3 Timeless Italian design by Studio Zanoni of Milano combined with state of the art technology. Thermosyphon system with fresh water heat exchange boilers for each group (capacity up to 1, 3 litres). Coffee brewing heads ( groups ) come with both static and progressive preinfusion system for best aroma, body and taste. Group s weight of 4, 05 kg (app. lbs) stands for superior thermal retention. High boiler capacities with two group machines up to 18 litres and 3 group machines up to 27 litres guarantee a steam recovery time between the fastest in the industry. Machines come with ECM s patented No-Burn stainless steel steam wands. Only the end nozzle becomes hot. Special order: ECM s patented Temperature Adjusting Group Head TAGH for precise and easy temperature setting of each individual coffee brewing group. Machines are all metal made for long term durability. Machines conform to UL Std. 17 Can/CSA 22.2 No. 10 and ANSI/NSF Std. 4 and all other main international standards. Michelangelo SC-USA: Located inside the touchpad is a precise timer with digital display showing the brew time. Machine comes with 2 product keys for automatic coffee portion control. 2, 3 and 4 group machines come standard with low drip tray (not available on 1 group machines). Two hot water valves with tempering valve are standard. Michelangelo SC: Same as Michelangelo SC-USA but with 4 product keys for automatic coffee portion control. Low drip tray on 2, 3 and 4 group machines and second hot water valve are special order features. Michelangelo DS: Same as Michelangelo SC but without the timer/display built inside the touchpad. Ein besonders schonendes Brühverfahren mit progressiv arbeitender mechanischer Vorbrühung, zusammen mit dem großzügig ausgelegten Thermosyphonsystem und der thermisch absolut stabilen Brühgruppe (4,05 Kg Gewicht) stehen für bestes Aroma, einen optimalen Geschmack sowie eine schöne feste Crema. Grosse Dampf- und Heißwasserkessel sorgen für stoßzeitfeste Dampf- und Heißwasser- Leistungen. Selbstverständlich sind alle Maschinen mit Kaltwasserbeimischventil für eine optimale Temperierung des Heißwassers ausgerüstet. ECM s patentierte No-Burn Dampfrohre sind serienmaessig eingebaut. Die Maschinengehäuse sind aus Nirosta, Alu-Druckguss und Stahlblech (Rückseite). Folgende Varianten sind lieferbar: Michelangelo SC-USA mit digitaler Kontrolle der Brühzeit, zwei Heißwasserventilen, tiefem Tropfblech bei 2,3 und 4 gruppigen Maschinen. Zwei statt vier automatische Kaffee-Portioniertaster. Michelangelo SC: wie Michelangelo SC-USA, aber mit vier automatischen Kaffee-Portioniertaster. Zweites Heißwasserventil und tiefes Tropfblech bei 2,3 und 4gruppigen Maschinen auf Wunsch. Michelangelo DS: wie Michelangelo SC, aber ohne digitale Kontrolle der Brühzeit.
