2 2 Rent a Conference Room Nationwide Take advantage of our complete and modern Conference and PC training rooms with or without PC technology for your events, presentations and trainings with customized catering and technical service. Our rooms are individually available for a few hours, days or several weeks - depending on your needs. We would also be happy to assist you in the search for a hotel. By default, the PCs or notebooks are equipped with a Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, Browser and Acrobat Reader. You will find additional flipcharts, whiteboards and projectors in the seminar rooms. A quick Internet access is also available. Your own software can be installed on our systems in advance. Central organization and full service Nationwide and centrally we organize for you IT seminars and room rentals, so you have only one contact and the full service from a single source. 3 3 In principle, the rental may take place over several days, weeks or months and on weekends at special rates. The rental prices vary by location, room size, technical equipment, seminar hours, the time and duration of rental. We will send you a customized offer. CUSTOMIZED SOFTWAREINSTALLATIONS The conference rooms are equipped fitting to your needs. Custom software installations and software configurations will be charged to per hour (60 minutes). The training center is conveniently located at the A40 between Dortmund and Bochum near the AK Dortmund-West and is easily accessible via the A40, A42 and A45. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. Seminarroom-Equipment: Modern computers with 22 LCD screens / notebooks, strong light projectors, mobile pin board, presentation kit, whiteboard, flipchart, blackout curtains, laser printers, VDSL connection with max. 50 Mbit / s download + 10 Mbit / s upload, static IP router, redundant Internet connectivity, backbone with 1 Gbit, 100Mbit networking + WLAN. Your own software can be installed on our systems. Number of IT-Trainingrooms: 7 rooms with 2 to 19 workstations. Number of Theory Rooms: 4 rooms with 3 to 21 workplaces. Specials The PC, conference and meeting rooms can be rented on a monthly basis or individually for hours, days, or weeks according to your needs. A lease on weekends is also available upon request. Big lounge (60 square meters), table football in the lounge area, covered smoking area, headsets, external blinds, fridge with beverages. Location: Between Dortmund and Bochum, in the immediate vicinity of the A40 at the exit Dortmund-Kley or at the Dortmund-West motorway junction. Parking: Free parking is available directly around the seminarroom building. Catering As a standard, we offer hot and cold drinks, biscuits and fruit, optionally with a warm lunch. Upon request we provide additional snacks, like delicious, crusty rolls with a variety of different toppings.

A 40 Dortmund Kley Arriving by Car: Coming from direction Dortmund: Drive onto the B1 direction Bochum, at the exit Dortmund-Kley (Indu-park), turn off please. Drive straight ahead through the traffic lights across to the street Alter Hellweg. After 800 meters you will find us on the right side (red brick building with red window frames). There you can park at the customer parking lot on the right side or behind the building. Walk through the front entrance, with 2 glass doors on the ground floor and then keep right. Coming from direction Duisburg/Bochum: On the B 1 towards Dortmund. Exit at the exit Dortmund-Kley (Indu-park). Turn right at the 1st traffic light. At the 2nd traffic light turn right again into the street Alter Hellweg. See above. Coming from direction Kassel: From Kassel via the A44, which automatically becomes the B 1. Drive through Dortmund in direction Bochum. Exit at the exit Dortmund-Kley (Indupark). Turn right at the 1st traffic light. At the 2nd traffic light turn right again into the street Alter Hellweg. See above. Coming from direction Hagen/Frankfurt: From Frankfurt on the A45, leave the motorway at junction Dortmund-West direction B 1 towards Bochum. Exit at the exit Dortmund-Kley (Indupark). Turn right at the 1st traffic light. At the 2nd traffic light turn right again into the street Alter Hellweg. See above. Coming from direction Oberhausen or Bremen: From A2 to A45 (motorway intersection Dortmund North West ) in Frankfurt. Then at Dortmund-West on the B1 towards Bochum.Exit at the exit Dortmund-Kley (Indupark). Turn right at the 1st traffic light. At the 2nd traffic light turn right again into the street Alter Hellweg. See above. Arriving by public transport from the Main Station: With the S2 to Dortmund Dorstfeld (first stop). From there take the S4 direction Lütgendortmund and get off two stops later at station Dortmund Germania. Walk in the direction of travel along the platform to the bus station. Bus number 440 will take you directly to our seminar building (4th stop, Alter Hellweg).
