All events will be held in accordance with both the International Ski Federation (FIS) rules for competition and the World Cup rules. All national associations affiliated with the FIS are invited to attend and compete. 3 Rules: Ostin/Tegernseer Tal is organizing an international competition, the 2015/16 AUDI FIS Ski Cross World Cup. This competition, for both men and women, will be held under the FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup rules. All national associations affiliated to the FIS are invited to compete. According to the FIS international calendar, the competition will take place on February 20 th and February 21 st, 2016 following the official program. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the schedule and the place of the event stated in the program, depending on the snow conditions or the decision of the competition jury. Entries Entries will be accepted from National Ski Associations following FIS quotas and rules. Please submit the provisional entries of your competition team (including competitors and officials) by January 10 th, The final number of your competition team (including competitors and officials) and the names of participants must be submitted to the organizing committee no later than the 09 th of February Access to the online registration system is accessed through the FIS Homepage at see Member Section in the header. FIS has established nation Quotas for World Cups. National Ski Teams can only enter World Cup Ski Cross Competitors according to the Quota limitations and required minimum FIS Points. 4 How to reach Ostin/Tegernseer Tal ACCOMODATION

5 Teams will be lodged in hotel with half board, from Tuesday night, February 16 th to Monday morning February 22 nd 2015 (6 nights). For accommodation refer to Art 4 WCR Each coach has to pay his team accommodation expenses directly at the race office the day of his arrival (Tuesday, February 16 th ). No reservation and no payment will be accepted from the competitors. If they do a reservation the hotel is free to apply the normal hotel prizes. Each team will be held responsible for any damage incurred during their stay. Teams wishing to arrive before February 16 th should contact Organizing Committee Tel , Fax , ACCREDITATION All officials and competitors will receive an accreditation card from the Organizing Committee providing free access to the competition site. The card must be worn all the time. Opening hours: Tuesday, February 16 th : 12:00 20:00h Ostiner Stuben, Ostin Wednesday Sunday, February 17 th -21 st : 08:00 18:00h event area. BIBS All competitors must wear their bibs during all official training and competition. ACCIDENT/INSURANCE All competitors must have their own medical insurance. The Organizing Committee declines all liability for any accident of equipment damaged during trainings and competition. ANTI DOPING CONTROL Anti-doping control may be conducted for each event and gender. GENERAL INFORMATION Radio registration at the first TC Meeting.
