2 CE boxes are produced with the help of the most up-to-date manufacturing systems. All the production cycles are carried out by automatic CNC machines, which guarantee the maximum precision and reliability of the product. The structure is manufactured of 15/10 thick sheet steel with continuous welding of the joints. The front boarder, folded several times, protects the structure from the ingress of water, in case of its accidental accumulation thereon. The box bottom has a widely dimensioned opening, purposed to allow the passage of cables, with a cover plate complete with a seal, which is not prominent and can be mounted by means of self-tapping screws. There are four holes on the box rear side located in the corners purposed for wall mounting with or without mounting brackets (code: RZA50). The delivery set includes rubber plugs for these holes. The sides are provided with four M6 studs purposed for accessories mounting, such as internal doors (code R5IE) or modular racks (code R5TM) or 19 rotating racks (code R5TIE). Doors are manufactured of 15/10 thick sheet steel for boxes with the height up to 800 mm, 20/10 thick steel for boxes with a major height. It is possible to install two bars perforated with 25 mm pitch inside the doors. In addition to reinforcing the door, these bars allow an easy fastening of any type of component. The doors are reversible (with left-hand or right-hand opening), available in blank or glazed version. Glazed doors are protected by 4 mm thick safety glass. Internal instrument support doors (code R5IE) are hinged, provided with a locking element and are adjustable in depth. Solid hinges, invisible from outside, guarantee a wide door opening of about 130. The sealing is ensured by a special polyurethane seal applied directly to the door by continuous molding. Painting is performed with epoxypolyester powders of textured RA 70 colour. Other colours are available upon request. All the models have an internal panel (mounting panel) made of 20/10 thick Sendzimir galvanized steel for a better potential equalization. A wide range of accessories guarantees a maximum versatility of the products. The protection degree differs depending on the box type and is indicated for each model.
