uje p ístroj na maximální výkon provozovat jen nezbytn nutnou dobu. PP manual cz-en-ge_v41.doc 5 / 28

6 Po ukon ení práce se p ístroj vypne sí ovým vypína em a vyta ením sí ové ry ze zásuvky se odpojí od sv telné sít. 4. ÚDR BA ístroj prakticky nevy aduje údr bu. P i instalaci je t eba zajistit, aby byl v istém a suchém prost edí. i zne ní povrchu je mo no povrch o istit vlhkým had íkem s p ídavkem saponátu a poté vyt ít do sucha. Pokud se po zapnutí sí ovým vypína em nerozsvítí kontrolní doutnavka a nerozsvítí se sv telný zdroj na úrove pozadí, zkontrolujeme sí ový p ívod a funk nost pou ité sí ové zásuvky. Pokud je v e v po ádku, je pravd podobn vadná sí ová pojistka, umíst ná na zadním panelu. Pojistku je t eba nahradit p edepsaný typem (T8A/250V). Víko pouzdro lze otev ít zatla ením a pooto ením ve sm ru ipky. P ed vým nou pojistky musí být p ístroj odpojen od sít vyta ením sí ové ry ze zásuvky! Pokud se po stisku ovládacího tla ítka sv telný zdroj nerozsvítí a ventilace je funk ní, zkontrolujeme ipojení pedálu; dal í p inou m e být p eru ené vlákno árovky. Obráceným postupem je mo no zalo it árovku novou. U negatoskopu PP m e být p eru eno vlákno n které árovky, které jsou zapojeny v sérii. árovku je nutno vym nit za stejný typ, t.j. HPS 24V/150W nebo ekvivalentní. Vzhledem k pom rn silnému vláknu je mo no vadnou árovku snadno identifikovat visuáln, p ípadn m ením. U nové árovky je vhodné zkontrolovat rovnob nost p ívodních kolík tak, aby bylo vylou eno mechanické namáhání v zátavu ba ky. Náhradní árovky je mo no objednat u výrobce, p ípadn zakoupit v prodejnách s fotopot ebami. P i vým halogenové árovky není p ípustné se ba ky dotýkat rukou; pokud se tak stane, musí být ba ka árovky o na ethanolem. V opa ném p ípad se sni uje doba ivota árovky, p ípadn e dojít k rozesklení (oslepnutí) ba ky, zhor ení rovnom rnosti osv tlení nebo destrukci ba ky árovky. Integrovaný obvod U2008B je pro p ípad nutné vým ny umíst n v objímce. K desce regulátoru je ístup po sejmutí p edního krytu. Obvody regulace negatoskopu jsou galvanicky spojeny se sítí. ZÁRU NÍ PODMÍNKY Výrobce poskytuje na negatoskopy typové ady PP-97xxx záru ní dobu v trvání 12 m síc ode dne prodeje. Záruku není mo no uplatnit u p ístroj mechanicky po kozených a provozovaných v rozporu s tímto návodem k pou ití. Záruka se nevztahuje na spot ební materiál - árovky. INTRODUCTION PP 97240/97480 film viewers are intended for visual checking of developed radiographs of high densities range, especially of films for industrial radiography the sizes of which are 100x480 mm (type PP-97480) or 100x240 mm (type PP-97240) and similar ones. The viewed radiographs are laid on opaque glass screen and they are lit through with an intensive light source. Film viewers using sizereduction masks with magnetic holding are also suitable for films of 60mm width or other small film sizes. 2. CHARACTERISTICS PP and PP film viewers consist of a solid steel sheet case with powder-painted surface. In both sides of the viewer case cooling fans are built in, providing forced cooling of the internal space of viewer. Air intake and air deflectors arrangement inside the viewer case provide a contra flow cooling of optical elements. Hot air is taken out through the perforation holes in both the case sides. This arrangement provides a maximum cooling of viewer screen with good impact on the elimination of heat deformation of the viewed films. The viewer is equipped with a handle for enabling easy carrying. The light power of the used iodide bulbs is increased by a light reflector, which also decreases the negative impact of thermal radiation on the viewer case. The light source arrangement in combination with the used opaque glasses provide a low disturbance of the luminance of the viewing screen and a high brightness level necessary for the viewing of films with high densities. The heat-absorbing glass minimizes the heat stress of radiographs. A stick-type iodide bulb is used in PP viewer, 10 pcs of halide projection bulbs (24V/150W) are used in PP viewer. The light source is powered from mains with a triac phase-controlled regulation unit with U2008B integrated driver. After switching on the film viewer with a main switch, a dimmed luminance (approximately 15-20% of a maximum brightness) of the screen is set. After pressing the foot-switch a setting knob on the front panel can be used for regulating of the screen brightness within the range of approx %. Setting the above mentioned dimmed background luminance decreases the exhaustion of the operator s eyes during the manipulating with developed radiographs in dark environment. The advantages of the foot-switch control are especially decreasing of electricity consumption, and a heat stress of the viewer, and doing away with a thermal curling of the radiographs. The viewer is completed with a main-switch, a fuse-holder and an anti-interference filter. 3. INSTRUCTION FOR USE A film-viewer must be used in an adequately darkened room, if radiographs of maximum density could be inspected. A screen size of PP film viewers is intended for 10x24cm film sizes as well as the screen of PP type is intended for 10x48cm film sizes. For using of smaller film sizes as well as for requirements of spot light inspection diverse types of size-reduction masks can be used. A film viewer is laid at adequately high laboratory table a foot-switch will be connected in the rear panel socket and laid on the floor so that it could be easily controlled. During operating the viewer ventilating grilles at the bottom and sides must not be covered to keep of an air-cooling level and save from overheating. A viewer must be connected to power socket V/50Hz with the removable power cable. A wall plug must be designed for a maximum consumption of the viewer (1000W or 1400W) as a minimum. After turning on of the main switch the indication glow lamp will shine, the light source will be lighted at background level and cooling fans in sides of the viewer will turn. 12 An inspected film is laid at the matt output screen; in case of smaller sizes of radiographs the unused parts of the screen can be covered with size-reducing masks (see accessories) or with a sheet of black paper. With the foot switch is on, the brightness of the output screen can be adjusted using the regulation knob at the front panel to be the tested radiographs well readable. After releasing of the foot switch the brightness decrease at background level to enabling of an easy exchange of radiographs without a dazzle of an operator. To prevent the over-heating it is recommended to use the viewer only an essentially necessary time. After finishing the viewer must be switched off using the main-switch and the power cable can be taken out from the mains plug. 4. MAINTENANCE The viewer is practical maintenance-free. It is necessary to secure dry and clean surroundings during the installation. A dirty surface can be cleaned with a clean wet cloth with a little addition of a cleanser and then be wiped to dry. No abrasive agents or organic solvents can be used. In case, that the viewer after is switched on the light source will not shine at background level, fans will be not on and a control lamp will not shine it is necessary to check a power cord and a functionality of main power socket. If everything is all right, probably cause can be a defective fuse. The fuse holder is located on the rear panel. After unscrewing the fuse cover the defective fuse can be replaced with a same type only (T8A/250V). Before replacing the fuse, the viewer must be disconnected from mains and the power cord must be unplugged. If the light source will not shine and control lamp and cooling fans work properly, there is a probably cause in bad connection of the footswitch or in defective lamp filament. Replacing of bulb can be realized after removing the front panel of the viewer. The front panel with the optical element holder can be removed after unscrewing 6 or 8 screws (depending on type of the viewer). Before removing the front cover the viewer must be disconnected from mains and the power cord must be unplugged. It is necessary to replace the defective bulb with the same type. In case of PP viewer only one linear halogen bulb (J W/230V or equivalent) is used. It is prohibited replace a defective bulb with a bulb of the same size, but with a higher power. Used linear incandescent lamp is inserted in special high-current sockets. The bulb can be removed after pressing of one end of the bulb after the spring and releasing of the opposite side. Inserting of new lamp can be realized in a reverse order. Probably cause of malfunction of PP film viewer can be a defective filament of one from ten serial connected lamps. The defective lamp can be replaced with the same type (HPS 24V/150W or equivalent). A defective filament is well visible due it is relative rugged. The new bulb can be checked if its connection pins are parallel to prevent a mechanical stress in the seal wiring. Spare lamps can be ordered from the manufacturer or your dealer, in case of need can be bought is specialized stores with photographic accessories. It is prohibited to handle naked bulbs with hands; in this case the bulb have to be cleaned with alcohol. If not, the lifetime of the bulb is rapidly decreased; the bulb can be blinded or destroyed. U2008 integrated circuit is inserted in a socket, for necessary easy replacing. The PC board of the dimmer is available after removing the front cover of the viewer. Regulation circuits and other electronic internal parts are galvanic connected with mains. Before removing covers the viewer must be disconnected from mains and the power cord must be unplugged! EINLEITUNG Filmbetrachtungsgeräte der Modellreihe PP-97xxx sind zum visual betrachten der photographischen Filme bei hohen Schwärzungen bestimmt, besonders der entwickelten Filme für zerstörungsfreie Prüfen den Formaten 100x480 mm (Modell PP-97480) und 100x240 mm (Modell PP-97240), beziehungsweise der abgeleiteten Formate. Betrachtete Filme werden an eine Mattscheibe aufgelegt und wird mit der intensiven Lichtquelle durchlichtet. Mit der Verwendung der Abdeckungsmaske kann das Filmbetrachtungsgerät auch für Filme mit kleinen Formaten und für Filme mit der Breite 60mm verwenden. 2. BESCHREIBUNG Filmbetrachtungsgeräte PP und PP sind im Hinblick auf eine Brauchbarkeit den einigen Teilen in beiden Typen konzipiert. Die Basis ist ein Gehäuse, das aus dem stählen Blech zusammengeschweißen ist, denen Breiten haben sich nach maximaler Größe einen betrachtende Filmformaten gewechselt. Ein Gehäuse ist mit der pulverformigen Brennfarbe lackiert, was notwendige mechanische Beständigkeit gegen mechanische Schadens macht. Es sind an beiden Seiten des Gehäuse die leistungsfähige Kühlgebläsen eingebaut, die wirksame gezwungene Kühlung des inneren Raum des Filmbeträchtungsgeräte sichern. Die Saugung der Kühlungsluft ist durch die Perforation im Boden des Gehäuses realisiert. Aufbau den inneren Deflektoren ermöglicht effektive gegenstrome Kühlung der optischen Elemente. Die warme Luft ist am Ende durch Perforationslöcher aus dem Raum der Geräte herausführt. Damit ist gesichert, daß Ausgangs Mattscheibe unter allen Umständen maximal gekühlt wird, was geneigenes Einfluß auf die eventuelle thermische Deformation des prüfenden Filme hat. Das Gerät ist für eine Übertragung mit dem Bügel ausgestattet. Die Lichtquelle des Filmbetrachtungsgeräte PP ist mit einer lineare halogene Glühbirne 240V/1000 W gebildet, im Modell PP sind 10 Stücke den projektionen Halogenglühbirnen 24V/150W benutzt. Die Lichtleistung den Glühbirnen ist mit dem Reflektor erhöht, was gleichzeitig ein Risiko der thermischen Last des Gerätegehäuses mit dem strahlender Wärme verkleinert. Eine Anordnung des optischen Lichtquelle im Kombination mit Mattscheiben eine sehr gute Homogenität der Helligkeit der Mattscheibe gesichert, was für anschauen des Aufnahmen beim hohen Schwärzungen und hohen Helligkeiten notwendig ist. Eine thermische Spannung den Röntgenaufnahmen mit der Hilfe des Wärmeschützglas begrenzt ist. Die Lichtquelle aus dem Lichtnetz über stufenloser Triakregulator mit der integrierten Steuerungsschaltung U2008B gesichert ist. Das Gerät ist nach dem Einschalten mit dem Netzschalter auf eine abgedämpfene Helligkeit der Mattscheibe (cca % der maximalen Helligkeit) eingestellt. Dieses Heligkeithintergrundniveau ist mit dem Trimmpoti an der Regulatorplatte mit Hersteller eingestelt. Nach dem Druck des Fußschalter kann die Helligkeit stufenlos mit dem Regulationsknopf an den vorderen Paneel in dem Regulationsbereich von 0 zu 100 % reguliert werden. Die genannte Einstellung der Helligkeithintergrund niedrigt der Müdigkeit des Bedienungspersonal beim Manipulation mit den Röntgenaufnahmen in dunkeln Räumen, begrenzt ein Betrieb mit der hohen Leistung nur auf die Zeit mit gedrucktem Fußschalter und daher reduziert eine Thermalspannung des Gerätes und eine Energieverbrauch sowie thermische Belastung des Röntgenbilder. Das Gerät hat eine Netzschalter, eine Sicherung und ein Entstörungsfilter. 3. GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG Das Filmbetrachtungsgerät sollte in dem geeigneten dunkeln Räum gestellt werden, wenn die Röntgenaufnahme beim höchsten Schwärzungen gesehen werden sollen. Die maximale durchgelichtene Mattscheibefläche der Filmbetrachtungsgeräte PP entspricht einem Film des Formates 10x24 cm, ein Modell PP entspricht dem Film mit Maximalformat 10x48 cm. Mit der Hilfe einer Abdeckungmasken ist das Filmbetrachtungsgerät auch für Formate mit 60 mm Breite oder PP manual cz-en-ge_v41.doc 17 / 28

18 andere kleinen Filmformate benutzbar, sowie mit dem Anspruch an Punkt-Lichtquelle kann Lochmaske verwendet sein. Das Filmbetrachtungsgerät stellt man auf einen entsprechenden hohen Tisch und das Fußschalter legt man am Boden so, damit es bequem betätigt werden kann. Das Gerät darf so gestellt werden, um ein Kühlungsniveau mit dem Eindecklungs des Kühlungslöcher wird nicht erniedrigt. Das Gerät ist nötig vor dem Einsatz mit Netzwerk Kabel zur Steckdose 230V/50Hz hinzufügen. Netzwerksteckdose muß an der maximalen Filmbetrachtungsgerätleistung dimensiert sein, das ist wenigstens an 1.5 kw. Nach der Einschaltung mit dem Netzschalter eingebaute Indikation Glimmlampe lichtet, ein Lichthintergrund ist aufgestellt und Kühlungslüfter in den Seiten der Gerätegehäuse im Betrieb ist. Die betrachteten Filme werden auf die Mattscheibe bei der erniedrigen Helligkeit eingelegt. In notwendigen Fällen die ungenützte Teile der Mattscheibe mit den Abdeckungsmasken bedeckt werden können. Beim drücken des Fußschalters entspricht die Helligkeit der Mattscheibe der mit dem Potentiometer auf dem vorderen Paneel eingestellte Helligskeitpegel für gute Lesbarkeit des Aufnahmen. Beim losen des Fußschalters ist die Helligkeit auf der Hintergrundspegel erniedrigt. Damit ist der Operator nicht bemüht mit der Verblendung. Im Bezug auf relative hohe thermische Belastung empfiehlt man ein Gerät unter höchster Leistung nur notwendige Zeit bedienen. Nach Abschluß der Arbeit macht man das Filmbetrachtungsgerät mit dem Netzschalter aus und schält man dem Netzkabel aus. 4. WARTUNG Das Gerät ist praktisch wartungsfrei. Bei der Installation muß man sichern, daß das Gerät in sauberem und trockenem Raum arbeitet wird. Im Fall der Verschmutzung der Oberfläche kann man mit einen reinen und feuchten Läppchen mit Zugabe eines Saponates reinen und danach trocken. Im Fall, daß nach Einschaltungen mit dem Netzschalter die Lampe nicht brennt, Lüftern arbeiten nicht und im Schalter eingebaute Glimmlampe lichte nicht, überprüfen Sie eine Netzzuleitung und Funktionsfähigkeit der Auszüge. Wenn alles in Ordnung ist, so voraussichtlich das Netzwerk Sicherung fehlerhaft ist. Der Sicherungshalter ist auf hinterem Paneel eingelegt. Die Sicherungseinlage muß mit vorgeschrieben Typ (T8A/250V) ersetzt werde. Den Sicherungshalter kann man mit dem Schrauben des Deckel im Richtung eines Pfeil öffnen. Vor der Auswechselung einer Sicherung muß man das Gerät mit der Netzkabell aus Netzwerk ausgemacht. Im Fall, daß nach schalten des Netzschalter die Glimmlampe lichtet und Lüftern arbeiten, und trotzten die Lichtquelle nicht brennt, so voraussichtlich eine Unterbrechung des Glühfaden der Glühbirne(n) eine Ursache möglich kann. Ein Zutritt zur beleuchtenden Glühbirne (Glühbirnen) nach der Abnahme der vorneren Deckung des Geräts mit allen optischen Elementen möglich ist nach Ausdrehen 6 oder 8 Stücken Schrauben M4 (nach dem Gerätemodell). Vor einer Demontage der Deckung muß das Gerät bedingungslos von Netze durch ausgezogen Netzkabell aus Auszüge losgemacht sein! Fehlerhafte Glühbirne ist notwendig mit gleichem Typ ersetzen. Im Fall des Filmbetrachtungsgerät PP die lineare halogene Glühbirne 1000W/230V, 254mm lange benutzt ist, die in spezialen für große Strome konstruierten Fassungen eingelegt ist. Eine Glühbirne kann man nach dem abdrücken der Fassungsfeder und nach der Ablösung der gegenüberliegenden Ende der Glühbirne ersetzen. Umgekehrt kann man eine neue Glühbirne eingelegt. Bei dem Filmbetrachtungsgeräte PP können eine unterbrochene Faser der einige Glühbirne sein, die im Serie eingeschaltet sind. Die fehlerhafte Glühbirne muß man mit dem gleichen Typ 24V/150W ersetzet. Es ist fehlerhafte Glühbirne leicht zu identifizieren, da ein Glühfaden relativ stark ist. Im Falle des Zweifeln kann man fehlerhafte Glühbirne mit einem Ohmmeter leicht gemacht werden finden. Neue Glühbirne müssen die Zuleitungsstifften parallel haben, damit mechanische Spannung in Glasdurchgang ausgeschaltet wird. 18 / 28 PP manual cz-en-ge_v41.doc

19 Ersatzte Glühbirne ist möglich bei dem Hersteller bestellen zu lassen, beziehungsweise man im spezialisierten Fotozugehörbetriebs zu kaufen. Bei der Eintauschung des halogen Glühbirnen ist es nicht gelassen den Schröpfkopf mit der Händen berühren; wenn es ist passiert, muß man einen Schröpfkopf der Glühbirne mit reinem Alkohol putzen. Entgegengesetztenfalls ein Lebensdauer der Glühbirne sehr reduziert ist, beziehungsweise kann die Glühbirnen erblindet wird, mit dem Verschlechterung einer Gleichmäßigkeit der Helligkeit oder mit der Destruktion den Schröpfkopf. Integriertenschaltung U2008B ist für den Fall eines notwendigen Eintauschens in Fassungen eingelegt. Auf Regulatorplatte ist auch Trimmpoti zur Aufstellungs- den Hintergrundpegel installiert. Ein Zutritt zur Regulatorplatte ist nach einer Abnahme der vorderen Deckung möglich Regulationsschaltung der Filmbetrachtungsgeräte ist galvanisch mit Netz verbunden. Vor abnähmen einer Deckung ist notwendig einen Netzkabel aus Auszüge herausnehmen. Reparaturen können nur mit autorisierter Person ausgeführt werden. 5.
