2 Congratulations on purchasing your Totally Wicked aio Box Electronic Cigarette Kit. The Totally Wicked aio Box is an excellent all-in-one e-cigarette device, perfect for beginners and long standing vapers alike. The aio Box retains the faultless functionality of its predecessor, the aio, whilst providing a high capacity 2100mAh battery and multiple output modes direct and constant voltage. Single button, push-and-go functionality ensures optimum simplicity and ease of use, allowing the user to alter their vaping experience through their choice of atomizer. The Totally Wicked aio Box also incorporates a leak resistant cup design with top airflow and top filling capability, meaning the user can simply fill up with e-liquid and vape without the inconvenience of tiresome spillages. 2

4 Using your aio Box Power On and Off: To switch the aio Box on, slide the switch on the front of the device to either the high (H) or low (L) setting, by lining up the notch on the switch with the marker on the device. To turn the device off, slide the switch back to the Off position Two power levels are available - high (H) and low (L) - to select the desired level simply line up the notch on the H/L/Off switch with the desired marker on the device. H/L Output Modes: Two Output modes available, high (H) and low (L). The H setting indicates that the device is in direct output mode the supplied voltage is equal to that of the battery voltage. The L setting indicates that the device is in constant output mode the supplied voltage is consistently 3.5V. 4

5 Using your aio Box Vaping: Simply press the power button as you inhale, the LED will illuminate while the device is powered. Charging the Battery: The aio Box can be charged via the USB cable when connected to a powered USB port or suitable wall adapter. The tank LED will illuminate in red to indicate that the battery is charging successfully, the light will power off once fully charged. 5

6 Using your aio Box 6 Installing an Atomizer Head: To install an atomizer head, unscrew the atomizer base from the body of the device by turning in the anticlockwise direction until fully removed. The BF atomizer head can now be screwed onto the atomizer base in the clockwise direction until firmly sealed on the silicon O-ring. NOTE: Be sure to drip a few drops of e-liquid into the wicking material of atomizer head before the first usage to ensure its maximum performance.

7 Using your aio Box Filling with E-liquid: To fill the device, unscrew the top cap from the atomizer base by turning in the anticlockwise direction until fully removed, exposing the two filling slots. Insert the filling nozzle into one of the slots to the side of the central air tube and fill the tank with e-liquid. The 2ml maximum fill capacity of the tank is clearly marked on the glass window. Replace the top cap by turning in the clockwise direction until it is firmly in in place. NOTE: Please do not fill beyond the max fill line as this will cause the e-liquid to overflow once the atomizer and atomizer cap are installed. 7

8 Using your aio Box Adjustment of Airflow: To adjust the airflow through the atomizer, simply turn the ring on the atomizer cap to expose the desired amount of airflow holes. Battery Life Indication: The tank LED will stay lit when the battery charge is full, as the level of charge drops the tank LED will progressively begin to flash more quickly. 9 Using your aio Box Turn off or Change Tank LED Colour: When powered off, hold the power button until the LED powers on, then single press the fire button to cycle through the colours red, yellow, green, blue, indigo, white, purple, or no light showing (stealth mode). Short Circuit Protection: If a short circuit occurs before the power button is pressed, the tank LED will flash 5 times consecutively. If a short circuit occurs while the power button is pressed, the tank LED will flash 3 times consecutively. Replace the atomizer head if short circuit conditions are detected. 9

10 Product Storage and Battery Precautions Atomizer Protection: If the power button is pressed for longer than 15 seconds, the device will stop firing and the tank LED will flash 10 times. Low Voltage Protection: When the battery voltage drops below 3.3V, the tank LED will flash 40 times and the device will power off. Charge the device via USB to power it back on. 10

Warranty The aio Box components have a 28-day parts warranty, with the exception of Atomizer Heads, which are consumable items and covered by dead on arrival warranty only. The USB cable supplied has a 12-month warranty. If any parts are found to be faulty within this time please contact our customer service team, whose details are on the back page of this booklet and we will arrange for a replacement. We may require the goods to be returned for further investigation. 12

13 Product Storage and Battery Precautions Store the aio Box and its accessories away from children when not in use. Ensure the aio Box is powered off when not in use. Avoid accidentally pressing the aio Box power button when not in use. Please only use the charging cable provided. Please dispose of dead batteries in accordance with your country s appropriate legislation. Do not charge the batteries in a damp environment. Do not use the device when temperatures are outside the range C. Do not charge the battery when temperatures are outside the range 0-45 C. Do not attempt to repair a faulty aio Box as these are sealed units with no serviceable parts. Attempted repairs will void the warranty. 13

Mehr noch, die Box bietet neben 2100mAh Akkukapazität auch verschiedene Ausgabemodi direkte oder geregelte Stromspannung. Die Ein-Knopf-Bedienung ist benutzerfreundlich und simpel zugleich, ebenso die Anpassung der Dampfentwicklung an eigene Vorlieben durch die Auswahl an verschiedenen Verdampferköpfen. Darüber hinaus verfügt die aio Box auch über ein auslaufsicheres Design mit Top-Luftzugregulierung und Top-Befüllmethode, das in jeder Situation für sorgenfreies Tanken sorgt ohne zu kleckern. 14

16 Bedienung Ihrer aio Box Power Ein/Aus: Schieben Sie zum Einschalten den Switch entweder auf High (H=Hoch) oder Low (L=Niedrig) und zum Ausschalten auf die Position OFF. H/L Ausgabemodi: Es stehen zwei Ausgabemodi zur Verfügung: High (H=Hoch) und Low (L=Niedrig). Steht der Switch auf H, erfolgt eine direkte und ungeregelte Stromabgabe von bis zu 4.2V Leistungswerte sind abhängig von der anfliegenden Akku(Rest)Spannung. Steht der Switch auf L, feuert das Gerät mit konstanten 3.5V. 16

17 Bedienung Ihrer aio Box Dampfen: Drücken Sie beim Inhalieren die Powertaste eine LED leuchtet dabei auf und signalisiert die Aktivierung. Akku aufladen: Laden Sie die aio Box einfach mit dem USB-Kabel an einem geeigneten USB- Port oder USB-Netzstecker auf. Eine rote LED signalisiert hierbei den erfolgreichen Ladevorgang und erlischt sobald der Akku voll ist. 17

18 Bedienung Ihrer aio Box Verdampferkopf instalieren: Schrauben Sie die Verdampferbasis gegen den Uhrzeigersinn aus dem Gerät. Danach kann ein BF-Verdampferkopf auf die Basis der Top-Cap geschraubt werden (siehe Abbildung). Hinweis: Träufeln Sie vor der ersten Benutzung etwas E-Liquid direkt in den Verdampferkopf hierdurch werden präventiv Trockenzüge vermieden und eine bessere Langlebigkeit des Verdampfers erreicht. 18

19 Bedienung Ihrer aio Box Tank mit E-Liquid befüllen: Schrauben Sie die Top-Cap gegen den Uhrzeigersinn vom Gerät ab und träufeln Sie E-Liquid in eine der seitlichen Schlitze (siehe Abbildung). Das maximale Füllvolumen von 2ml ist hierbei deutlich mittels Markierung am Glasfenster ersichtlich. Schrauben Sie anschließend die Top-Cap fingerfest in ihre Ausgangsposition. Hinweis: Bitte befüllen Sie nicht über die Max-Markierung, da anderenfalls E-Liquid überlaufen kann, sobald die Top-Cap samt Verdampferkopf eingesetzt wurde. 19

20 Bedienung Ihrer aio Box Luftzug einstellen: Durch Drehen der Luftzugregulierung variiert die Öffnungsgröße des Lufteinlasses und somit die Menge an Luft, die zum Verdampferkopf angesaugt wird dies erlaubt eine perfekte Abstimmung des Zugwiderstandes. 20

21 Bedienung Ihrer aio Box Akku-Ladestandanzeige: Wenn der Akku voll ist, leuchtet die LED während der Nutzung kontinuierlich auf und beginnt mit abnehmendem Akkuladestand mit zunehmender Geschwindigkeit zu pulsieren. Die nachfolgende Tabelle dient als Anhaltspunkt für den jeweiligen Ladestand des Akkus. 22 Bedienung Ihrer aio Box Tank-LED Farbe ändern: Wenn die aio Box ausgeschaltet ist, Powertaste gedrückt halten bis die LED aufleuchtet. Danach durch erneutes Klicken der Powertaste die gewünschte Farbe (Rot, Gelb, Grün, Blau, Indigo, Weiß, Lila oder ohne Beleuchtung) auswählen. Kurzschluss-Schutzfunktion: Wird ein Kurzschluss - bevor die Powertaste gedrückt wird vom Gerät erkannt, blink die Tank LED 5-Mal auf. Sollte ein Kurzschluss beim Drücken der Powertaste erkannt werden, blink die Tank LED 3-mal auf. Wechseln Sie in diesem Fall den Verdampferkopf. 22

23 Bedienung Ihrer aio Box Verdampfer-Schutzfunktion: Wird die Powertaste länger als 15 Sekunden gedrückt, blinkt die Tank LED 10-mal auf - die Stromzufuhr zum Verdampfer wird unterbrochen. Niederspannungsschutz: Fällt die Akku-Spannung auf unter 3.3V, blinkt die Tank LED 40-mal auf und das Gerät schaltet sich ab Ladevorgang erforderlich. 23

26 Aufbewahrungshinweise und Akku-Sicherheitsinformationen Die aio Box und das Zubehör außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und Tieren aufbewahren. Schalten Sie die aio Box aus, wenn nicht in Gebrauch. Vermeiden Sie versehentliches Drücken der Powertaste, wenn die aio Box nicht in Gebrauch ist. Verwenden Sie nur das beigefügte USB-Ladekabel. Alte oder defekte Akkus nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen entsorgen. Akku nicht in feuchter Umgebung aufladen. Bei Außentemperaturen unter -10 C und über 60 C Gerät nicht nutzen. Akku nicht bei Temperaturen unter 0 C oder über 45 C aufladen. Versuchen Sie nicht eine defekte aio Box zu reparieren. Beim Reparaturversuch erlischt die Garantie. 26

27 Garantie Die aio Box Komponenten haben eine 28-tägige Garantie. Verdampferköpfe sind als Verschleißteil von der Garantie ausgeschlossen und durch eine DOA-Regulierung abgedeckt. Das mitgelieferte USB-Kabel hat eine 12-monatige Garantie. Sollte eine Komponente fehlerhaft sein, bitten wir Sie Ihren Händler oder den Totally Wicked Kundenservice zu kontaktieren. 27
