Faculty of Law Fact Sheet on Modules Offered in Master's Degree Programs Resolution of the Faculty Assembly dated 7 November 2012 RS 4.3.1.2 Version 4.0 (25 May 2016) The modules listed apply to the Master's degree program, the double degree and joint degree Master's degree programs, and to the minor study programs. The following tables provide an overview of the modules offered in Master s degree programs at the Faculty of Law. They are listed according to the individual compulsory or core elective pools as defined in the program regulations for the Master of Law (StudO M Law). As stipulated in StudO M Law, core elective modules are offered at least every third semester. Some modules have special examination dates; these are set by the instructors. The exact dates are published on the Faculty of Law's website. There will be a second examination date offered for those modules, which are not offered each semester. These examinations will be hold as follows: Modules offered every second semester: The examination is held the semester after next. Modules offered every third semester: The examination is held the following semester. Modules offered every fourth semester: The examination is held the following semester. Page 5/6
8 Entry into Force This fact sheet enters into force in the fall semester 2013. It replaces the fact sheet on modules in Master's degree program dated 1 February 2009, which is rescinded as of the fall semester 2013. 9 Changes to this Fact Sheet The Faculty Council is responsible for changes, subject to the central regulatory authority of the Faculty Assembly.
