ECSG 2017 Badminton Briefing : Senior Class 25 teams will compete in the ECSG Ghent 2017 Senior Class Badminton.

Teams have been appointed a team number and are put into pools so that multiple teams of the same company won t meet each other in round 1.

Every match has a winner, in case of equal games, sets and points teams will draw a winner.

14 Teams need to start at 09:00 am. (see table below) So there is no fixed time-schedule.

1 ECSG 2017 Badminton Briefing : Senior Class 25 teams will compete in the ECSG Ghent 2017 Senior Class Badminton. Including 8 Belgian, 1 Danish, 1 French, 21 German, and 1 Maltese Teams. Teams have been appointed a team number and are put into pools so that multiple teams of the same company won t meet each other in round 1. Each match has 4 games (Woman s Double, Men s Double, 2x Mixed double), each game is played best of three sets up to max. 21 ( first at 21 wins ). Every match has a winner, in case of equal games, sets and points teams will draw a winner. 7 Courts are used for the competition, courts will be appointed as they become free (and according to the competition table). 14 Teams need to start at 09:00 am. (see table below) So there is no fixed time-schedule. Matches need to start within 5 min after a court is appointed. Teams will receive a score sheet, they need to fill in this sheet and return it (signed) at the end of the match. There is one shuttlecock/match. Broken shuttles must be put in a box next to the fields. You should use these to warm up. Return any remaining good shuttles. There is no official lunch time or break. Around noon you can buy a quick snack at the bar.
