6 RAUKANTEX LITE LICHTDURCHLÄSSIGE KANTEN / TRANSLUCENT EDGEBANDS / BANDES DE CHANT TRANSLUCIDES RAUKANTEX lite Licht sorgt für den Wohlfühlfaktor RAUKANTEX lite entstammt der Produktfamilie RAUKANTEX magic 3D. Die Kante kann jedoch neben der herkömmlichen Anwendung auch zur Hinterleuchtung verwendet werden. In eine Spanoder MDF-Platte (38 oder 50 mm Stärke) wird ein Hohlraum eingefräst. In den Hohlraum wird ein LED-Band (wahlweise auch RGB-Band) eingeklebt. Die Mindestdeckschicht beträgt 8 mm. Die im mittleren Bereich lichtdurchlässige Kante wird an die Platte angefahren. Bei Freiformen auf dem BAZ (Leimauftrag auf die Kante) muss eine ausgesparte Leimauftragswalze verwendet werden, die den Leim nur auf die äußeren Schenkel der Kante aufträgt. Beim Einschalten der LEDs dringt das Licht durch die durchlässigen Bereiche des Kantenbandes. Die Anwendung ist modifiziert auch für eine Wabenplatte geeignet. Bitte beachten Sie dabei die Lebensdauer und Verarbeitungshinweise der LED-Hersteller sowie die Eignung der LEDs für den Einbau in Holzwerkstoffe. Jede Theke, jeder Regalboden wird mit RAUKANTEX lite zum einzigartigen Schmuckstück und sorgt durch die indirekte Beleuchtung für eine wohnliche Atmosphäre. RAUKANTEX lite Light gives you the feel-good factor RAUKANTEX lite comes from the product family RAUKANTEX magic 3D. In addition to its conventional application, the edgeband can also be used for backlighting. A cavity 2cm in depth should be routed into a 38 or 50mm thick particle or MDF board. An LED strip (possibly an RGB strip) is inserted into the cavity. A minimum 8mm surface layer is required each side for adhesive bonding. The edgeband (with translucent central section) is applied to the board. If using a BAZ, i.e. glue application to the edge, a recessed glue application roller must be used which leaves the central area of the edgeband free of glue. When the LEDs are switched on, light is transmitted through the translucent areas of the edgeband. The application can also be adapted to suit honeycomb boards. Please observe the LED manufacturer s product life and processing instructions as well as the suitability of LEDs for installation into wooden materials. Cette bande chant qui répond aux applications habituelles offre de surcroit la possibilité d un rétro-éclairage. Une dépouille est réalisée dans le panneau d aggloméré ou stratifié d épaisseur 38 ou 50 mm. Une bande à LEDs (ou encore bande RGB) est collée dans la gorge. Le chant de recouvrement doit avoir une épaisseur d au moins 8 mm. La bande de chant translucide en sa partie médiane est alors plaquée sur le panneau. Pour les formes libres réalisées par un centre d usinage (application de la colle sur la bande de chant), on utilisera nécessairement un galet d encollage échancré qui n enduit de colle que les 6

7 bords extérieurs de la bande de chant. Les parties translucides de la bande de chant laissent alors filtrer la lumière des LEDs éclairés. Cette application est aussi adaptable aux panneaux alvéolés. Veuillez vous référer à la durée de vie des LEDs et aux instructions de mise en œuvre fournies par le fabricant de LEDs et vérifier que ces LEDs sont adaptés à un encastrement dans le bois. Der Laminathersteller Arpa bietet die Fenix-Kollektion bereits seit 2013 an. Besonders erwähnenswert ist hierbei, dass die Fenix-Oberfläche enorm kratzresistent und fingerprintunempfindlich ist und dadurch großen Anklang im Markt gefunden hat. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns entschieden, die komplette Farb-/ Dekorpalette in der REHAU Supermattlackqualität zu standardisieren. Die Abmessung 23 x 0,8 mm eignet sie sich hervorragend, um den glänzenden Radius zu minimieren aber auch die Standard-Kanten in 2 mm gibt es in allen gängigen Breiten. Die 14 Dekore sind ab Lager verfügbar. Basic Collection super matt lacquer collection Keeping track of trends There is no stopping the matt trend.
