16. Innsbrucker Eis-Cup 2010 mit internationaler Beteiligung Laufen um den Pokal der Stadt Innsbruck 19.-21. November 2010 AUSSCHREIBUNG Veranstalter: IEV Innsbrucker Eislaufverein Ort: Innsbruck, Tiroler Wasserkraft-Arena (Neue Eishalle), Olympiastraße 10 Teilnahmeberechtigung Das Laufen ist vorgesehen für Mitglieder von Verbandsvereinen des österreichischen Eiskunstlaufverbandes sowie als Einladungswettbewerb für alle übrigen europäischen Länder. Die Vereine aus Österreich müssen dem EKL angehören, die Läufer Amateure sein und die österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft besitzen. Für die Teilnehmer aus dem Ausland gilt das internationale Reglement. Wettbewerbsbedingungen Das Laufen wird nach den Bestimmungen der Wettlaufordnung (ÖWO) des österreichischen Eiskunstlaufverbandes ausgetragen. Die Ermittlung und Bekanntgabe der Resultate erfolgt nach den Regeln 352 und 353 (ISU Judging System) wie beschrieben in den ISU Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2010. Haftung Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine wie auch immer geartete Haftung für Teilnehmer und Funktionäre (Regel 119 ÖWO). Die Eisfläche darf während des Bewerbes nur von Aktiven und Funktionären betreten werden.

Die Preisrichter werden vom Veranstalter bestellt. Nenngeld Für alle Läufer ist ein Nenngeld von Euro 45,- bei Nennung zu bezahlen. Das Nenngeld ist bis zum 15. November 2010 per Überweisung zu bezahlen und verfällt bei Nichtantritt. Gruppen und Altersklassen Einzellaufen Kategorien GRUPPE IB CHICKS Mädchen und Knaben, geb. nach dem 30.06.2003 Kür Dauer: 2 min. +/- 10 sec. A well balanced Free Skating Program for singles must contain: A) Maximum of 5 jump elements one of which can be an Axel type jump and there may be up to two (2) jump combinations or sequences. Only one jump combination can contain three (3) jumps. A jump sequence can contain any number of jumps, but only two most difficult jumps will be counted. Only two (2) jumps with one and a half (1 1/2) or two (2) revolutions can be repeated either in jump combination or in a jump sequence. with or without change of foot (minimum of ten (8) revolutions) and one spin in one position without change of foot (minimum of for (4) revolutions) or a flying spin with no change of position and without change of foot. In spins the minimum number of revolutions required in position is two (2) in order to be counted. C) For girls there must be a maximum of one (1) step sequence covering at least one half (1/2) of the ice surface.
