Stäubli primary circuit connectors Primary circuit connectors are designed for supplying power to medium-frequency welding units. Along the robot arm to the welding transformer the cables are divided up into several sections and connected with Stäubli connectors. They are small in size and high in performance. It is possible to connect 2 pilot contacts for signal leads. End housings for plug end insulation are available with 90 or axial cable entry. Only plastic glands should be used for the cable lead-in connections. Should a metal cable gland nevertheless be used, then it must be included in the safety measures. (The cable gland is not supplied).
