3 The four main ideas of SuDiLe: 1. Usability An elearning system has to be intuitive enough, so even users with limited computer knowledge are able to work with it. 2. Task-oriented content Active learning should be supported with exercises and tests. The learning content should be related to the learners work experience. 3. Tutorial support The learners need individualized support when they have difficulties in learning. 4. Easy creation and change of content It is very important that the learning content can be created and changed fast and easily, so that the learning content can be adapted to the learners needs.
