4 DS-6 Intercom System Innovative Intercom Technologie Das DS-6 Intercom System ist ein dezentrales IP- System für Wechselsprechen, Beschallung und Alarmierung, welches insbesondere für die Anforderungen der Industrie konzipiert ist. Das DS-6 System verbindet alle analogen und digitalen Außensprechstellen mit digitalen Innensprechstellen über ein IP-fähiges Ethernet System. Neben der gezielten Ansteuerung analoger Verstärker können auch Aktoren und Sensoren über ein I/O Modul angeschlossen werden. Die Übertragungsbandbreite von 100Hz bis 12kHz garantiert eine exzellente Sprachqualität, selbst in lauter und akustisch problematischer Umgebung. DS-6 Intercom System Innovative Intercom Technology The DS-6 Intercom System is a decentralised IP system for intercom, public address (PA) and general alarm, which is especially designed for industrial applications. The DS-6 system connects all analogue and digital outdoor call stations with digital indoor call stations via an IP-based Ethernet system. Besides the direct activation of the analogue amplifiers, actuators and sensors can be connected via IP-based DS-6 I/O module. A bandwidth of 100Hz to 12kHz guarantees an excellent voice quality, even in loud and acoustically problematic areas. 5 Im Unterschied zu herkömmlichen Intercom- Systemen ist das DS-6 System dezentral aufgebaut. Es gibt keine zentrale Einheit, von der aus alles gesteuert wird. 7 Systemaufbau ms NEUMANN ELEKTRONIK GmbH System Design Das DS-6 System bietet eine hohe Flexibilität der Einsatzmöglichkeiten in allen Bereichen der Industrie. Durch den modularen Systemaufbau kann die Anlage pro DS-6 System auf bis zu 250 Teilnehmer und durch unsere Gateways mithilfe von TIMM (Total Information Management) unbegrenzt erweitert werden. Die einzelnen Komponenten des DS-6 Systems werden über ein Ethernet-Netzwerk (LAN) oder zwei redundante LANs miteinander verbunden. Das DS-6 System besteht einerseits aus einer oder mehreren Steuer- und Kontrollsprechstellen (digitale Tisch- oder PC-Sprechstellen) zur Bedienung und Überwachung des Systems. 9 Systembeispiel System Example Der U K0 -Adapter sowie der Analog-Adapter dienen jeweils als komplettes eigenes Wechselsprechsystem. An einen U K0 -Adapter können insgesamt acht digitale U K0 -Sprechstellen angeschlossen werden. Durch die U K0 -Schnittstellen sind Entfernungen bis zu 6 km möglich. Der Analog-Adapter dient zum Anschluss von analogen Endgeräten wie analoge Sprechstellen oder Verstärker. Sowohl in dem U K0 -Adapter als auch in dem Analog-Adapter sind zwei redundante Switche integriert. Jeder Switch verfügt über vier Ethernet Ports zum redundanten Netzwerkaufbau. Diese können entweder zum Anschluss von vier digitalen Innensprechstellen (MTSD DS-6) oder zum Kaskadieren der Geräte genutzt werden. Ein Beispiel für diesen Systemaufbau ist die Anwendung auf einem Flughafen. In der Verwaltung steht die Haupt-Sprechstelle in Form einer Tisch- oder PC-Sprechstelle. Die Gates verfügen über Lautsprecher sowie über PC- Sprechstellen. Auch in der Gepäckausgabe sind Lautsprecher angebracht. So können Lautsprecherdurchsagen sowohl von der Hauptsprechstelle als auch von den PC-Sprechstellen der Gates ausgegeben werden. Außerdem hat das Personal in den Gates die Möglichkeit, eine Sprechverbindung zur Hauptsprechstelle aufzubauen und vice versa. Das Bodenpersonal in den Außenbereichen verfügt über Außensprechstellen und kann darüber mit der Hauptsprechstelle oder auch mit den Sprechstellen der Gates kommunizieren. Darüber hinaus ist eine Brandmeldeanlage über eine SPS an das System angebunden. So können im Falle eines Feueralarms automatische Warnmeldungen auf den Lautsprechern ausgegeben werden. 11 DS-6 Demo-Anlage Ein kleines Intercom- und Beschallungssystem ms NEUMANN ELEKTRONIK GmbH DS-6 Demo System A Small Intercom and PA System Die abgebildete Demo-Anlage dient bereits als ein komplettes Intercom und Beschallungssystem. Sie beinhaltet einen U K0 -Adapter, an dem insgesamt acht digitale wetterfeste oder auch explosionsgeschützte Außensprechstellen angeschlossen werden können. In dem U K0 -Adapter sind zwei redundante Switches integriert, mit denen die acht Sprechstellen mit dem System (redundant) verbunden sind. An den Switches können zusätzlich drei digitale Innensprechstellen (redundant) angeschlossen werden. Auf der rechten Seite der Demo-Anlage befindet sich das I/O-Modul, welches für verschiedene Anwendungen wie z.b. Kommunikations- und Steuerungstechniken sowie Sicherheitsanwendungen genutzt werden kann. Daneben ist ein Verstärker eingebaut, an dem zwei Lautsprecherkreise angeschlossen sind. Weiterhin ist ein Fast Ethernet Switch mit fünf The illustrated demo system serves already as a complete intercom system. Die analogen Anschalteinschübe dienen als Adapter/Interfaces für den Anschluss von analogen Sprechstellen oder Verstärkern. Der Einschub bietet die Möglichkeit eine Sprechstelle mit maximal sechs Linien bzw. einen Verstärker für maximal vier Lautsprecherkreise anzuschalten. Schließlich sind noch die Stromversorgung sowie ein DC/DC-Converter auf der linken Seite der Demo-Anlage eingebaut. ms NEUMANN ELEKTRONIK GmbH is included. 13 Redundanz Redundancy Auf dem Bild ist ein DS-6 System mit Systemund Kabelweg-Redundanz dargestellt. Die beiden Netzknoten sind jeweils mit Lichtwellenleitern miteinander verbunden (Kabelwegredundanz). Ist eine der beiden Leitungen unterbrochen, besteht die Verbindung der Netzknoten weiterhin über die andere Leitung, so dass alle Daten über den redundanten LWL übertragen werden. Darüber hinaus sind in beiden Netzknoten die digitale Innensprechstelle und auch der Analog- Adapter an beide Switches redundant angeschlossen. Fällt ein Switch aus, übernimmt der zweite (redundante) Switch alle Funktionen, so dass das System normal weiterläuft. This picture shows a DS-6 system with system and cable tray redundancy. Das System kann auf mehrere Netzknoten verteilt werden, die beispielsweise über LWL miteinander verbunden sind. So ist eine großflächige Verteilung des Netzwerks auf einem Werksgelände möglich. Diese Verteilung empfiehlt sich insbesondere bei großen Werksgeländen. Somit kann in der Verkabelung der Endgeräte gespart werden, da nicht alle Endgeräte mit einem zentralen Punkt sondern lediglich mit dem nächstgelegenen Netzknoten verbunden werden. The decentralised DS-6 system has no central system unit, where all terminals have to be connected to. The system can be divided up into several nodes, which are connected via fibre optic, for example. So, a wide area spread of a network in a plant is possible. This spread is especially recommended for wide area plants. Therefore, you can save cabling of the terminals because not all terminals have to be connected to a central point but just to the nearest net node. 17 Anbindung und Funktionen des DS-6 I/O-Moduls Das I/O-Modul von ms Neumann Elektronik ist ein frei programmierbarer Netzwerkcontroller. Mit seinem 10/100 Mbit Ethernet-Anschluss ist es in praktisch allen IP basierenden Netzwerken einsetzbar. It can be used in all IP based networks with its 10/100 Mbit Ethernet interface. Kommunikations- und Steuerungstechniken, Sicherheitsanwendungen sowie Öffnen und Schließen von Türen mittels Relais etc. Das I/O-Modul bietet viele Funktionen im Rahmen des DS-6 Systems. Im Folgenden werden Einige beispielhaft aufgeführt. Failure Monitoring of Components Outside the DS-6 Network Active components inside the DS-6 network (e.g. MTSD DS-6, WFD, WFA etc.) are automatically monitored from the DS-6 system. 18 Das I/O-Modul hat insgesamt sechs Kontakte zur Überwachung von Stromversorgung, Sicherungen, Gleichrichter, Verstärker etc. und zwei Kontakte zur Überwachung des Sprachspeichers. Schalten eines Zusatzlautsprechers mit Hilfe des I/O-Moduls In diesem Beispiel sollte ein Zusatzlautsprecher zur MTSD DS-6 an der Decke angebracht werden. Damit muss der Arbeitsplatz an der Sprechstelle nicht ständig besetzt sein. Wird die Sprechstelle angesprochen wenn sie unbesetzt ist, schaltet sich der Deckenlautsprecher ein und der Bediener wird zur Sprechstelle gerufen. Ist der Platz an der Sprechstelle besetzt, kann der Bediener den Zusatzlautsprecher über Tastendruck an der MTSD DS-6 ausschalten. Thus, the workplace does not have to be occupied permanently. If the call station is unmanned and it will be addressed, the ceiling loudspeaker will switch on and the operator will be called to the call station. 21 TIMM System TIMM steht für Total Information ManageMent und ist das Kommunikationssystem von ms Neumann Elektronik für standardisierte IP-Netzwerke. Der Focus liegt auf Intercom, Beschallung, Alarmierung, Notruf und Videotechnik. Das TIMM System wird zentral über einen Kommunikationsserver (TIMM ComServer) gesteuert und überwacht. Mithilfe verschiedener Gateways werden Subsysteme wie z.b. DS-6 und MDK in das TIMM System integriert. Wichtig ist hierbei, dass die angeschlossen Systeme als autarke Subsysteme arbeiten. D.h. selbst wenn der TIMM ComServer als zentrale Einheit ausfällt, läuft jedes Subsystem für sich einzeln weiter. 33 TIMM View TIMM View ist eine Software zur Überwachung eines gesamten TIMM Systems. Diese Software wird auf dem TIMM ComServer installiert. (Weitere Ausführungen siehe TIMM View Störmeldeüberwachung ohne SNMP-Management.) Die Software TIMM View (Art.-Nr ) beinhaltet die tabellarische Darstellung des Störungsmanagements. Möchte der Kunde eine grafische Darstellung wird zusätzlich die Konfiguration TIMM View Grafik pro Client (Art.-Nr ) benötigt. TIMM View TIMM View is a software for monitoring of the complete TIMM system. This software is installed on the TIMM ComServer. (For further information see TIMM View Fault Monitoring without SNMP Management.) The software TIMM View (Art.-No ) includes the tabular view of the fault management. If the customer would like to have the graphical view, the configuration TIMM View Graphic per client is also required (Art.-No ). TIMM Speechboxes TIMM Speechboxes dienen der manuellen Aufzeichnung und Wiedergabe von Sprachmeldungen. Die Sprachboxen werden auf Sprechstellentasten (z.b. auf einer MTSD DS-6) hinterlegt. Dort wird eine manuelle Durchsage auf die Sprachbox aufgesprochen. Anschließend kann diese Sprachmeldung entweder an der eigenen Sprechstelle oder an anderen zuvor festgelegten Zielen (z.b. Lautsprecherkreise) ausgegeben werden. Die Software TIMM Speechbox (Art.-Nr ) beinhaltet die Einrichtung von bis zu 8 Sprachboxen pro TIMM DS-6 Gateway. TIMM Speechboxes TIMM Speechboxes are designed for the manual recording and playback of voice messages. The speechboxes are stored on a call station key (e.g. at an MTDS DS-6). There, a manual announcement will be recorded at the speechbox. Afterwards the voice message can be played back at the same call station or at another predefined destination (e.g. loudspeaker zones). 35 Intercom Verbindung von 2 digitalen Tisch-Sprechstellen ms NEUMANN ELEKTRONIK GmbH Intercom Connection of 2 Digital Desktop Call Stations Das einfachste Intercom System ist die Verbindung zweier digitaler Tisch-Sprechstellen (MTSD DS-6). Hier zeigt sich deutlich der dezentrale Charakter des DS-6 Systems. Beide Sprechstellen werden direkt über ein Kabel miteinander verbunden, ohne eine zentrale Einheit. So werden lediglich zwei MTSD DS-6, zwei Stromversorgungen sowie ein Crossover Kabel Cat.5e benötigt. The simplest intercom system is the connection of two digital desktop call stations (MTSD DS-6). This shows quite clearly the decentralised character of the DS-6 system. Both call stations are connected directly with each other by one cable, without a central unit.
