Informationen zu SNB-Statistiken November 00 Vermögen der privaten Haushalte 009, Finanzierungsrechnung der Schweiz 008 Das Reinvermögen der privaten Haushalte nahm 009 um 6.5% auf 595 Mrd. Franken zu. Es erreichte damit wieder das Niveau von 007, nachdem es 008 wegen der Finanzkrise stark gesunken war. Ausschlaggebend für die Zunahme waren neben der Spartätigkeit der privaten Haushalte eine Erholung der Aktienkurse sowie weiter steigende Immobilienpreise. Die finanziellen Forderungen der privaten Haushalte erhöhten sich 009 um 5 Mrd. auf 883 Mrd. Franken (+8,7%), das Immobilienvermögen stieg um 3 Mrd. auf 364 Mrd. Franken (+,3%). Die finanziellen Verpflichtungen nahmen um 4 Mrd. auf 65 Mrd. Franken zu (+3,8%). Als Ergebnis dieser Entwicklungen stieg das Reinvermögen pro Kopf der Bevölkerung auf rund 333 000 Franken (008: 36 000 Franken). Die Daten zum finanziellen Vermögen der privaten Haushalte sind Bestandteil der Finanzierungsrechnung der Schweiz. Diese zeigt den Umfang und die Struktur der finanziellen Forderungen und Verpflichtungen der volkswirtschaftlichen Sektoren sowie die Finanzierungsströme. Information on SNB statistics November 00 Household wealth in 009 Swiss Financial Accounts 008 In 009, the net worth of households rose by 6.5% to CHF,595 billion, once again reaching its 007 level after having fallen sharply in 008 during the financial crisis. Aside from household savings, the major reasons for the increase were a recovery in share prices and the continued rise in real estate prices. Financial assets held by households grew in 009 by CHF 5 billion (8.7%) to CHF,883 billion, while real estate assets increased by CHF 3 billion (.3%) to CHF,364 billion. Liabilities rose by CHF 4 billion (3.8%) to CHF 65 billion. As a result, net worth per capita increased to around CHF 333,000 (008: CHF 36,000). The data on financial assets held by households form part of the Swiss financial accounts, which present the volume and breakdown of the financial assets and liabilities held by the different sectors of the economy as well as the financial transactions.
