1 SMART ECO WÄRMEPUMPE BESCHREIBUNG HEATPUMP MANUAL Danke, dass Sie sich für eine Peraqua Wärmepumpe entschieden haben. Diese Anleitung enthält alle Informationen zur Installation und optimalen Nutzung. Bitte lesen Sie die Anleitung sorgfältig durch und bewahren Sie diese für später auf.

3 Ⅰ. Einführung Sicherheitshinweise Achtung: Elektroschock Gefahr Immer den Strom und Wasserkreislauf der Wärmepumpe auuuschalten, bevor an der Wärmepumpe gearbeitet wird! - Ein konzessionierter Elektriker muss die Wärmepumpe elektrisch anschließen. - Die Wärmepumpe muss mit einem 30 ma Fehlerstromschutzschalter abgesichert werden. - Ein Hauptschalter zur Unterbrechung des Stromkreislaufs der Wärmepumpe ist für Wartungsarbeiten vorzusehen - Die Stromversorgung muss im Falle unnatürlichen Verhaltens der Wärmepumpe (Geräusch, Geruch, Rauch) sofort getrennt werden. Bitte wenden Sie sich an ihren Verkäufer beziehungsweise Klimatechniker. Probieren Sie nicht das System selbst zu reparieren. - Der Hauptschalter der Wärmepumpe muss für Kinder unerreichbar sein. - Rotierende Teile: Entfernen Sie niemals das Gitter des Lüfters. Stecken Sie niemals die Hand oder andere Teile in die Lufteinlassöffnung und Luftauslassöffnung der Wärmepumpe. - Im Winter muss der Titanwärmetauscher entleert werden. Öffnen Sie den Wasserzulauf und Wasserablauf und entleeren Sie den Titanwärmetauscher. Im unteren Bereich des Titanwärmetauschers bleibt eine kleine Menge an Restwasser. Dieses Wasser empfehlen wir mittels Druckluft herauszublasen. Wichtige Eigenschaften Die Wärmepumpe ist mit einer Schutzvorrichtung ausgestattet, welche die Wärmepumpe im Falle eines Fehlers automatisch abschaltet und am Display den Fehlercode anzeigt: Wasserfluss Schalter Der Wasserfluss Schalter schließt, wenn ausreichend Wasserfluss vorhanden ist. Die genaue erforderliche Durchflussmenge ist unter den Technischen Details zu finden. Im Falle keines oder zu wenig Wasserflusses wird am Display EE3 angezeigt und die Wärmepumpe schaltet automatisch ab. Hoch /Niedrig Kühlmitteldruck Schalter Der Hoch Kühlmitteldruck Schalter erkennt den Kühlmitteldruck im System und schaltet 1

4 die die Wärmepumpe automatisch ab, wenn ein zu hoher Druck erreicht wird. Die Wärmepumpe wird sich automatisch wieder einschalten, sobald wieder ein normaler Druck im System herrscht. Am Display wird im Falle dieses Fehlers EE1 angezeigt. Der Niedrig Kühlmitteldruck Schalter erkennt den Kühlmitteldruck im System und schaltet die Wärmepumpe automatisch ab, wenn ein zu niedriger Druck im System ist. Dieser Fehler wird ausgelöst, wenn zu wenig Kühlmittel im System vorhanden ist. Ein Klimatechniker kann das passende Kühlmittel nachfüllen. Sobald wieder ein normaler Druck im System herrscht, schaltet sich die Wärmepumpe wieder ein. Am Display wird im Falle dieses Fehlers EE2 angezeigt. Niedrige Außenluft Temperatur Wenn die Außenluft zu kalt ist um Wärme zu produzieren, schaltet sich das System automatisch ab. Die Temperatur hängt von verschiedenen Faktoren, wie zum Beispiel dem Sonnenlicht, ab. Die Abschaltung erfolgt normalerweise erst unter 0 Grad. Die Wärmepumpe löst den Niedrig Druck Schalter aus und es wird in diesem Fall am Display PP7 anzeigen. Wenn die Außentemperatur wieder hoch genug ist, wird sich die Wärmepumpe automatisch wieder einschalten. Zeit Verzögerung In allen Modellen ist eine 3 Minuten Verzögerung eingebaut um wiederholtes schnelles Einschalten und Ausschalten zu verhindern. Außerhalb dieser Temperaturen kannkeine Gewährleistung übernommen werden. 3.Oben genannte Details können durch technische Weiterentwicklung eventuell abweichen. Installationsanleitung Die Wärmepumpe muss von einem Fachmann angeschlossen werden! Wärmepumpentransport 1. Die Wärmepumpe wird am besten in der Originalverpackung transportiert. 2. Wenn die Wärmepumpe bewegt wird, so darf diese nicht an der Wassereinlass oder Wasserauslassöffnung gehoben werden. In diesem Fall kann der Titanwärmetauscher beschädigt werden. WARNUNG! Niemals die Wärmepumpe an den Wasseröffnungen heben. Dies führt zur Beschädigung des Titanwärmetauschers! Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Garantie für unsachgemäße Behandlung oder reparatur der Wärmepumpe! 3

6 Optimale Standort Der Standort der Wärmepumpe ist für die Effektivität der Pumpe von enormer Bedeutung. Bedenken Sie bitte folgende Faktoren zum Aufstellort. Die Wärmepumpe muss unbedingt im Freien aufgestellt werden! Aufstellen im Freien und Beachten der unten angeführten Abstände Nicht mehr als 10 Meter Abstand zwischen Schwimmbad und Wärmepumpe Gute Zugänglichkeit zur Montage und Wartung Drainage für Kondenswasser Bitte folgendes Beachten: 1. Die Wärmepumpe muss im Freien an einem gut belüfteten Platz montiert werden. Die Wärmepumpe saugt enorme Mengen an Luft an. Nach hinten muss der Abstand zur Wand / Gebüsch mindestens 30 cm betragen. Nach links und rechts muss der Abstand zur Wand / Gebüsch mindestens 30 cm betragen. Nach oben muss der Abstand zum Dach / Gebüsch mindestens 30 cm betragen. Nach Vorne muss der Abstand zur Wand / Gebüsch mindestens 100 cm betragen. Bei zu geringen Abständen wird die von der Wärmepumpe abgekühlte Luft wieder angesaugt. Da die abgekühlte Luft in diesem Fall angesaugt wird, sinkt der Wirkungsgrad. Daher unbedingt auf die Abstände achten! Falsche Installation Warnung! Niemals die Wärmepumpe direkt an der Wand montieren! 2. Die Wärmepumpe sollte auf einem soliden, geraden nicht korrodierenden Untergrund platziert werden, der das Gewicht der Wärmepumpe tragen kann. Die Wärmepumpe soll mit M10 Bolzen am Boden befestigt werden. Der Abstand zwischen Schwimmbad und Wärmepumpe sollte nicht mehr als 10 Meter betragen. 4

7 At least 300mm Warnung! Die Wärmepumpe darf nicht mit flexiblem Schlauch verroht werden, da ansonsten der Wärmetauscher At least 300mm beschädigt werden könnte! At least 300mm At least 300mm Die Wärmepumpe muss immer mit starrem PVC Rohr verrohrt werden! 3. Die Wärmepumpe muss weit entfernt von brennbaren Stoffen und korrosiven Materialen platziert werden. Niemals die Wärmepumpe in der Nähe von Sprenkleranlagen oder neben sauren oder alkalischen Dämpfen platzieren. Bei der Platzierung des Geräts in der Nähe des Meers, sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass die Wärmepumpe nicht direkt dem Sand oder Salz ausgesetzt ist. 4. Wenn die Wärmepumpe in Betrieb ist, wird Kondenswasser unter der Wärmepumpe austreten. Für dieses Wasser sollte eine Drainage vorgesehen werden. TIPP: WÄRMEPUMPEN ERZEUGEN KONDENSWASSER WÄHREND DES NORMALEN BETRIEBS: DIES SOLLTE NICHT MIT EINEM LECK VERWECHSELT WERDEN! Wasseranschluss - Das Wasser wird von der Schwimmbadpumpe über einen Bypass zur Wärmepumpe gepumpt. - Der Bypass bestehend aus 3 x Kugelhähnen und 2 x T-Stücken und durch diesen kann man die Wassermenge der Wärmepumpe genau regulieren. Die empfohlene Durchflussmenge ist weiter oben unter Technische Details oder auf der Wärmepumpe zu finden. - Die Wärmepumpe sollte nicht mehr als 10 Meter vom Schwimmbad entfernt sein 5

8 Diese Skizze stellt lediglich ein Schema bezüglich des Anschluss dar. Elektrischer Anschluss - Der elektrische Anschluss muss von einem konzessionerten Elektriker anhand des unten abgebildeten Anschlussplans durchgeführt werden. - Die Wärmepumpe muss mit der passenden Spannung betrieben werden, die am Gerät zu finden ist. - Die Wärmepumpe muss geerdet werden. - Die Wärmepumpe muss mit einem Fehlerstromschutzschalter abgesichert werden. - Einen Schalter und elektrische Sicherung zur Unterbrechung des Stromkreises vorsehen. Erste Inbetriebnahme Achtung: Starten Sie die Schwimmbadpumpe, bevor Sie die Wärmepumpe einschalten. Schalten Sie die Wärmepumpe aus, bevor Sie die Schwimmbadpumpe ausschalten. Inspektion vor dem Einschalten des Stroms - Überprüfen Sie die Wärmepumpe und den Rohranschluss gemäß dem Schema des Wasseranschluss. - Überprüfen Sie den elektrischen Anschluss gemäß dem Anschlussplan. - Überprüfen Sie, dass keine Blockade bei der Luftansaugung beziehungsweise beim Luftaustritt vorhanden ist. Erste Inbetriebnahme nach dem Einschalten des Stroms - Nach dem Einschalten erscheinen am Display Informationen am LED Controller (Genauere Informationen sind im Kapitel Bedienungsanleitung zu finden) - Starten Sie die Schwimmbadpumpe, bevor die Wärmepumpe eingeschaltet wird. - Drücken Sie on/off am LED Controller um die Wärmepumpe ein/auszuschalten. - Überprüfen Sie während der ersten Inbetriebnahme, ob es ein Leck im Rohrsystem gibt. - Stellen Sie die gewünschte Temperatur in. - Überprüfen Sie die Wärmepumpe nach dem Einschalten auf ungewöhnliche Geräusche, Geruch oder Rauch. In diesem Fall ist die Stromversorgung sofort zu trennen. Kontaktieren Sie in diesem Fall ihren Händler. Spezialfälle: - Falls die Stromversorgung unerwartet unterbrochen wird, startet die Wärmepumpe automatisch nach der Wiederherstellung der Stromversorgung. Überprüfen Sie die Parameter und ändern Sie diese, falls nötig. - Wenn Sie die Stromversorgung abschalten wollen, schalten Sie vorher die Wärmepumpe 7

10 Clock Timer Off Timer Indicator Light am Controller aus. Wenn die Spannung wiederhergestellt wird, schalten Sie am Controller die Wärmepumpe wieder ein. Überprüfen Sie die Parameter und ändern Sie diese, falls nötig. - Während stürmischem Wetter ist es notwendig die Wärmepumpe auszuschalten. LED Controller III Bedienungsanleitung Water Temp And Time Setting Heat Timer Indicator Light Timer On Power On/Off Power On/OFF Ein / Aus Knopf CLOCK Einstellen der Uhrzeit TIME OFF Einstellen der automatischen Ausschaltzeit Light Zeigt an, dass die Ausschaltzeit eingestellt ist. TIME ON Einstellen der automatischen Einschaltzeit Light Zeigt an, dass die Einschaltzeit eingestellt ist. HEAT Anzeige des Heizmodus Down-ARROW Einstellen der gewünschten Temperatur und Zeit UP-ARROW Einstellen der gewünschten Temperatur und Zeit LED screen Anzeige der Zeit, Temperatur und Fehler 8

11 Permanente Anzeige A. Die LED Anzeige zeigt die aktuelle Zeit an, wann die Wärmepumpe ausgeschaltet ist. B. Die LED Anzeige zeigt die aktuelle Wassertemperatur an, wann die Wärmepumpe eingeschaltet ist. Controller Einstellungen 1. Gewünschte Poolwassertemperatur Dies kann bei ein- oder ausgeschalteter Wärmepumpe eingestellt werden. A. Drücken Sie UP-ARROW oder DOWN-ARROW um die gewünschte Temperatur einzustellen. B. Die eingestellte Temperatur blinkt während des Einstellens am LED Display. C. Nach 5 Sekunden wird die gewünschte Temperatur gespeichert und das Display kehrt zur permanenten Anzeige zurück. D. Zur Überprüfung der Temperatur drücken Sie UP-ARROW oder DOWN-ARROW 2. Zeit Einstellung Dies kann bei ein- oder ausgeschalteter Wärmepumpe eingestellt werden. A. Drücken Sie um die aktuelle Uhrzeit einzustellen. B. Am LED Display blinkt die Zeit. C. Drücken Sie wieder und dann den UP-ARROW oder DOWN-ARROW um die aktuelle Stunde einzustellen. D. Bevor die Zeit zum Blinken aufhört, drücken Sie und dann den UP-ARROW oder DOWN-ARROW um die aktuelle Minute einzustellen. E. Nach dem Einstellen, drücken Sie und Wassertemperatur erscheint. Nach 30 Sekunde hört die Anzeige zum blinken auf und das LED Display wechselt zur permanenten Anzeige. Automatikbetrieb Diese Funktion startet oder stoppt die Wärmepumpe automatisch zur gewünschten Zeit. 1. Einschaltzeit A. Drücken Sie um die Einschaltzeit festzulegen. B. Drücken Sie wieder um die Stunde einzustellen. Drücken Sie oder zum Einstellen. C. Bevor die Zeit zum Blinken aufhört, drücken Sie wieder um die Minute einzustellen. Drücken Sie oder zum Einstellen. D. Nach dem Einstellen, drücken Sie und die Wassertemperatur wird angezeigt. 30 Sekunden später wird die Wärmepumpe in den normalen Modus zurückwechseln. 2. Ausschaltzeit A. Drücken Sie um die Ausschaltzeit festzulegen. 9

12 B. Drücken Sie wieder um die Stunde einzustellen. Drücken Sie oder zum Einstellen. C. Bevor die Zeit zum Blinken aufhört, drücken Sie wieder um die Minute einzustellen. Drücken Sie oder zum Einstellen. D. Nach dem Einstellen, drücken Sie und die Wassertemperatur wird angezeigt. 30 Sekunden später wird die Wärmepumpe in den normalen Modus zurückwechseln. 3. Abbruch des Automatikbetriebs A. Drücken Sie oder um die Einschaltzeit oder Ausschaltzeit zu deaktivieren. B. Drücken Sie (CLOCK) während die Anzeige blinkt. Wenn das Indikator Licht ausgeht und am Display die aktuelle Wassertemperatur angezeigt, ist die Einschaltzeit oder Ausschaltzeit deaktiviert. C. Nach 30 Sekunden kehrt die Wärmepumpe in den normalen Modus zurück. Ⅳ. Wartung Achtung:Elektroschock Gefahr Die Stromversorgung vor dem Reinigen, Begutachten oder Reparieren trennen! A. Wintersaison: 1. Trennen Sie die Stromverbindung zur Wärmepumpe 2. Entleeren Sie den Titanwärmetauscher Wichtig: Öffnen Sie den Wasserzulauf und den Wasserablauf und entleeren Sie den Titanwärmetauscher. Dies ist unbedingt erforderlich, da ansonsten der Titanwärmetauscher durch Frost beschädigt wird! Im unteren Bereich des Titanwärmetauschers bleibt eine kleine Menge an Restwasser. Dieses empfehlen wir mittels Druckluft herauszublasen. 3. Decken Sie die Maschine während des Winters zu. B.Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem Haushaltsreinigungsmittel oder reinem Wasser Niemals mit Benzin, Verdünnung oder ähnlichen Stoffen! C.Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die Schrauben, Rohrverbindungen und Kabelanschlüsse. 10

13 Ⅴ. Problembehandlung Allgemeine Fehler Kein Fehler Über prüfen Problem A. Auffallend dampfende kalte Luft oder Wasser B. Ploppendes Geräusch Automatischer Start Stop Wärmepumpe startet nicht Possible reason A. Der Lüftermotor stoppt automatisch zum Entfrosten. B. Am Beginn und Ende des Entfrostens erzeugt das Ventil ein Geräusch. C. Während die Wärmepumpe in Betrieb ist oder gerade gestoppt wurde, kann man ein Wasserflussgeräusch hören. Dies kommt vom Fluss der Kühlerflüssigkeit oder durch das Drainagewasser. D. Ein ploppendes Geräusch kann während des Heizungsvorgangs durch Ausdehnen und Zusammenziehen entstehen. Überprüfen Sie, ob eine Fehlfunktion am Timer vorliegt. A. Spannungsversorgung Fehler B. Überprüfen Sie den Hauptschalter C. Sicherung durchgebrannt D. Fehler am Display verhindert Start E. Überprüfen der automatischen Einschaltzeit Wärmepumpe läuft aber Überprüfen Sie, ob der Lufteinlass oder Luftauslass heizt nicht blockiert ist. Notiz: Wenn die Sicherung oder der Fehlerstromschutzschalter regelmäßig auslöst, trennen Sie die Stromversorgung und kontaktieren Sie ihren Händler. Introduction Safety precaution Caution: Danger of electric shock Always switch off power supply before working on the heat pump and stop the hydraulic circuit. - The swimming pool heat pump must be installed by a qualified electrician. - Always install a differential protective device with a sensitivity of 30 ma on the distribution unit before the electrical box. - Always fit a circuit breaker for all active conductors on the power supply of the box. - In the event of abnormal behavior (noise, smell, smoke), cut off the power supply immediately and contact you reseller. Do not attempt to repair the system yourself. - Keep the main power supply switch far from children. - Rotating parts: Never remove the grid from the fan. Never place your hand or any other object in the air inlet or outlet of the heat pump. Important features of this product This swimming pool heat pump is equipped with safeguards that will stop operation to protect your unit automatically and display error code on the LED controller in case of some events as following: Water Flow Switch The water flow switch contacts close when pressure is applied as pool water flows through the titanium heat exchanger. Low flow rates as well as no flow will let these contacts open and this will cause the unit to shut down. The LED display will read EE3 if the water pressure is not sufficient. High / Low Refrigerant Pressure Switches The high-pressure switch senses the refrigerant pressure in the sealed refrigeration system and shuts the heat pump down in the event unsafe operating pressures are reached. The heat pump will automatically reset after the system pressure drops back to normal operating pressures. When this switch is tripped, digital displays will read EE1 The low-pressure switch senses the refrigerant pressure in the sealed refrigeration system to protect against certain conditions that could be detrimental to compressor life. The switch 14

17 shuts the unit down in the event of loss of refrigerant or not enough refrigerants. The switch automatically resets when the pressure rises to normal operating pressures. The display will show EE2 if this switch is tripped. Low Ambient Temperature If the air outside the heat pump is not warm enough to produce heat, the system will shut down. The actual point at which your unit will shut down due to low temperature varies depending on current weather conditions, the amount of sunlight reaching the heat pump. The shutdown can occur anywhere within a wide range of temperatures, usually below 0 degrees. A shutdown occurs because low temperatures will activate the systems low-pressure safeguard switch (digital controller will display a code PP7.) The unit will start up again when the temperature has raised enough to reset this switch. Time Delay All models use a 3-minute time delay to prevent repeated tripping of the compressor thermal overload, which is caused by attempting startup before system pressures are equalized. This swimming pool heat pump must be installed by a skilled team. Transport it in proper manner 1. Transport it in original package. 2. When moving the machine, do not lift the water nozzle since the titanium heat exchanger in side the machine will be damaged. 19 Determining Optimum installation position The location of the swimming pool heat pump is very important for efficient operation, think about the following factors when choose the proper place: Avoidance of air recirculation Easy for wire and pipe connection and Water pipe line of long water lines (not longer than 10m.) from heater to pool. Easy for maintenance. Drainage of condensation. Pay attention to the following points: 1. The heat pump must be installed OUTSIDE in a well ventilated place to avoid air recirculation or in a place with adequate room area both for installation and maintenance. Please refer to the following illustration: A minimum of 300mm of clearance from walls, shrubbery, equipment, etc. is required around the entire pump circumference. This allows for ample air intake. No less than 1000mm clearance on the air outlet is required to prevent re-circulation of air. We recommend not placing the unit underneath eaves, decks, or porches, as this causes recirculation of discharged air, or the efficiency of the heater will be reduced or even stopped.!!warning: Don t install the heat pump close to a wall or plants. And Never inside a closed building! 2. The heater should be located on a solid, level and non-corrodible structure that is capable of supporting the weight of the heat pump. It must be fixed by bolts (M10) to concrete foundation. 17

The heat pump should be far from any source of combustibles and corrosive material to avoid any damage to this unit. Never place heat pump near sprinkler systems, evaporation of acid or alkaline gas. If you live in an oceanfront area, the heat pump should be placed out of direct spray of sand and salt, since this will also clog, damage, and corrode the unit. You may consider protecting your heat pump by planting shrubbery or a privacy fence between the unit and the prevailing beachfront wind. 4. When the machine is running, there will be condensation water discharged from the bottom. Make sure there is enough space for water drainage. TIPS: HEAT PUMPS GENERATE WATER CONDENSATION DURING NORMAL OPERATION. THIS SHOULD NOT BE MISTAKEN FOR A LEAK IN THE UNIT. Water pipe connection - The water flow through this machine needs to be driven by an appended water pump (Prepared by the user). The recommended pump specification-flux is shown on the product specification and Max. lift 10m; - Pipe length between heat pump and swimming pool should not be longer than 10m. 18

Electric connection - Wiring must be handled by a professional technician according to the circuit diagram as following. - Connect the heat pump to appropriate power supply and the voltage should comply with the rated voltage of each model stated on the specification. - Make sure the machine is ground well. - Always put leakage protector according to the local code for wiring (leakage operating current 30mA). - Protect the circuit with a suitable circuit breaker or fuse. 19

Inspection before connecting power supply - Check the installation of the whole machine and the pipe connections according to the pipe connecting drawing. - Check the electric wiring according to the electric wiring diagram, and ground well. - Make sure no blockage on the air inlet and outlet, or the efficiency of the heater will be reduced or cause machine to stop operation. Trial after connecting power supply - Connect the machine with electric power supply, then relative information will display on the LED controller. (For Detail operation of LED controller, please refer to Chapter Operation guide.) - Start the water pump before turning on the Machine to avoid any damage. - Press power on/off on LED controller to turn on/off machine. - During the first start of machine, please check if there is any water leakage in the piping connection system. Then set suitable temperature. - After the swimming pool heater runs, check if there is any abnormal noise or smell. In any abnormal situation, such as serious noise, smell or smoking please cut the power supply immediately and inform resellers, never try to repair it by yourself. Special cases: - In the event of an unexpected power cut, the heat pump will automatically restart. Check the setting and adjust if necessary. - In the event of an expected power cut, switch off the heat pump. When power is restored, switch on the pump, check the settings and adjust if necessary. - Always switch off the machine in stormy weather. 20

D.When you want to check the temperature, press UP-ALLOW key DOWN-ALLOW key again to get it. 3. Time setting It can be adjusted both when the machine is on or off. A. Press key to set time according to your local time. B.Time on the LED screen flashes. C. Press again then press or DOWN-ALLOW key to set hour. D. Before it stops flashing, press and then press or to set minutes E. After setting, press and the water temperature will appears. 30 seconds later, it will stop flashing and the LED screen will return to the permanent display. Automatic on/off This function can make the machine work or stop automatically in your required time. 1. Time on A. Press to set timer on. B. When the indicator light is on and the time is twinkling, press again to set hour. Use and to adjust. C. Before the twinkling stops, press to set minute.use and to adjust. D. After adjusting, press TIMER ON and water temperature will be seen. 30 seconds later, the controller display will be back to the normal mode. 2. Time off E. Press to set timer off. F. When the indicator light is on and the time is twinkling, press again to set hour. Use and to adjust. G. Before the twinkling stop, press to set minute.use and to adjust. H. After adjusting, press and water temperature will be seen. 30 seconds later, the controller display will be back to the normal mode. 3. Cancelling the automatic mode I. Press or to cancel timer on and off. J. When the number is twinkling, press. When timer indicator light is off and LED shows water temperature, the timer on and off is canceled. The plopping sound during the operation is caused by expand on heating and contract on cooling of the heat exchanger when temperature varies. Check whether there is mal-function on the timer. A.
