11 11 15a Vereinbarung Art. 1.1: Inhaltliche Schwerpunkte sind insbesondere Unterstützung der Arbeiten zum Auf- und Ausbau der für das Gesundheitswesen maßgeblichen Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (e-health, z. B. ELGA, ecard, Telegesundheitsdienste) Art. 7: Die Vertragsparteien werden Rahmenbedingungen im Sinne des Abs. 2 für den breiteren Einsatz von elektronischen Gesundheitsdiensten (erezept, eimpfpass, Telegesundheitsdienste, insbesondere ein telefon- und webbasiertes Beratungsservice, mhealth, phealth, Telemedizin) schaffen und weiterentwickeln. Dazu zählen insbesondere: 1. die Festlegung von fachlichen, prozessualen und infrastrukturellen Anforderungen Art.32 Die Vertragsparteien kommen überein, finanzielle Mittel gemäß den nachstehenden Bestimmungen zur Finanzierung von Vorhaben zum Aufbau von überregionalen Versorgungsangeboten zweckzuwidmen. Aufbringung des Anteils der Länder an der Finanzierung von Vorhaben zum Aufbau von überregional erforderlicher Infrastruktur, sofern dafür nicht bereits eigene Finanzierungsregeln vereinbart sind, wie z. B. a) Telefon- und webbasiertes Erstkontakt- und Beratungsservice (TEWEB) b) weitere Telegesundheitsdienste Siehe
