3 1 Hintergrund und Aufgabenstellung In CEN TC 156 Ventilation for Buildings sind die europäischen Aktivitäten zur Normung auf dem Gebiet der Wohnungslüftung angesiedelt, im Rahmen der EPBD- Mandatierung werden EN-Normen erarbeitet. Aufgabenstellung: Innerhalb des Projektes sind folgende Arbeiten durchzuführen: - Zusammenstellung der Arbeitsschritte für die Erarbeitung einer europäischen Norm zur energetischen Bewertung von Lüftungsanlagen und Luftheizung incl. Kühlung auf der Grundlage der DIN V Mitarbeit in der zuständigen WG des CEN TC 156 Teilnahme an den entsprechenden nationalen und internationalen Meetings (CEN TC156- und WG- Sitzungen) einschließlich Vor- und Nachbereitung - Treffen für bilaterale Abstimmungen zur Mandatseröffnung mit europäischen Nachbarn - Einbringen eines nationalen Arbeitspapiers auf Basis der DIN V (einschließlich Bilanzierung der Kühlung) in CEN TC 156 mit dem Ziel der Erstellung einer EN-Norm (perspektivisch ggf. auch ISO-Norm) - Verfassen von Protokollen zum Wissenstransfer aus den EN-Gremien in die nationalen Spiegelausschüsse - Erstellung eines Kurzberichtes zum Projektstand jeweils zum Jahresende 3

4 2 New work item Um die energetische Bilanzierung der Wohnungslüftung europäisch normen zu können, wurde zunächst ein Antrag für ein new work item formuliert und im CEN/TC 156 eingereicht. Dort wurde es auf der Plenary-Sitzung am in Brüssel diskutiert und die Bearbeitung in einer Subgroup der WG 2 beschlossen. Heating and Ventilation Technology Standards Committee (NHRS) A1 Subject A1.1 Scope: Information to be supplied by the proposer of the NWI This proposed European Standard describes a method to calculate the energy impact of ventilation systems (including airing) to be used for applications such as energy calculations for heating and cooling in residential buildings including corresponding energies required for its treatment and the auxiliaries energy required. European Standard will provide a simplified method for ventilation systems including heating and cooling function with outside and recirculation air for residential buildings. The balance calculations take into account the energy use for: - air Heating, - ventilation, - cooling (not including dehumidification and humidification), - heating the domestic hot water supply with ventilation systems This document describes a simplified method of calculating the values for ventilation and air heating systems of residential buildings. 4

5 The proposed standard describes the energy use of ventilation systems and air heating systems for residential buildings in conjunction with individual subsystems (control and emission, distribution, storage and generation). For this purpose, both the heat losses and the auxiliary energy of the individual subsystems are determined and, provided that these occur within the heated zone, are made available for the subsequent calculations in EPBD Standards. The proposed standard uses the Product performance data from TC 156 WG 2 standards. 7 Other: A2.3 Special aspects (problems or difficulties to be solved by the standard, impacts and benefits to be expected from the standard; please describe shortly): The existing EPBD Standards do not include a simplified, holistic, suitable and easy to use method for residential ventilations systems.
