Kunstliebhaber, Filmstars, Größen aus der Musikindustrie, Geschäftsleute sie alle sammelten bereits in den 60er Jahren die Kunst von James Francis Gill. Neben Andy Warhol und Roy Lichtenstein zählte Gill zu den Ikonen der Pop Art. Beispielsweise gestaltete Gill für Charlie Chaplins letzten Film mit Sophia Loren und Marlon Brando ein Kinoplakat. Bekannte Printmedien wie etwa das TIME Magazin und das LIFE Magazin beauftragten Gill mit dem Entwurf einer Titelseite. Hollywood-Stars wie John Wayne und Tony Curtis baten ihn, sie zu portraitieren. Nicht zuletzt führt auch das Museum of Modern Art in New York bereits seit 1962 Werke von James Francis Gill in seiner ständigen Sammlung. Art lovers, stars of film and music, businesspeople they already have collected artworks of James Francis Gill in the 60s. Among the Pop Art Icons, James Gill is ranked next to Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein. For example he created a cinema poster for Charlie Chaplin s last film with Sophia Loren and Marlon Brando. Gill was commissioned to paint the covers of well known print media such as TIME magazine and LIFE magazine. Hollywood stars like John Wayne and Tony Curtis requested for their portrait to be painted by him. In 1962 the Museum of Modern Art, New York acquired Gill s artwork for their collection. Beim Druck der limitierten Editionen achten wir auf größtmögliche Qualität, um die Serigrafie so nah wie möglich an die Strahlkraft des Unikates heranzuführen. Aus diesem Grund konnte die Wahl des Siebdruckers ausschließlich auf Hans-Peter Haas (geboren 1935 in Stuttgart) aus Leinfelden-Echterdingen fallen. Er setzt seit fast 50 Jahren Maßstäbe für das Erreichbare und gilt als Künstler unter den Siebdruckern. Haas druckte Serigrafien von rund 200 bekannten Künstlern, wie z.b. Roy Lichtenstein, Tom Wesselmann und Salvador Dali. Seine Arbeiten sind weltweit in Ausstellungen und wichtigen öffentlichen Sammlungen zu sehen. For this reason, only one screen printer is used exclusively: Hans-Peter Haas (born 1935 in Stuttgart) located in Leinfelden-Echterdingen/Germany. He is setting standards in accessibility for 50 years and is really an artist in the line of screen printers. Haas has printed serigraphs for about 200 famous artists including Roy Lichtenstein, Tom Wesselmann and Salvador Dali.
