2 Rent a Conference Room Nationwide Take advantage of our complete and modern Conference and PC training rooms with or without PC technology for your events, presentations and trainings with customized catering and technical service. Our rooms are individually available for a few hours, days or several weeks - depending on your needs. We would also be happy to assist you in the search for a hotel. By default, the PCs or notebooks are equipped with a Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, Browser and Acrobat Reader. You will find additional flipcharts, whiteboards and projectors in the seminar rooms. A quick Internet access is also available. Your own software can be installed on our systems in advance. The rental prices vary by location, room size, technical equipment, seminar hours, the time and duration of rental. We will send you a customized offer. CUSTOMIZED SOFTWAREINSTALLATIONS The conference rooms are equipped fitting to your needs. Custom software installations and software configurations will be charged 65.00 to 120.00 per hour (60 minutes).
