3 Montage Assembly 1. Kabel zum DSLAM anschalten 1. Connect cable to DSLAM 1. Kabelabsetzmaß/ dimension for removing the cable insulation ca. 500 mm Kontaktbelegung DSLAM/ Contact assignment DSLAM 1a 1b 2a 2b 3a 3b 4a 4b 5a 5b 6a 6b 7a 7b 8a 8b s 2. Gehäuse auf Montagebügel aufrasten 3. Einschieben der Leiterplatte und hinter der Vorderkante des Gehäuses fixieren 2. click Attach unit to back mount frame 3. Insert the PCB and fix it behind the leading edge of the housing click 3

4 4. Frontprofile aufschrauben 4. Fix front part with screws 5. Beschaltung POTS (ISDN) / LINE 5. Wire the POTS (ISDN) / LINE by mit LSA-PLUS Anlegewerkzeug using the LSA-PLUS insertion tool b) nach dem Anschrauben die Kabelsteckverbinder durch Andrücken mit den Daumen fixieren! b) Ensure proper fixing of connectors by firmly pressing down after tightening of screws! a) Frontprofil beidseitig abwechselnd anschrauben a) Tighten screws alternatively on both sides POTS/ (ISDN) Kontaktbelegung POTS (ISDN) / Contact assignment POTS (ISDN) 1a 1b 2a 2b 3a 3b 4a 4b 5a 5b 6a 6b 7a 7b 8a 8b s Kontaktbelegung LINE / Contact assignment LINE 1a 1b 2a 2b 3a 3b 4a 4b 5a 5b 6a 6b 7a 7b 8a 8b s 4 LINE

5 Schilderhalter (optional) Label Holder (optional) 5a. Aufsetzen des Schilderhalters 5a. Attach Label holder 5b. Abnehmen des Schilderhalters 5b. Remove Label holder by using mit LSA-PLUS Anlegewerkzeug the LSA-PLUS insertion tool 5a. 5b. Auswechseln der Leiterplatte BEACHTE: an POTS (ISDN) / LINE angeschaltete Drähte nicht entfernen! Replacing the PCB ATTENTION: Do not remove wires connected with POTS (ISDN) / LINE! 6. Frontprofil abschrauben 6. Unscrew the front part 7. Mit LSA-PLUS-Anlegewerkzeug 7. Raise (unlock) the pcb and pull die Leiterplatte anheben (Ent- it out by using the LSA-PLUS riegeln) und herausziehen insertion tool Frontprofil abschrauben und nach unten drehen. Remove front part and turn downwards. Beim Herausziehen der Leiterplatte, mit der freien Hand gegen das Gehäuse drücken. Press your free hand on the housing while removing PCB. 5

6 Demontage Dismantling of Unit 8. Alle Frontprofile abschrauben (siehe Punkt 6) 9. Alle Leiterplatten herausziehen (siehe Punkt 7) Remove all front parts (see pt. 6) 9. Pull out all pcbs (see pt. 7) 10. Gehäuse vom Montagebügel unter Verwendung des LSA-PLUS Anlegewerkzeuges demontieren. 11. Kabel zum DSLAM mit LSA-PLUS Anlegewerkzeug entfernen! 10. Remove housing from back mount frame by using LSA-PLUS insertion tool. 11. Disconnect the DSLAM cable by using LSA-PLUS insertion tool! 6

Installation by specialists. Not intended for use with PVC insulated cables.
