Um diese ultahaten Schneidstoffe wie PKD, PCBN und den -Dickfilm Diamant auf Päzisionwekzeugen witschaftlich beabeiten zu können haben wi schon füh ekannt, dass wi uns von de alten Poduktionstechnologie Schleifen hin zu neuen Technologien wie de Lasetechnologie weiteentwickeln müssen. Ultahate Hochleistungsschneidstoffe haben eine Schlüsselfunktion in de spanenden Fetigung. Päzisionswekzeuge aus ultahaten Schneidstoffen sind seh ekläungsbedüftige Podukte. De witschaftliche Einsatz de Schneidstoffe ist nu sichegestellt, wenn de espanungspozess und de Schneidstoff aufeinande abgestimmt sind. Genau hie setzt GmbH an, Unsee Kenkompetenz sind Päzisionswekzeuge aus ultahaten Schneidstoffen. Diese Hightech-Wekzeuge müssen zum espanungspozess mit Anwendungstechniken genau abgestimmt weden, nu so ist es möglich, das optimale Potenzial auszuschöpfen. To be able to economically pocess these ulta had cutting mateials such as PCD, PCBN and thick film diamond onto pecision tools we had aleady noticed in the ealy stages that we had to move away fom the old manufactuing technology ginding and had to advance to new technologies such as the Lase technology. Ulta had high-pefomance cutting mateials have a key function in the metal cutting poduction. Pecision tools fom ulta had cutting mateials ae poducts which equie a lage need of explanation. The economical usage of these cutting mateials is only guaanteed if the cutting pocess and the cutting mateials ae aligned with each othe. Exactly hee GmbH comes into the pictue.
