Interessante Neuentwicklungen sind außerdem die filigrane Schiebeserie Volato SLS 075 für große Glasflächen, die Fensterfassade Lambda WS 075 FC, eine stabile Fensterkonstruktion mit der schlanken Kontur einer Pfosten- Riegel-Konstruktion, das Fassadensystem Trigon FS 040/050/060 mit sehr schmalen Ansichten sowie das Glas-Sandwich-Fassadensystem Trigon GSP für Glasfassaden ohne sichtbare Konstruktion. Außerdem stellt Hueck eine ganze Reihe von Neu- und Weiterentwicklungen rund um den Türen- und Fensterbaukasten Lambda WS/DS 075 vor. Für die internationalen Besucher zeigt Hueck neben neuen Standardsystemen für den Export auch interessante Lösungen aus dem Objektbereich. 4 4 NEUIGKEITEN NEWS HUECK Lambda WS/DS 075 SYSTEMERWEITERUNGEN SYSTEM ADD-ONS GEN 4.0 bis RC3 und als Schwerlastversion Mit GEN 4.0 hat Hueck in der Branche einen echten Paradigmenwechsel eingeläutet. Der innovative Beschlag für die Euronut ist nicht nur konkurrenzlos einfach zu verarbeiten, sondern auch leicht zu demontieren. Mit nur wenigen Teilen und einigen Handgriffen kann GEN 4.0 ohne mechanische Bearbeitung auf Einbruchhemmung RC2 nachgerüstet werden. Nun kommt Hueck dem steigenden Sicherheitsbedürfnis durch eine RC3-Aufrüstung und die elektronische Verschlussüberwachung entgegen. Dem Trend zu großen Fenstern entsprechend gibt es GEN 4.0 nun außerdem in zwei Schwerlast-Versionen als Dreh-Beschlag bis 300 Kilo und Drehkipp-Beschlag bis 200 Kilo Flügelgewicht. Neu ist darüber hinaus GEN 4.0 PS für Parallel-Schiebefenster. Genial einfach: barrierefreie Schwelle Die neue barrierefreie Schwelle für das Türensystem Lambda DS 075 ist eine echte Innovation aus eigener Entwicklung. Durch das im Boden eingelassene Profil mit integriertem Entwässerungssystem realisiert die 0-Schwelle eine exzellente Schlagregendichtigkeit für einflügelige, aus- oder einwärts öffnende Türen. Ergänzend dazu stellt Hueck eine sehr flache Bodenschwelle für Lambda WS 075 vor. Mit einer Oberkantenhöhe von nur 20 Millimetern gilt diese Lösung für klassische Balkontüren mit Kippfunktion unter bestimmten Bedingungen beispielsweise in Altbauten sogar als barrierefrei. Ästhetische Lüftungsklappe Die Lüftungsklappe Lambda WS 075 VS wurde ursprünglich als Objektlösung entwickelt und wegen der starken Nachfrage nun als Standardserie ins Programm aufgenommen. Die verarbeitungsoptimierte Konstruktion überzeugt durch ihre ansprechende Innen- und Außenoptik. Für den internationalen Einsatz: Mit Blick auf die Märkte in UK und Skandinavien bietet Hueck zusätzliche Öffnungsarten für Lambda WS 075: eine auswärtsöffnende Klapp- und Drehfensterkonstruktion mit auf- oder verdeckt liegenden Beschlägen bis RC2. Im Programm ist außerdem die nicht-isolierte kalte Serie Lambda 45 NI sowie die passende Schiebekonstruktion Volato 30 NI für den Einsatz im mittleren Osten oder den Innenausbau. Neues für Türen Die innovativen klemmbaren Rollentürbänder bietet Hueck jetzt in Edelstahl-Ausführung für RC3-Lösungen. Darüber hinaus gibt es neue verdeckt liegende Türbänder, die systemübergreifend und sehr vielseitig einsetzbar sind: nicht nur für links und rechts sowie aus- und einwärts öffnende Türen, sondern auch für Haustüren. Neu im Programm sind außerdem ein- oder auswärts öffnende Halbpendeltüren. GEN 4.0 up to RC3 and as a heavy-duty version With GEN 4.0, Hueck has ushered in a genuine paradigm shift within the industry. This innovative fitting for the eurogroove not only offers unrivalled ease of processing but is also easy to detach. GEN 4.0 can be upgraded to RC2 burglar resistance in just a few steps and using a small number of parts with no need for machining. Now Hueck is responding to the increasing need for security with an RC3 upgrade and electronic locked-state surveillance. In line with the trend towards larger windows, GEN 4.0 is now also available in two heavy-duty versions: a turn fitting for sash weights of up to 300 kg and a turn/tilt fitting for sash weights of up to 200 kg. Also new is the GEN 4.0 PS for parallel sliding windows. Amazingly simple: an accessible threshold Developed in-house, the new accessible threshold for the Lambda DS 075 door system is a genuine innovation. Thanks to a profile built into the floor, with an integrated drainage system, the zero-threshold design delivers excellent water tightness for single-leaf doors that open outwards or inwards. To complement this, Hueck presents a very flat threshold for Lambda WS 075. With a top edge height of just 20 millimetres, this solution for classic balcony doors with a tilt function is even considered accessible under certain circumstances for example in old buildings. Aesthetic ventilation flap Although it was originally developed as a solution for a commercial property, the Lambda WS 075 VS ventilation flap has now been included in our range as a standard series in light of the high level of demand. The design is optimised for processing and impresses with its attractive interior and exterior aesthetics. For international use: With an eye to the British and Scandinavian markets, Hueck offers additional opening types for Lambda WS 075: an outward-opening tilt and turn window construction with exposed or concealed fittings up to RC2. Also in the range is the non-insulated cold Lambda 45 NI series, as well as the corresponding Volato 30 NI sliding construction for use in the Middle East or for interior finishing work. New features for doors Hueck now offers its innovative clamp-on barrel hinges in a stainless steel version for solutions meeting RC3. There are also new concealed door hinges, which are highly versatile and can be used across different systems: not only for the left and right sides, and for outward- and inward-opening doors, but also for front doors. Other new additions to the range include inward- and outward-opening half-swing doors.

Mit ihren schmalen Ansichten verbindet Hueck Lambda WS 075 FC die Vorteile einer stabilen Fensterkonstruktion mit der schlanken Kontur einer Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade. Bei aller Eleganz überzeugt die Konstruktion außerdem durch beste Wärmedämm-Eigenschaften sowie durch die höchst wirtschaftliche Verarbeitung und Montage. So lassen sich selbst geschosshohe Verglasungen und Fensterbänder wirtschaftlich realisieren. Although Hueck was still presenting it as a conceptual design at Bau 2015, the new window façade is now stocked as a standard series. So lassen sich mit der ausgeklügelten Konstruktion nun Glasflächen bis zu Millimetern Höhe und Millimeter Breite ohne Zwischenstützen realisieren. Dafür werden senkrechte Tragprofile mit sehr schmalen Ansichtsbreiten nahezu unsichtbar am Fensterrahmen befestigt. Alternativ dazu gibt es für Glasbreiten bis zu Millimetern eine Befestigungsvariante mit horizontalen Halteleisten. Die wärmegedämmte Konstruktion mit verdeckter Entwässerung kann als zwei- oder dreispurige Anlage mit umlaufendem Rahmen sowie als Monorail ausgeführt werden. Durch die nachträgliche Verglasung mit Glasleisten und den Einsatz klemmbarer Beschläge punktet Volato SLS 075 zudem mit einer besonders einfachen Montage. Dabei ist das verarbeitungsoptimierte System sowohl mit der Fenster- und Türenplattform Lambda WS/DS 075 als auch mit der Fassadenkonstruktion Trigon kompatibel. The easy-to-use and lightweight Hueck Volato SLS 075 sliding series is brand new in our product range and allows large glass surfaces to be achieved with very slender profile widths. This thermally insulated construction with concealed drainage can be implemented as a two- or three-track system with a surrounding frame or as a monorail. Thanks to subsequent glazing with glazing beads and the use of clamp-on fittings, Volato SLS 075 also scores points for its extremely easy assembly. At the same time, the system is not only optimised for processing but is also compatible with both the Lambda WS/DS 075 window/door platform and the Trigon façade construction. HUECK Trigon FS 040 / 050 / 060 VIELSEITIGE UND FILIGRANE FASSADE VERSATILE AND SLENDER FAÇADE Mit Trigon FS 040/050/060 präsentiert Hueck dem Markt ein ganz neu entwickeltes Fassadensystem mit sehr schmalen Ansichtsbreiten und vielfältigen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten. Um die besonders schlanken Konturen zu realisieren, haben die Hueck-Ingenieure hier einen besonderen Fokus auf Verbindungstechnik und thermische Trennung gelegt. Eine weitere Besonderheit: Als klassische Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion kann die neue Serie auch im Dachbereich und zur Verschnittminimierung als Riegel-Riegel-Fassade eingesetzt werden. Für die Serien ist zudem eine große Auswahl an Kontur- und Designvarianten vorgesehen. With the Trigon FS 040/050/060 façade system, Hueck presents a completely new development to the market, featuring very slender elevation widths and a wide range of possible applications. In order to realise the especially slender contours, Hueck s engineers paid particular attention to joining techniques and thermal barriers when developing this system. Another highlight of the new series is that, as a classic mullion-transom construction, it can also be used in the roof area and as a transom/transom façade to minimise offcut. There are plans to complement the series with a broad range of contour and design variants.

7 ALUMINIUM IM PROFIL 7 HUECK Lava 30 / 60 / 90 EINHEITLICHE OPTIK BIS ZUR HÖCHSTEN BRANDSCHUTZKLASSE A CONSISTENT APPEARANCE UP TO THE MAXIMUM FIRE PROTECTION RATING Das modulare Brandschutzsystem Lava ist jetzt auch für Festverglasungen und Türen bis zur Feuerwiderstandsklasse 90 Min. bauaufsichtlich zugelassen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Systemen fällt der hochwärmegedämmte Systembaukasten nicht nur wegen der durchgängigen Bautiefe von lediglich 77 Millimetern aus dem Rahmen, sondern auch durch einheitliche Ansichten bei Fenstern und Türen. Für alle Brand- und Rauchschutzanforderungen wird bei Lava serienübergreifend das gleiche Basisprofil eingesetzt und durch Einschieblinge modifiziert. Dabei sehen Festverglasungen und Türen nicht nur über alle Schutzklassen hinweg einheitlich aus, sondern entsprechen optisch auch allen anderen HUECK- Fenstern und -Türen im Objekt. Als derzeit einzige T90-Aluminium-Brandschutztür ist Lava zudem für den Einsatz mit den eleganteren Rollentürbändern geprüft und zugelassen. Wie bei allen HUECK-Systemen gehört die serienübergreifende Gleichteileverwendung und die einfache Verarbeitung zur Produktphilosophie. As with all HUECK systems, cross-series component sharing and straightforward processing are a key part of the product philosophy. HUECK Trigon 50 FP30 CE-GEPRÜFTE BRANDSCHUTZ-FASSADE CE-CERTIFIED FIRE PROTECTION FAÇADE Mit Trigon 50 FP30 bietet Hueck jetzt eine geprüfte Brandschutzfassade mit CE-Kennzeichnung. Die hochwärmegedämmte Konstruktion der Widerstandsklasse EI 30 entspricht den Anforderungen der EN und wird durch eine entsprechende EI30-Tür optional ergänzt. Im Rahmen des systemübergreifenden Gleichteileprinzips werden Pfosten-, Riegel- und Abdeckprofile aus dem Hueck Trigon-Systembaukasten für die Brandschutzfassade lediglich durch ein eingeschobenes Zusatzprofil modifiziert. With Trigon 50 FP30, Hueck now offers a certified fire protection façade with a CE marking. The highly thermally insulated construction with a resistance class of EI 30 meets the requirements of EN and is optionally supplemented with a corresponding EI30 door. Under the cross-system component sharing principle, it is possible to adapt mullion, transom and cover profiles from the Hueck Trigon modular system to the fire protection façade simply by sliding in a supplementary profile.

The HUECK soundproof windows, with system components from the Lambda SA modular system, achieve sound-insulation values of db in the tilted state. At the same time, they help create a healthy room climate thanks to the constant exchange of air and prevent structural damage.
