Terms of delivery and payment: 1. Complaints must be made by the first day of the exhibition. These can only be met by being remedied subsequently. The exhibitor shall be responsible for any damage occurring during the period of rental. The quantity supplied is binding. No exchange of services is possible. Non-use of any modules shall not entitle the client to any reduction in price. 2. Prices are quoted net and without any deduction and cover rental of the material supplied as well as assembly and dismantling, all transport and storage for the duration of the fair. 3. The prices quoted apply until 14 days prior to the fair (date of receipt). Order received later will be subject to a 20% surcharge. 4. Invoices are payable immediately on receipt. Charges may also be paid at the stand. 5. The items rented out are not suitable for use in the open air. 6. All alterations to this contract must be made in writing. 7. The place of jurisdiction for both parties shall be Norderstedt, Germany. Please note that the delivery of ordered equipment and of the system ready stands will be done on until 08:00 h. Final workings like fascia inscription may be carried out until 13:00 h.
