> Nastanitveni objekti Nastanitvene objekte gradimo s sestavljanjem modularnih bivalnih in sanitarnih enot in s tem dobimo večje namenske objekte (spalne prostore, dnevne prostore, pisarne, jedilnice in kuhinje, ). > Accommodation facilities Our accommodation facilities are built by assembling modular dwelling and sanitary units, thereby providing larger dedicated premises (bedrooms, living rooms, offices, dining rooms, and kitchens, etc.). > Siedlungsobjekte Wir bauen unsere Gebäude durch das Zusammensetzen von modularen Wohn- und Sanitäreinheiten, wodurch wir größere zweckentsprechende Gebäude (Schlafräume, Aufenthaltsräume, Büros, Esszimmer und Küchen, ) bekommen. 2
Iz bivalnih kontejnerjev lahko zgradimo modularne montažne objekte kot dodatne nastanitvene kapacitete k obstoječim objektom ali pa kot samostojna naselja. Gre za izredno hiter način gradnje, ko s predizdelanimi moduli v naši proizvodnji le-te na lokaciji medsebojno povežemo v objekte po željah kupcev. By composing the accommodation containers we can build modular prefabricated facilities in a function of additional accommodation capacities to the existing facilities, or they can form autonomous agglomerations. This is a very fast method of building, where the prefabricated modules, manufactured in our plant, are assembled together on site according to the customer s tailored arrangement. Aus Wohncontainern können wir modulare Montageobjekte als zusätzliche Unterkunftskapazitäten zu den bestehenden Gebäuden oder als selbständige Siedlungen bauen. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine außerordentlich schnelle Bauweise, bei der wir nach den individuellen Kundenwünschen die bei uns vorgefertigten Module vor Ort zu fertigen Gebäuden verbinden. 4
Imamo lasten oddelek za razvoj in projektiranje, zato lahko kupcem zagotovimo izdelavo nastanitvenega objekta v skladu z zakonodajo in željami arhitekta in investitorja. S 3D moduliranjem omogočamo optimalno vizualno predstavitev projekta kupcu. Visoko kakovost objekta pa zagotavljamo tudi s pridobljenimi certifikati (CE oznaka proizvoda, EN1090 za jeklene konstrukcije ter poslovanje v skladu z ISO 9010). Owing to our own Development and design engineering division we can provide to the buyers the manufacture of accommodation facilities in compliance with the legislation and the wishes of the architect and the investor. The 3D modeling provides an optimal visual presentation of the facility to the buyer. The acquired certificates (CE product marking, EN1090 for steel structures, and business activities in compliance with ISO 9010) also guarantee the high quality of the facilities. Wir haben eine eigene Planungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung, weshalb wir für unsere Kunden das Objekt gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und nach den Wünschen des Architekten und Investors herstellen können. Die 3D-Modellierung ermöglicht uns eine optimale visuelle Kundenpräsentation des Projektes. Unsere hohe Qualität gewährleisten wir u. a. auch durch die erworbenen Zertifikate (CE-Kennzeichnung, EN1090 für Stahlkonstruktionen und die Geschäftsführung gemäß ISO 9010). 5
Izdelava objektov poteka vedno v skladu z lokalno zakonodajo in predpisi za gradnjo tovrstnih objektov. Moduli so izdelani v naši proizvodnji in tako v največji meri predpripravljeni za enostavno montažo na lokaciji. V kakšni obliki posamezni modul zapusti našo proizvodnjo je predvsem odvisno tudi od tega, kakšen način prevoza izberemo skupaj s kupcem. Lahko gre za sestavljene kontejnerje ali kontejnerske pakete, ki so primerni za kamionski prevoz, ali pa se pripravi material za pakiranje v ladijske kontejnerje za prekomorski prevoz z ladjo (slike na zadnji strani prospekta). Ko pridejo posamezni kontejnerji na objekt, jih z lastno montersko ekipo sestavimo v željen objekt. The manufacture of the facilities is always performed in compliance with the local legislation and regulations that govern this type of building. The modules are manufactured in our production premises and are thus preprepared to the greatest possible extent for their simple assembly on the site. The stage of the prefabrication of an individual module, leaving our production premises, depends above all on the type of transportation, selected together with the buyer. We can deliver assembled containers or container blocks, suitable for the transportation by lorries, or, the material for packaging is prepared in the sea containers for maritime transport (see the figure on the back of the leaflet). When the individual containers arrive to the site, our own assembly team will assemble them to the desired facility. Die Herstellung der Objekte erfolgt immer im Einklang mit der lokalen Gesetzgebung und den Vorschriften für den Bau von solchen Gebäudesystemen. Die Module werden in unserer Produktionsstätte hergestellt und größtenteils vorgefertigt, damit anschließend eine einfache Montage direkt vor Ort erfolgen kann. In welcher Form das einzelne Modul unsere Produktionsstätte verlässt, hängt vor allem auch davon ab, für welche Transportart wir uns zusammen mit dem Kunden entscheiden. Es kann sich z. B. um zusammengesetzte Container oder Containerpakete handeln, die sich für den LKW-Transport eignen, oder wir können auch das Material so vorbereiten, dass es in Schiffscontainern auf dem Seeweg transportiert werden kann (siehe Abbildungen auf der Rückseite des Prospekts). Sobald die einzelnen Container am Standort angekommen sind, setzen wir sie mit unserem Montageteam zum gewünschten Raumoder Gebäudesystem zusammen. 6
Skupaj z nastanitvenim objektom lahko zagotovimo tudi dobavo in montažo razne opreme prezračevanje, klimatske naprave, pohištvo in ostalo opremo, ki jo bo končni uporabnik za normalno obratovanje potreboval. Together with the accommodation facilities we can also provide the delivery and assembly of various other types of equipment - ventilation, airconditioning units, furniture, and other equipment, needed by the end user for their normal operation. Zusammen mit dem Raum- und Wohngebäudesystem können wir Ihnen auch die Lieferung und Montage von verschiedenster Ausstattung zusichern z. B. Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen, Möbel und sonstige Einrichtung, die der Endverbraucher für einen normalen Betrieb benötigt.
