45 ZUSAMMENFASSUNG Nutrigenomics führte zu den ersten Konzepten der Personalisierten Ernährung auch wenn diese nicht a priori Genotypisierung benötigt. Personalisierte Ernährung kommt in unterschiedlichen Formaten und Anspruchsebenen (und Kosten) Personalisierung ist im Bereich des e-commerce, z.bsp. mit individualisierten virtuellen Lebensmittelmärkten am einfachsten zu erreichen. Personalisierung ist auch im Bereich des take-away bzw. home-delivery Sektors zu erwarten.
