INTRODUCTION.07 EINFÜHRUNG INTRODUCTION INTRODUZIONE WA. 00505 EX T. 02 The TU ATEX, TC ATEX and TS ATEX screw conveyors have been designed for use in zones classified 22, Group II, Category 3D in conformity with the directives ATEX 94/ 9/CE. These screw conveyors have been designed to withstand an overpressure of barg. The TU ATEX, TC ATEX and TS ATEX screw conveyors are of the tubular type used for heavy duty applications and function in both continuous and discontinuous mode. These machines are NOT suitable for handing of foodstuff. TUZ = pullers, complete with motor drive TUZ AN = as TUZ, but with bare shaft TCZ = conveyors, complete with motor drive TCZ AN = as TCZ, but with bare shaft TSZ = pullers or conveyors, without intermediate bearings, with increased distance between centres, complete with motor drive TS AN = as TSZ, but with bare shaft The machine must not be starded before the machine itself, as well as the plant it is going to be installed in, have been declared in conformity with the European Directive 4/06/982 (89/392/ EEC). It is the plant designer s / plant fitter s responsibility to design and install all necessary protection in order to avoid that breaking and/or yielding of the equipment or of parts of it might damage people and/or parts of the plant (e.g. adequate protection against falling down of the motor etc.). Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Anlagenplaners bzw. aufstellers, alle notwendigen Schutzvorrichtungen vorzusehen, welche es verhindern, dass durch einen Geräte oder Teiledefekt Personen und/oder Sachschäden verursacht werden (z.b. geeigneter Schutz gegen das Herunterfallen des Motors etc.).
