3 RECATHAN LINER RINGS LINER RINGS RECATHAN RINGE / PROFILRINGE / SEGMENTRINGE Einfache PUR Ringe sind eine grundlegende Gruppe von Tragrollenbelägen. Es ist eine bequeme und einfache Lösung, bei der die Montage durch Einpressen des Ringes auf die Tragrolle erfolgt. Wir verfügen über Ringe für übliche Rohrdurchmesser. Es ist auch möglich das Produkt nach kundenspezifischen Wünschen herzustellen. Simple PUR rings are a basic group of carrier roller linings. SEGMENTRINGE Die PUR Segmentringe sind eine Entwicklung von Profilringen. Dank der Segmentanordnung wird die Klemmkraft des Rings auf der Tragrolle vervielfacht, was seine Drehmöglichkeit beschränkt. Die Segmentringe werden bei hochleistungsfähigen Bandförderungen genutzt. SEGMENT RINGS The PUR segment rings are a development of profile rings. The segment alignment multiplies the clamping force of the ring on the carrier rolls, which restricts its rotation capacity. The segment rings are used in high-performance belt conveyors.

Die Leichttragrollen sind eine Alternative für übliche Tragsysteme. Sie sind aus Polyurethan und Verbundwerkstoffen hergestellt und reduzieren das Gewicht des Satzes um 30 %. Dank einmaliger Konstruktion sind sie außerordentlich robust und widerstandfähig und durch den Verzicht auf Stahlrohr übertragen Sie keine Eigenschwingungen. RECATHAN SMOOTH LININGS / LIGHT CARRIER ROLLS The main task of the smooth PUR linings and light carrier rollers is to dampen the noise of the belt track. The light carrier rolls are an alternative to standard carrier systems. They are made of pure polyurethane and compound materials and reduce the weight of the set by 30%. Thanks to their unique construction, they are extremely robust and do not transmit any inherent vibrations thanks to the absence of steel pipes.

Wir bieten ihnen Spiralbeläge in zwei Ausführungen: Als Segmente für das Einpressen auf das Rohr oder ein Produkt, das unmittelbar auf der Oberfläche der Tragrolle im Produktionsprozess vulkanisiert wird.
