1 SUREPLAY Multisport SUREPLAY Multisport is a water-permeable sports surface made of PU-bound EPDM, ideal for multisports grounds. Depending on individual specifications it can be set up with a single EPDM layer or as a two-part system with an elastic wear layer of recycling granules and a coloured, UV-stable wear layer made of PU-bound EPDM, manufactured in sandwich design. Top layer EPDM granules are available in 24 colours and various individual blends. 2 SUREPLAY Sprint 150 SUREPLAY Sprint is perfectly fit for athletics in school sports. The surface system can be classified IAAF-conformably. This SUREPLAY sports surface is a jointless, water-permeable allweather outdoor-surface. For processing we use a highly elastic and durable PU-coating with interspersed, fully dyed EPDM granules. SUREPLAY Sprint 150 is laid water-permeable with a PU-bound foundation layer and a grainy, rough surface of structural spray coating. 3 SUREPLAY Sprint 400 SUREPLAY Sprint 400 is the ideal surface from school or club sports to high-performance athletics. The surfacing system can be classified IAAF-conformably. This SUREPLAY sports surface is a jointless, water-impermeable all-weather outdoor-surface. For massive coatings or solid plastic surfaces with 2-K PU-coating made of rubber granules we exclusively use highly elastic and durable material components. SUREPLAY Sprint 400 is installed water-permeable as a twopart sandwich system with a recycling rubber base layer and a poured top layer with interspersed EPDM granules. The base layer made of SBR recycling varies in set-up height from 10 to 25 mm with a poured top layer of about 3 mm. 5 SUREPLAY Sportex SUREPLAY Sportex is an indoor and outdoor turf system. It is ideal for small playing fields like football grounds and tennis courts or multisport grounds. The weather-resistant sports surface system can be individually fitted to your requirements and laid out in different versions. The top layer consists of filled or unfilled PP, PE or PA fibre material. 6 SUREPLAY Acrylex SUREPLAY Acrylex is a water-impermeable flooring system with an acrylat base for tennis or multisport grounds and skating. It is installed manually on site. The surface is set up on asphalt or concrete in multiple layers. SUREPLAY Acrylex surfaces are adjustable to any specifications of set-up thickness and surface texture (e. g. smooth for skating). On request the system can be set up on a maximum of 5 mm thick, prefabricated elastic layer or with admixed rubber granules to achieve attenuation and thus a joint-protective base for basketball courts or multisport grounds.
