Solche Freiminuten bzw. solche kostenlosen Gespräche zwischen DIALOG Kunden werden in jedem Falle nur Kunden gewährt, welche das gesamte Gesprächsaufkommen über DIALOG abwickeln. Diese Freiminuten bzw. kostenlosen Gespräche werden nur für die übliche Nutzung gewährt. Missbräuchliche Nutzung ist dem Kunden untersagt. Als missbräuchliche Nutzung gilt u. a. eine dauerhafte Voreinstellung von Primärmultiplexanschlüssen und TK-Anlagen auf Tarife mit Freiminuten oder mit kostenlosen Gesprächen zu DIALOG Kunden bzw. auf diese Teilnehmer. Bei Nutzung solcher Anlagen in Tarifen mit einem oder mehreren dieser Merkmale behält sich DIALOG sowohl eine gesonderte Berechnung zu den im jeweiligen Tarif ohne Anwendung der Friends-Regelung geltenden Konditionen als auch die außerordentliche Kündigung des Vertrages vor. * Beim Tarif VIP-Friends kann eine Flatrate für 9,90 Euro inkl. MwSt. monatlich optional hinzugenommen werden. Die Flatrate ist auf 150 Minuten pro Monat in alle österreichischen Netze beschränkt. Darüber hinaus gehende Minuten werden zum jeweils gültigen Tarif abgerechnet. Nicht genutzte Gesprächsminuten können nicht in den nächsten Monat übertragen werden. Im Tarif VIP-Friends ohne Option beträgt die Mindestvertragsdauer 12 Monate und es gilt ein Mindestumsatz von 2,50 Euro inkl. MwSt. pro Monat. Bei Auswahl der Option VIP-Friends Flat beträgt die Mindestvertragsdauer 24 Monate ab Aktivierung der Option. Alle Gespräche werden minutenweise abgerechnet.
