As the semester progresses specific assignments may be changed to reflect the pace of the class. Be prepared for all tests on the days they appear on this syllabus. I will ask some questions, but you should also take the initiative to ask questions and steer the conversation. Our conversation will take about 10 minutes, and the general format will be as follows: 1) I will ask you a few basic questions about your life (Familie, Freizeit, Pläne für die Semesterferien usw.). Please ask me a question or two as well! 2) We will discuss two topics of your choice from the following list. Since this is a conversation, remember to ask me my opinion as well! If you have enough to say on any one of these topics to keep a conversation going for about four or five minutes, then you may choose to focus on only one topic. Erzählen Sie von Ihren Plänen. Note: You may bring to the interview one 3x5 index card with vocabulary on one side, but no full sentences! I ll collect the cards after the interview.
