Wenn Sie registriert sind, klicken Sie wie folgt, um den Download-Bereich zu erreichen: > Produkte > Andere Produkte > Produkt Support >Tightening Systems > Software > Tightening System350 > Controller Generation V2.400 HINWEIS Internet-Produktkatalog: Es wird empfohlen bei einem Update auf eine höhere Version nur auf die nächst höhere Version in einem Schritt upzudaten, d.h. z.b. zuerst von der V2.200 auf die V2.300 und dann von der V2.300 auf die V Durch die ständige Weiterentwicklung des Bosch Rexroth Schraubsystems müssen ältere Konfigurationen auf neuere Konfigurationen in den meisten Fällen konvertiert werden. 1 Firmware 1.1 Update von V2.300 (inkl. aller Sonderversionen) JOB (CS und KE, inkl. Aller Sonderversionen) Nach einem Update sind alle Jobs, die in einer V2.300 erstellt wurden, inkompatibel, d.h. die V2.400 kann sie nicht mehr ausführen und gibt einen Fehler FC3256 aus. Alle Jobs müssen über das BS350 konvertiert werden. Jobs Konvertieren im BS350 anwählen und danach senden an anwählen und alle Jobs senden Job InCy Signal Verhalten Version 2.300: Das JobInCy Signal wurde unabhängig vom Zustand des JobStarts zurückgesetzt, sobald das JobCyCmp gesetzt wurde. 2 Verhalten Version 2.400: Job Start JobInCy JobCyCmp Das Verhalten wurde in der Version an das im Projektierungsdokument beschriebene Verhalten angepasst. Somit ist das Verhalten auch identisch zum InCy bzw. Cw des Schraubers. D.h. der Zustand JobInCy verändert sich nur aufgrund des Signals JobStart Funktionsbaustein TS_TighteningResultsCS.lib / TS_TighteningResultsKE.lib Nach einem Bootvorgang verhalten sich die Funktionsbaustein Ausgänge der Ergebnisdaten nun wie nach Ausführung eines Reset Results. 1.2 Update von V2.315 (DAF oder ExJob9) Änderung MID31 Bei DAF wurde das Verhalten der MID31 verändert, dass über diese MID die Jobliste erfragt werden kann. Aus diesem Grund muss im OpenProtocol Dialog die CheckBox MID31 liefert Jobliste nach dem Update aktiviert werden. Außerdem wurde noch die Bewertung und Batch Information aus dem Anwendungsergebnis der MID61 für die KE350 verändert. Aus diesem Grund muss im OpenProtocol Dialog die CheckBox MID61 Bewertung und Batch Information aus Anwendungsergebnis nach dem Update bei der KE350 aktiviert werden. Wichtig: Um die neuen Funktionalitäten anwählen zu können muss zuerst konvertiert werden. Update_Hinweise_V2.400.docx 2/8

3 Konvertieren: CS351 KE ILBridge Es muss geprüft werden, ob der FB ILBridge problemlos funktioniert. Folgende Applikationsteile sind betroffen: - StepType - IL Acknowledge (Kommando 5). Bei falschen Zahlenwerten wird ein Fehler eingetragen. - Done : Geht immer erst auf TRUE wenn ein Job aktiv ist, der Execute auf TRUE sitzt und ein gültiges Kommando anliegt. In der Vergangenheit war das Signal Done immer TRUE. Update_Hinweise_V2.400.docx 3/8

4 1.3 Update von V2.314 (F_PFCS) IDCode Scanner (CS und KE) Bei einem Update von einer Sonderversion V2.314 F_PFCS V2.400 die BS350 Einstellung Daten Schraubzelle -> Scanner -> Echo aktiv entsprechend setzen. Sonderversion V2.314 war die "Echo Funktion" immer deaktiviert, ab ist diese schaltbar und per Default eingeschaltet (Verhalten wie in der den Standardversionen) ILBridge Siehe dazu Konfiguration PFCS Die PFCS2P Konfiguration muss nach einem Update geprüft, ggfs. angepasst und neu gesendet werden. Die beiden neuen Elemente FO_IDCode-from-ApplChan und nok-properties werden nach einem Update V2.314 V2.400 nicht automatisch eingefügt. Sind diese Parameter nicht in der Konfiguration ist eine Zuweisung der Kanäle als IDCode Quelle deaktiviert, für nok-properties werden im NOK Fall die Istwerte ausgegeben. Wird eine Default Konfiguration erstellt, werden diese Parameter angelegt. Die alte Konfiguration geht verloren. Update_Hinweise_V2.400.docx 4/8

Once you have registered, follow these steps to access the download section: >Products > Other Products > Product Support > Tightening Systems > Software > Tightening System 350 > Controller Generation V2.400 Internet-Produktkatalog: NOTE It is recommended to make an update within one step to the next higher version only, that means for e.g. from V2.200 to V2.300 and than from V2.300 to V Caused by the ongoing development of the Bosch Rexroth Tightening System, older configurations must be converted into newer ones in most case. 1 Firmware 1.1 Update from V2.300 (incl. all special versions) JOB (CS and KE, incl. all special versions) All jobs created with V2.300 are incompatible after an update, that means V2.400 can`t handle them and creates an error FC3256. All jobs must be converted with BS350. Use Menue Edit -> Convert jobs, of the BS350 and select Send to.. and send all jobs Job InCy Signal Behaviour Version The JobInCy signal has been independently of the status JobStart set back, as soon as the JobCyCmp has been set. 6 Behaviour Version Job Start JobInCy JobCyCmp The behaviour of V2.400 has been adapted to the description inside the Project Planning document. Therefore the behavior is also identical to InCy respectively Cw of the tightening tool. That means the status of JobInCy changes only based on the signal Job Start Function block TS_TighteningResultsCS.lib / TS_TighteningResultsKE.lib After a boot sequence the FB outputs of the result data were not identical as after a Reset Result. 1.2 Update of V2.315 (DAF oder ExJob9) Change MID31 The behaviour of MID31 has been changed at DAF in this kind that the job list can be created. For doing this the check box MID31 provides Job list must be activated after an update. Additional to this the valuation and batch information out of the application results of MID61 for KE has been changed. For this reason the check box MID61 valuation and batch information from application result inside the Open Protocol dialog must be activated after an update. 7 Convert: CS351 KE ILBridge It must be checked if FB ILBridge is functioning without problems. The following application parts are being influenced. - StepType - IL Acknowledge (command 5). An error is beeing created if there are wrong numbers. - Done : Changes all the time to TRUE if a job is active, when Execute is on status TRUE and when a valid command is being set. 8 1.3 Update of V2.314 (F_PFCS) IDCode Scanner (CS and KE) For updating of the special version V2.314 to V2.400, the BS350 configuration Tightening cell data -> Scanner -> the checkbox Echo active must be set correspondingly to the requirements. In the special version V2.314 the echo functionality was all the time disabled. Beginning with V2.400 this checkbox is configurable and via default enabled (behavior as in standard versions) IL Bridge Have a look at Configuration PFCS The PFCS2P configuration must be checked after an update. Depending on boundary conditions it must be adjusted and be downloaded. The two new elements FO_IDCode-from-ApplChan and nok-properties are not automatically inserted after an update from V2.314 to V If these parameters are not inside the configuration than the allocation of these channels as IDCode source is deactivated, for nok-properties the actual values are transferred in a NOK case. If a default configuration is being created by clicking on the button Load default values, these parameters are applied. The old configuration is lost. Update_Hinweise_V2.400.docx 8/8
