DOPPELABSCHLUSSABKOMMEN zwischen DOUBLE DEGREE AGREEMENT between HTW Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik University of Appliedd Sciences und and Otago Polytechnic 1. Doppelabschluss-Programm 1.1 Austauschstudenten (einss zu eins Austausch zwischen Otago Polytechnic and HTW) sind von Studiengebühren der Otago Polytechnic für die Dauer von einem Jahr ausgenommen. Ein/e Student/ /in pro Jahr wird als Austauschstudent/ t/in zugelassen. Auslandsstudenten (nicht Austauschstudenten) haben die besonderenn Otago Polytechnic Studienauslandsgebühren zu zahlen, die unterhalb der üblichen internationalen Studiengebühren liegen. An diesem Doppelabschlussprogramm können bis zu zwei Studenten jeder Partnerhochschule proo Jahr teilnehmen. Die HTW-Teilnehmer gehörenn dem Bachelstudiengang International Business an und werden vom zuständigen Prüfungsausschuss (HTW Prüfungsausschuss) nominiert. Die Otago-Teilnehmer (BAM) Dunedin der Otago Polytechnic nominiert. 1.2 Die Studenten studieren die ersten beiden Jahre an ihrer Heimathochschule. Im Jahr Drei bzw. im fünften und sechsten Fachsemester findet das Auslandsjahr an der Partnerhochschule statt. Sämtliche verbliebenden Module des Curriculums werden an der Heimathochschule abgeschlossen. Sobald die Studentenn erfolgreich alle Vaussetzungen dieses Doppelabschluss- Programms erfüllt haben, erhalten sie den HTW- Abschluss Bachel of Arts im Bachelstudiengang International Business sowie den Otago werden vom Studiengangsprecherr Polytechnic Abschluss- Bachel of Applied Management (unbestimmte Vertiefung). 2. Liste der Äquivalenten Module Die folgenden Module werden von der HTW und der Otago Polytechnicc gegenseitigg anerkannt. Abweichungen müssen vom Studiengangsprecher (BAM) Dunedin der Otago Polytechnic und demm HTW Prüfungsausschuss genehmigt werden. Zwei Neuseeland Leistungspunkte (NZ credits) entsprechen einem Leistungspunkt (ECTS). 1. 1.1 Exchangee students (one by one exchange between Otago Polytechnic and HTW) are exempted from Otago Polytechnic fees f a maximum of one year. One student per year is permitted as an exchange student. Study abroad students (not exchange students) are subject to specific Otago Polytechnic Study Abroad fees whichh are at a discounted rate compared to nmal international fees. This double degree programme is limited to two students of each partner p university per year. The HTW participants shall be registered in the Programme Bachel of International Business and shall be nominated by the examination board (HTW examinationn board). Thee Otago participants shall be nominated by the Programme Leader (BAM) Dunedin off Otago Polytechnic 1.2 Students study the first two years at their home university. In Year Three, the fifth and sixth semester, the students study overseas at the partner university. Any remaining parts of the curriculum will be completed back at the home university. Once students s havee successfully met ALL the requirements of this double degreee programme they will w receive an HTW degree in Bachel of Arts inn the Bachel programme International Business and an Otago Polytechnic degree - Bachelr of Applied Management (unspecified maj). 2. Double degree programme List of equivalent courses The following modules are mutually recognised by HTW and Otago Polytechnic. Deviations have to be approved by the Programme P Leader (BAM)) Dunedin of Otago Polytechnic and the HTW Examination Board. Two New Zealand credits (NZ credits) equals one ECTS.

Sofern die entsandten Studenten das Angebot des Doppelabschlusses nicht in Anspruch nehmen wollen, absolvieren sie ihr Auslandsstudium an der Partnerhochschule nach einem vab genehmigten Studienvertrag gemäß den Vaussetzungen der jeweiligen Heimathochschule. Das Studium an der Partnerhochschule erfolgt Vollzeit; an der Otago Polytechnic müssen 6 NZ-credits pro Semester studiert werden. Studenten, die gemäß diesem Doppelabschlussprogramms ein Praktikum an der Otago Polytech absolvieren, werden von dieser bei der Suche eines Praktikumsplatzes unterstützt und während des Praktikums begleitet und betreut. Otago Polytechnic gibt im August eines jeden Jahres einen Study Abroad Giude heraus, welcher die jeweils angebotenen Kurse und die Should the study programmes be amended, the partner universities will provide a list of equivalent courses. Should students NOT want the double degree offer, then they may study a pre-approved range of courses which meet the requirements of their home degree. These will be signed off f equivalency/acceptance by the appropriate academic person at their home institution pri to study commencing overseas. Students must study fulltime, ie, 6 NZ-credits per semester at Otago Polytechnic F students undertaking an internship accding to this double degree programme, Otago Polytechnic will assist in finding this placement and will provide academic and pastal supervision during this time. A Study Abroad Guide is issued by Otago Polytechnic in August each year and lists the course available and the semesters they are taught in.
entsprechenden Semester aufführt. 3. Vertragslaufzeit 3. Duration of Agreement Dieses Abkommen tritt am 1. April 21 in Kraft und hat eine Laufzeit von fünf Jahren. Es verlängert sich um fünf Jahre, sofern es nicht mit einer Frist von sechs Monaten vab gekündigt wird. Im Falle der Kündigung schließen diejenigen Studenten, die bereits zur Durchführung dieses Programms eingeschrieben sind, nach den Maßgaben dieses Abkommen ihr Studium ab. This Agreement shall take effect on 1 April 21 and shall endure f a period of five years. It will be renewed automatically f a period of five years, if it is not terminated by one of the parties giving six month s advanced notice. Any students registered on each party s Double Degree Programme whose period of study extends beyond the termination of this Agreement shall be allowed to complete the programme.
