Thermoformbeschichtungsanlage BTF Rotation zur kommisionsweisen Fertigung von 3-D Möbelfronten Thermal Laminating Plant Model BTF Rotation for the manufacture of 3D-kitchen fronts Neues Konzept ROTATION: Für die flexible Fertigung kleiner und kleinster Aufträge bietet BÜRKLE jetzt ebenfalls einen hohen Grad an Auto matisierung und geringste Rüstzeiten mit einem automatischen Pin-System an. Bürkle hat dieses Anlagenkonzept für ca Press- Zyklen pro Stunde ausgelegt. Geringer Platzbedarf, ein optimaler Personaleinsatz und nicht zuletzt auch ein wettbewerbs fähiger Preis zeichnen die neue Anlage aus. Vorteile: Die Zusammenführung bzw. Integration des bekannten Drehwenders für die fertig beschichteten Teile mit der Legestation für die rohen, beleimten Teile ermöglicht eine Verkürzung der bisherigen Anlagenlänge. 6 WELTNEUHEIT WORLDWIDE NOVELTY Um Möbelteile, Fußbodenelemente sowie Wand- und Deckenpaneele zu lackieren bietet BÜRKLE ein umfangreiches Maschinenprogramm von Walzenauftrag- und Druckmaschinen an. In Ergänzung hierzu liefert BÜRKLE mit Düsentrocknern, UV- und IR-Trocknern ebenfalls ein um fassendes Programm unterschiedlicher Trocknungs- und Härtungs systemen an. Erstmalig zeigen wir auf der Messe eine Kompaktlackieranlage KA zum Grundieren und Decklackieren von planen Möbelteilen, Türen und Innenausbauelementen mit einer neuentwickelten Trocknungstechnik. Diese neue Trocknungstechnik gibt einen Ausblick darüber wie UVhärtende Lacke mit drastisch reduziertem Energieaufwand und tatsächlich kalten Werkstückoberflächen (max. 40 C) gehärtet werden können. Darüber hinaus wird Sie dieser Trockner auch mit weiteren Vorteilen wie z.b. einer vielfach verlängerten Lebensdauer der Strahlungs quelle, der Ver meidung von Ozonbildung oder auch der Tatsache überzeugen, dass keine aufwendige Luftkühlung der Strahlungsquelle mehr notwendig ist. Die Anwendung dieser Technik wird es Ihnen ermöglichen, Ressourcen zu schonen und die Arbeitsbedingungen Ihres Bedienungspersonals nachhaltig zu verbessern. For the coating of furniture components, fl ooring elements as well as wall panels and ceiling panels BÜRKLE offers a large range of roller coating machines and printing machines. In addition hereto BÜRKLE also offers different drying systems and curing systems with air jet dryers, UV dryers and IR dryers. For the first time we will present a Compact Lacquering Line KA for the application of base coat and top coat onto flat furniture components, doors and components for interiors through an innovative new drying technology. This new drying technology gives a future prospect of the possibility to cure UV lacquer with drastically reduced energy consumption and really cold workpiece surfaces (max. 40 C). Moreover, this dryer will convince you with further advantages like, for example, a many times prolonged lifetime of the UV light source, avoidance of ozone formation or no extensive ventilation requirements to cool the lamps. The utilisation of this technology will make it possible for you to manufacture your products environmentally conscious and under improved working conditions for your operators. Seite page 6
