1 Process Instrumentation and Analytics - A&D PI 2 - Karlsruhe Page 1 of 7 FIDAMAT 6: Wartung der Messgaspumpe Typ Rietschle Thomas Die folgende Anleitung bezieht sich auf die Messgaspumpe des Herstellers Rietschle Thomas Wartungsteil ist im Normalbetrieb nur die Pumpenmembran, deren Wechsel ca. alle 6 Monate empfohlen wird, wobei sich abhängig von der Messgaszusammensetzung auch kürzere oder längere Wartungszyklen ergeben können. Ein Defekt der Pumpe äußert sich in einer verringerten Pumpenleistung und einem verstärkten Rauschen des Messsignals. Als Ersatzteil sind die komplette Messgaspumpe, Bestellnummer A5E , sowie ein Ersatzteilset, Best. Nr. A5E , erhältlich. Das Ersatzteilset besteht aus folgenden Teilen: 1. je ein O-Ring 3,68 x 1,78 mm und 34,65 x 1,78 mm (Abb.1) 2. 2 Ventilplättchen (Abb. 2) 3. 1 Membran (Abb. 3) Ausbau der Pumpe: 1. Zunächst das Gerät vom Netz trennen. 2. Den Analysator abkühlen lassen (Verbrennungsgefahr!). 3. Den Deckel des Gerätes entfernen (Abb. 4). 4. Den Ofen öffnen (Abb. 5). 5. Die Gasanschlüsse von der Pumpe trennen, sicherstellen, dass beim späteren Wiedereinbau die Anschlüsse nicht vertauscht werden (Abb. 6). 6. Das Versorgungskabel der Pumpe vom der Adapterplatte lösen, Kabelbinder öffnen. 7. Die Pumpe ist mit 4 Schrauben im Gehäuseboden verankert, diese Schrauben lösen. 8. Die Pumpe kann jetzt entnommen werden. 9. Die Pumpe durch Lösen der 4 Schrauben am Pumpenkopf öffnen (Abb. 7). Der Wiedereinbau der Pumpe erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. Austausch der Membran: 1. Die Membran ist mit einer Schraube mittig befestigt, diese lösen (Abb. 8). 2. Membran entnehmen, neue Membran einsetzen 3. und wieder befestigen. 4. Beim Aufsetzen des Pumpenkopfs darauf achten, dass die Membran mittig fest gepresst wird.

Der Pumpenkopf besteht aus zwei Teilen, die sich nach Ausbau des Kopfes voneinander trennen lassen. 2. O-Ringe entfernen und gegen das entsprechende Ersatzteil austauschen. (Abb. 10). Austausch der Ventilplättchen: 1. Die Ventilplättchen sind im Pumpenkopf mit einem fest sitzenden Spannring fixiert, diesen Spannring entfernen (Abb. 9 und 10) 2. Ventilplättchen tauschen (Abb. 11) 3. Spannring mit neuem Ventilplättchen wieder einsetzen. Die Pumpe wieder einbauen und anschließen. Beim Aufsetzen der Ofenisolierung darauf achten, dass die scharfen Kanten die am Gehäuseboden liegenden Signalleitungen nicht zerstören (Abb. 12). Vor Wiederinbetriebnahme das Gerät auf Dichtigkeit prüfen!

Under normal conditions only the pump needs regular maintenance. It is recommended that the diaphragm of the pump is to be changed every 6 months. Please note that maintenance intervals are dependent from the measurement gas composition. A pump defect may be noticed by reduced pump performance and also by increased noise. As spare part are the complete pump, ordering reference A5E or a spare part set, ordering reference A5E , available. The spare part set consists of the following parts: 1. O-rings 3,68 x 1,78 mm and 34,65 x 1,78 mm (fig. 1) 2. 2 valve reeds (fig. 2) 3. 1 diaphragm (fig. 3) Disassembly of the pump: 1. Disconnect analyzer from power supply. 2. Wait until the analyzer is cold (danger of burns!). 3. Open cover plate (fig. 4). 4. Open the oven by removing the insulating cover (fig 5). 5. Disconnect gas supplies of the pump. Check that measurement gas inlet and outlet could not be interchanged by reassembling (fig. 6). 6. Disconnect power supply of the pump from the adapter board, open cable straps. 7. The pump is fixed to bottom of the housing by four screws, open them. 8. Remove pump from housing. 9. Remove head of the pump by opening the four screws (fig. 7). For reassembling of the pump start with step 9 to 1. Replacement of diaphragm: 1. The diaphragm is fixed to the pump by a screw in the center; loosen this screw (fig. 8). 2. Remove old diaphragm and assembly the new one. 3. Fix the new diaphragm to the pump. 4. By assembling the head of the pump check that the diaphragm is fixed in the center. Replacement of O-rings: 1. The head of the pump consists of two parts which could be separated after disassembling of the head. 2. Remove old O-rings and fix the new ones (fig. 10).

Remove this ring (figs. 9 and 10). 2. Replace reed (fig. 11). 3. Reassemble clamping ring. When reassemble the pump to the analyzer, connect the power supply cable to the adapter board. When fixing the insulating cover of the oven pls. take care that the cable on the bottom of the oven are not destroyed by the sharp edges of the cover (fig. 12). Prior to take the analyzer back into service check for leaks!
