Ebenso unzulässig ist die Wahl eines Moduls, das zur Erfüllung von Auflagen diente ( 3(2)). Studierende mit einem Bachelorabschluss, der mehr als 12 P eines nichtphysikalischen Schwerpunkts enhielt, dürfen das nichtphysikalische Wahlmodul nicht als Vertiefungsmodul wählen.
